To solve the problem of low track prediction accuracy caused by the limitations of deep learning and the cumulative error generated by recursive prediction strategies, a short-term prediction algorithm for air target tracks based on residual correction CNN-BiLSTM was proposed. Firstly, a convolution module was introduced to extract potentially associated spatial location features from the track data, and a bidirectional long and short time memory network was used to extract temporal features from the track data, achieving real-time one-step prediction and multi-step advance prediction of air targets. Then, the integrated moving average autoregression was introduced as a residual correction model to model the residual generated by real-time one-step prediction, and the residual value of the hybrid neural network model for multi-step advanced prediction is calculated. Finally, the output results of the hybrid neural network model and the residual correction model are fused to obtain the final trajectory prediction value. Experiment results proved that the algorithm can significantly improve the accuracy of short-term prediction of airborne target tracks.

Mitochondria play a fundamental role in cell survival and motility. Abnormalities in mitochondria are associated with carcinogenesis, especially with tumor metastasis. In this study, we explore the biological function of ATIP1, which is a mitochondrial-located isoform of angiotensin II AT2 receptor interacting proteins (ATIPs) in prostate cancer cells. The results showed that ATIP is downregulated in prostate cancer tissues and is negatively correlated with the disease-free survival rate of prostate cancer patients. Silencing of ATIP promotes mitochondrial fission and enhances tumor cell migration and invasion. Reconstitution of ATIP1 in ATIP-deficient cells significantly attenuates mitochondrial trafficking and tumor cell movement. Therefore, ATIP1 is a negative regulator of mitochondrial dynamics and tumor cell motility and is also a potential biomarker for predicting prostate cancer malignancy.

ObjectiveTo establish a standardized and professional service quality evaluation index system for extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) animal experimental platform. Methods The literature research and expert consultation were used to establish a factor set for the quality evaluation of ECMO animal experimental platform. Then, experts used the 1/9-9 scale method to compare and score pair-two indicators. Based on the principles of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring results, the ECMO animal experimental platform quality evaluation system was constructed. In order to verify the actual efficacy of this system, a case study was carried out on the ECMO animal experiment platform of FW Animal Experimental Center (FAEC) laboratory. This study intends to explore the influence of temperature and molar ratio on the competitive adsorption of CH4/O2/N2 gas in coal. It probed into the competitive adsorption characteristics of CH4/O2 and N2/O2 binary mixed gas in Xiaolongtan lignite of Yunnan under different temperatures (303.15~383.15 K)and pressures (0~480 kPa)through grand canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC)and molecular simulation methods. Results show that : ① Within the range of test temperature and pressure, temperature will inhibit the adsorption of CH4, O2 and N2 by coal, and the adsorption capacity of coal to three gases is CH4>O2>N2. ② The selectivity coefficient of CH4/O2 adsorption is basically independent of the gas molar ratio, and shows decrease with the increase of temperature. The adsorption selectivity of N2/O2 on coal under different molar ratios was not significantly related to temperature and molar ratio. ③ With the increase of adsorption capacity, the isosteric adsorption heat of any component in the binary mixed gas shows linear increase. Under the same adsorption capacity, larger molar ratio of CH4/O2 and N2/O2 would lead to lower adsorption heat. However, when the adsorption capacity of CH4 is less than 0.029 mmol / g, the isosteric adsorption heat of CH4 gas shows little correlation with the molar ratio. The research reveals the influence mechanism of competitive adsorption behavior of CH4 and air on low temperature oxidation of coal.

Magnesium alloy as the most potential light structural material, has the advantages of high specific strength, specific stiffness and easy recycling, which contributes to the realization of lightweight in the industrial field. Compared with the traditional manufacturing technologies, the new and advanced manufacturing technology of additive manufacturing represent for high manufacturing efficiency, excellent performance, and forming complex structures. The technology of additive manufacturing for magnesium alloy, which has broad application prospects in the industrial field, is urgently required to be studied. In this paper, the recent studies of the three major additive manufacturing technologies for magnesium alloy: selective laser melting, wire+arc additive manufacturing, and friction stir additive manufacturing were summarized and analyzed from the aspects of forming characteristic, defect control, and features of microstructure and property.Finally, the developments in shape and performance control of the additive manufacturing technology for magnesium alloy: simulation analysis, process control, and heat source regulation were discussed.

