Bu çalışmada erişkin sıçan spinal korduna fötal spinal ve serebellar grefter implante edilerek, greftlerin rejenerasyon a etkileri araştırıldı . Bu amaçla 5 gruba ayrılan sıçanların (n: 26) torakal 9-12 arasına laminektomi yapıldıktan sonra, kord lezyonu yapmak amacıyla dorsal kolumna 2-3 mm 3 lük kavite açılarak 17-18 günlük gebe sıçan embriyodan alınan serebellar ve spinal dokular implante edildi. İki aylık bekleme süresinden sonra sıçanların greftli bölgeleri ışıklı mikroskobu ve ultrastnükürel olarak incelendi. Her iki neural dokunun rejenerasyon kapasitesi yönünden farkı gömülmedi. In this study the effect of fetal spinal and cerebellar grafts on regeneration of the transected spinal cord were investigated for this purpose total 26 animals were divided into 5 groups.
