Purpose. The purpose of the study was to determine the distinctive features of the goniometric body profile of men aged 26-31 years old engaged in health-improving fitness. Material & Methods. The study involved men aged 26–28 (n=16) and 29–31 (n=17). The studies were conducted in compliance with the requirements of the Helsinki Declaration of the World Medical Association "Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects". Research methods: analysis of literary sources, ascertaining pedagogical experiment. The Torso program was used to determine the distinctive features of the goniometric profile of the male body. All data obtained in the empirical study were processed using mathematical statistics methods. Results. It has been established that there are no statistically significant differences in the measured goniometric indices between men of the 26-28 and 29-31 age groups. The values ​​of these angles for these two groups are similar, and the age factor does not affect their values. That is, the position of the head, frontal bone and spine in men in the period from 26 to 31 years remains stable. This conclusion is quite understandable, since in the first period of mature age, the main physiological changes in the body are completed and the body is in a state of stability. And given the fact that the age difference between group members is small, this is not enough to show significant changes associated with age-related changes. Conclusions. It was found that all the studied goniometric characteristics of men aged 26-31 years have significant differences from the norm, indicating an incorrect head tilt (angle α1 is less than the norm), excessive flexion of the spine (angle α3 is greater than the norm), which indicates a systemic violation of the biogeometric state of posture, requiring correction. It was also found that there are no significant differences in the body goniometry of men aged 26-28 and 29-31 years. Therefore, the development and implementation of special programs for the correction of posture disorders aimed at correcting the tilt of the head and reducing excessive flexion of the spine, maintaining normal body weight, taking into account the individual characteristics of anthropometric indicators for the development of personalized training programs and the correction of violations of the biogeometric parameters of posture are quite capable of improving the physical development indicators of men in the first period of mature age.

Acquired images are often noisy. Since the amount of such images increases, they should be compressed where lossy compression is often applied for several reasons. Such compression is associated with the phenomena of specific image filtering due to lossy compression and the possible existence of an optimal operation point (OOP). However, such filtering is not perfect, and residual noise can be quite intensive even if an image is compressed at the so-called optimal operation point. Then, additional post-filtering can be applied. Thus, the basic subject of this paper is the post-processing of noisy images compressed in a lossy manner. The main goal of this paper is to consider the possible application of a block-matching 3-dimensional (BM3D) filter to images corrupted by additive white Gaussian noise compressed by a better portable graphics (BPG) coder with a compression ratio smaller than that for the optimal operation point and in OOP neighborhood. The tasks of this paper are to analyze the efficiency of compressed image post-processing depending on noise intensity, image complexity, coder compression parameter Q, and filter threshold parameter β according to different quality metrics and to provide practical recommendations on setting the filter and coder parameters. The main result is that the post-processing efficiency decreases when the coder compression parameter increases and becomes negligible for a coder compression parameter slightly larger than its value for OOP. The post-processing efficiency is larger for simpler structure images and larger noise intensity. Compressed image quality due to post-processing improves according to the standard criterion peak signal-to-noise ratio and visual quality metrics. For larger coder compression parameters, the optimal threshold shifts toward smaller values. In conclusion, we demonstrate the efficiency of post-processing and show that the BM3D filter outperforms the standard discrete cosine-based (DCT) filter. We also provide recommendations for filter parameter setting. We also outline possible research directions for the future.

Relevance. The modern reformation of society requires the correction of many aspects of a person's life: increasing the level of health and motor activity, mobilizing of their psyche, increasing the level of physical fitness, which ensure their adaptation to new conditions and phenomena of life. Studying the socio-pedagogical profile of women in the first period of adulthood is an important research step. Research tasks. To determine the education, marital status, social status, history of physical activity, having of children, goals of classes, forms of classes, health status, smoking habits and regularity of morning gymnastics of women aged 23-27 years who are engaged in health fitness. Research results. Health fitness classes in the first period of adulthood allow not only improve or maintain the functional capabilities of women at a high level for a long time, but also create reliable conditions for the formation of stable motives and needs for motor activity in the following years of life. It was found that the majority of women (59.46%) have higher education, what indicates their high academic level and probably greater awareness of healthy lifestyles. More than half of the participants (51.35%) are married women, a significant proportion are also divorced (40.54%), what emphasizes their life experience in family relationships. The social status of the participants varies between working women (62.16%) and housewives (37.84%), what indicates the different level of involvement in the labor market and the impact on their lifestyle. Conclusions. There were some differences in educational level and marital status between women aged 23-25 and 26-27. Differences in physical activity goals, health assessment, and smoking habits were also found. In other aspects, such as social status, physical activity, having the children, form of classes and morning gymnastics, the differences between age groups were insignificant, according to which women of the first period of adulthood have similar socio-pedagogical influences.

Relevance. There are factors of the physical environment and/or physical conditions of activity, namely, work mode, information flows, working posture at a personal computer, muscle tension, etc. that specialists include into the list of intra-organizational conditions of activity having a negative effect on human health. Most of people who are in the above-described technogenic conditions are restricted in their movements. Research tasks. Determining the features of posture types of women aged 23-27. Studying the motivational priorities of the studied contingent. Determining statistically significant relationships between age, type of posture and socio-pedagogical profile of women of the first period of adulthood. Research results. Only 24.8% of women were found to have normal posture, while the rest suffered from postural disorders, with round back being the most common disorder found of 40.7% of women, associated with excessive curvature of the thoracic spine. A flat back is observed at 26.6% of women, and a scoliotic posture is found of 7.9% of women. It is worth noting that women of the first period of adulthood show a high interest in physical education and sports rehabilitation. The main motivational priorities include the health motive is the most important incentive for the majority of women (62.2%), which indicates their desire to maintain and improve their health. The aesthetic motive ranks second in importance (24.3%), emphasizing the importance of appearance for these women. The emotional motive (10.8%) also has a certain significance, indicating the importance of positive emotions and well-being from classes. Communicative and professional motives occupy lower positions, which may indicate a lower orientation towards social interactions or professional benefits from physical activity. Conclusions. It is determined that time constraints, family responsibilities, and lack of awareness were identified as major barriers for regular physical activity, as married and divorced women may have less time for physical activity due to family responsibilities. The lack of support from the environment can also reduce motivation for physical activities, this is evidenced by the fact that most women (81.08%) prefer classes in physical culture and health groups or sections, and independent classes are not popular among participants.