Objective： A surface evaporation concentration device were designed to concentrate thermosensitive feed liquid at low temperature under normal pressure with low energy consumption. Methods： Based on an introduction to the working principle of the device, the basic equations of the device were given. The changes of volumetric evaporation flux and energy saving ratio with flow rate of the feed liquid, feed liquid temperature, sweeping gas flow rate, sweeping gas temperature were calculated and analyzed. Designed an experimental platform and obtained a set of optimal performance parameters through experiments. Results： The results showed that when the flow rate of the feed liquid was 0.02 kg/s, the device had the highest energy saving ratio and higher volumetric evaporation flux; When the temperature of the feed liquid increased from 30 ℃ to 50 ℃, the volumetric evaporation flux increased by 224.68%, but the energy saving ratio decreased by 12.42%; When the sweeping gas flow rate increased from 0.004 kg/s to 0.006 kg/s, the volumetric evaporation flux increased by 23.45%, but the energy saving ratio decreased by 7.74%; When the temperature of the sweeping gas increased from 10 ℃ to 30 ℃, the volumetric evaporation flux decreased by 22.92%, but the energy saving ratio increased by 37.49%; An experimental device was established to test orange juice with a sugar content of 15 °Brix, the results showed that when the feed liquid temperature was 38 ℃ and the sweeping gas temperature was 26 ℃, the volumetric evaporation flux of the device could reach 219 kg/（m3·h）, and the energy saving ratio could reach 3.3.Conclusion： The heat pump assisted random filler surface evaporation device has the characteristics of low temperature concentration under atmospheric pressure and low energy consumption when concentrating thermosensitive feed liquid．

This study aims to investigate the significance of using the Toumai robotic platform for the resection of inferior vena cava (IVC) hemangiomas. Our objective is to provide information on the potential benefits of this innovative approach in managing these uncommon vascular tumors and to contribute to the growing body of knowledge in the field of surgical oncology and vascular surgery. A 37-year-old female patient with an incidental finding of a right retroperitoneal mass underwent contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging, which confirmed the diagnosis of an IVC hemangioma. Due to the rarity and complexity of this vascular tumor, the medical team opted for a novel approach using the Toumai robotic surgical platform (Shanghai MicroPort MedBot Group Co, Ltd). Under general anesthesia, the patient was placed in the left lateral decubitus position, and the robotic arms were controlled remotely through the Toumai platform. A transperitoneal approach was adopted, and the surgeon meticulously resected the tumor while preserving the integrity of the IVC. The use of the Toumai robotic platform facilitated precise tumor resection, minimizing the risk of damage to surrounding structures. The minimally invasive nature of the robotic surgery contributed to a reduced incidence of postoperative complications and accelerated patient recovery. Furthermore, the remote fifth-generation mobile network surgical capabilities of the Toumai platform allow for expert care to be provided to patients despite geographic barriers. The robotic-assisted surgical approach using the Toumai platform demonstrates its potential benefits in managing rare and complex vascular tumors such as IVC hemangiomas. Robotic technology has the potential to revolutionize the field of surgical oncology and vascular surgery, leading to improved patient outcomes and healthcare delivery. However, more extensive clinical studies and larger case series are needed to validate the long-term safety and efficacy of this innovative surgical approach. Continued research and collaboration between clinicians and robotic technology experts are essential to fully realize the potential of robotic-assisted surgery for the benefit of patients with rare and challenging medical conditions.

