This paper lies in the context of the studies of eigenfunctions of graphs having minimum cardinality of support. One of the tools is the weight-distribution bound, a lower bound on the cardinality of support of an eigenfunction of a distance-regular graph corresponding to a non-principal eigenvalue. The tightness of the weight-distribution bound was previously shown in general for the smallest eigenvalue of a Grassmann graph. However, a characterisation of optimal eigenfunctions was not obtained. Motivated by this open problem, we consider the class of strongly regular Grassmann graphs and give the required characterisation in this case. We then show the tightness of the weight-distribution bound for block graphs of affine designs (defined on the lines of an affine space with two lines being adjacent when intersect) and obtain a similar characterisation of optimal eigenfunctions.

A $k$-regular graph is called a divisible design graph if its vertex set can be partitioned into $m$ classes of size $n$, such that two distinct vertices from the same class have exactly $\lambda_1$ common neighbours, and two vertices from different classes have exactly $\lambda_2$ common neighbours. In this paper, we find the vertex connectivity of some classes of divisible design graphs, in particular, we present examples of divisible design graphs, whose vertex connectivity is less than $k$, where $k$ is the degree of a vertex. We also show that the vertex connectivity a divisible design graphs may be less than $k$ by any power of 2.

A $k$-regular graph is called a divisible design graph (DDG for short) if its vertex set can be partitioned into $m$ classes of size $n$, such that two distinct vertices from the same class have exactly $\lambda_1$ common neighbors, and two vertices from different classes have exactly $\lambda_2$ common neighbors. A DDG with $m = 1$, $n = 1$, or $\lambda_1 = \lambda_2$ is called improper, otherwise it is called proper. We present new constructions of DDGs and, using a computer enumeration algorithm, we find all proper connected DDGs with at most 39 vertices, except for three tuples of parameters: $(32,15,6,7,4,8)$, $(32,17,8,9,4,8)$, $(36,24,15,16,4,9)$.

A Deza graph $\Gamma$ with parameters $(v,k,b,a)$ is a $k$-regular graph with $v$ vertices such that any two distinct vertices have $b$ or $a$ common neighbours, where $b \ge a$. A Deza graph of diameter 2 which is not a strongly regular graph is called a strictly Deza graph. We find all 139 strictly Deza graphs up to 21 vertices.

A regular clique in a regular graph is a clique such that every vertex outside of the clique is adjacent to the same positive number of vertices inside the clique. We continue the study of regular cliques in edge-regular graphs initiated by A. Neumaier in the 1980s and attracting current interest. We thus define a Neumaier graph to be an non-complete edge-regular graph containing a regular clique, and a strictly Neumaier graph to be a non-strongly regular Neumaier graph. We first prove some general results on Neumaier graphs and their feasible parameter tuples. We then apply these results to determine the smallest strictly Neumaier graph, which has $16$ vertices. Next we find the parameter tuples for all strictly Neumaier graphs having at most $24$ vertices. Finally, we give two sequences of graphs, each with $i^{\text{th}}$ element a strictly Neumaier graph containing a $2^{i}$-regular clique (where $i$ is a positive integer) and having parameters of an affine polar graph as an edge-regular graph. This answers questions recently posed by G. Greaves and J. Koolen.

In this paper we find the vertex connectivity of Deza graphs with parameters of the complements to Seidel graphs. In particular, we present an infinite family of strictly Deza graphs whose vertex connectivity is equal to $k-1$, where $k$ is the valency.