Objective To summarize our surgical techniques and clinical experience of robot-assisted laparoscopic radical nephrectomy (RARN) and open radical nephrectomy (ORN) plus inferior vena cava thrombectomy (IVCT), and compare the clinical outcomes and safety of the 2 procedures. Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted on 26 patients diagnosed with renal tumor complicated with inferior vena cava tumor thrombus who underwent radical nephrectomy plus inferior vena cava thrombectomy in our department from 2012 to 2022. Among them, 12 patients were conducted with ORN plus IVCT (O-IVCT), including 3 cases having cardiopulmonary bypass, and the other 14 patients received RARN plus IVCT (RA-IVCT), of them 2 cases experienced conversion to open surgery. Surgical characteristics, such as operative time, intraoperative duration for blocking the vena cava, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative length of hospital stay and rates of intraoperative blood transfusion and postoperative conversion to ICU were compared between the 2 groups. Results The average operative time was 394±141 min in all cases, and the time of blocking the inferior vena cava was 23.90±6.95 min excluding 3 cases undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass. There were no significantly differences in the average age, body mass index (BMI), tumor size, pathological T stage, or tumor thrombus level by Mayo classification between the RA-IVCT and O-IVCT group. The patients from the RA-IVCT group had a median intraoperative bleeding volume of 600 (50~1 600) mL, significantly less than that in the O-IVCT group [1 100 (600~3 800) mL, P=0.049]. No statistical differences were observed between the RA-IVCT group and O-IVCT group in following indicators: mean operative time (323±102 vs 401±95 min, P=0.089), mean duration of blocking the inferior vena cava (26.10±7.03 vs 20.20±6.16 min, P=0.057), rate of blood transfusion (8/12 vs 8/9, P=0.338), rate of ICU admission (3/12 vs 6/9, P=0.087), or median length of hospital stay after surgery [7(4~14) vs 8(7~20) d, P=0.091]. Conclusion RA-IVCT is a safe and effective operation, with the advantage of less intraoperative bleeding volume when compared with O-IVCT.

BackgroundIon cyclotron range of frequencies (ICRF) heating is one of the most widely used auxiliary heating methods in tokamaks. The HL-3 tokamak plans to equip a 6 MW ICRF heating system to conduct discharge experiments of high-performance plasma.PurposeThis study optimizes the parameters of ICRF using numerical simulations with the purpose of supporting the reactor-level plasma in HL-3 in future.MethodsOn the basis of NBI heating in the HL-3 device, ICRF heating was considered, and the TRANSP code was employed to explore the influence of ICRF frequency and power in HL-3 on the neutron emission rate, as well as the distribution of fast ions. The ICRF frequency range was between 25 MHz and 40 MHz, and the ICRF power range was between 1 MW and 6 MW. The neutron signals based on the concept of neutron camera diagnosis were also simulated.ResultsThe simulation results show that the ICRF frequency and power significantly influence the neutron emission rate. The neutron emission rate is directly proportional to the ICRF heating power at a fixed ICRF frequency whilst the increase in the neutron emission rate significantly depends on the ICRF frequency when the ICRF heating power is fixed. Among the investigated parameters, the ICRF with a frequency of 30 MHz yields the maximum increase in the neutron emission rate. The simulation results of fast ions demonstrate that the synergetic heating of neutral beam injection and ICRF can heat fast ions up to 1 MeV after considering ICRF heating, which effectively increases the neutron emission rate. The simulation results of neutron camera indicate that neutron camera can effectively measure the changes in neutron emission rate and distribution profile caused by ICRF heating.ConclusionsThe simulation results demonstrate that the appropriate selection of the ICRF frequency and power can effectively increase the neutron emission rate in HL-3 experiments, the optimal combination of ICRF frequency/power is 30 MHz/6 MW for the scenario analyzed in this study. The simulation of neutron camera for HL-3 provides a reference for designing future neutron camera systems and measuring neutron spatial distributions.

BackgroundThe control of edge localized modes (ELMs) is a key issue for the safety operation of ITER and future magnetic confinement fusion reactors. In recent years, extensive theoretical simulations and experimental studies have demonstrated that resonant magnetic perturbation (RMP) is a promising method for controlling edge localized modes (ELMs) in H-mode plasmas.PurposeThis study aims to investigate drift kinetic resonant effects of thermal particles on the plasma response to the applied RMP and compare with that of the fluid model for better understanding of ELMs control in HL-2A.MethodsBased on experimental plasma and RMP coil configurations in HL-2A, the MARS-F/K codes were employed to compute the drift dynamic response of plasma to RMP under high constraint mode and compared it with the results of fluid model. Further sensitivity studies were conducted on key parameters including the plasma equilibrium pressure, toroidal flow as well as the thermal particle collision effects.ResultsThe fluid response model predicts an initially relatively weak enhancement of the plasma response amplitude with the equilibrium pressure parameter βN, followed by a strong variation as βN approaches the Troyon no-wall beta limit. The latter is unphysical and is eliminated by the kinetic response model. Including kinetic response and considering particle collision, the non-adiabatic resonant contribution of trapped thermal ions is found to be significant. Neglecting the particle collision, however, the trapped thermal electron contribution becomes more pronounced.ConclusionsThe importance of considering kinetic effects for high-beta plasma response is emphasized by this study. It is important to include the non-adiabatic resonant contribution of trapped particles to the kinetic response while taking into account the particle collision effect.

In recent years, China’s construction industry has achieved rapid development, while the problem of safety accident risks brought by construction projects has also arisen. In this paper, based on natural language processing technology, using a graph neural network algorithm, we constructed a graph data model of safety accident reports in construction engineering and generated a database of association rules of safety risk factors in construction engineering to identify and classify the risk of safety accidents in actual construction engineering. The pictures of safety risk behaviors at the construction site are processed with feature mapping and inputted into a convolutional neural network to build a construction engineering safety warning model. Through simulation experiments, the identification results of risk factors for the model constructed in this paper and the effective degree of safety warning are tested. The top five factors in the centrality ranking of risk factors of construction engineering safety accidents are S17, S6, S1, S9, and S8, with centrality levels of 1.9779, 1.8626, 1.8204, 1.6332 and 1.4534, and the factor attribute of S6 is the outcome factor. The warning model constructed in this paper is measured against the level of safety risk of the construction project under the non-adoption of the warning model. The safety risk is reduced by 35.8% after the adoption of the safety accident warning model, which shows that the model in this paper has a certain inhibition effect on the risk of safety accidents.

Lung cancer is a malignant tumor with high incidence rate and mortality worldwide. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common malignancy. The traditional treatment of NSCLC mainly depends on chemical drugs. In recent years, immunotherapy has become a hot spot in the treatment of NSCLC and made remarkable progress. The overall objective remission rate of immunotherapy for NSCLC patients is about 20%. A large number of new biological immune agents have been developed and applied in clinic. Among them, immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) has the widest application and the most positive effect on NSCLC. This paper summarizes the research status and progress of immunotherapy biomarkers of NSCLC in recent years, with the hope of improving the accuracy of immunotherapy and better guiding individualized treatment of NSCLC patients.

In this study, self-doping defects were introduced to optimize the interlayer spacing and pore structure of hard carbon by γ-ray irradiation. The effects of the absorbed dose on the interlayer spacing, internal defects, and disordered structure of hard carbon were investigated through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, and isothermal nitrogen adsorption/desorption. The electrochemical properties were investigated using the constant current charge-discharge. The results showed that the surface crystallinity and disordered structure of hard carbon increased with the absorbed dose. Moreover, the electrochemical properties of hard carbon were clearly improved. At a dose of 140 kGy, hard carbon presented a high specific surface area of 425.343 m2/g and provided a sodium storage capacity of 300 mAh/g at 30 mA/g; the high current density capacity remained at 195 mAh/g at 1 A/g, suggesting that the electrode capacity increased three-fold. Excellent stability was also maintained during high-rate charge-discharge. This work provides new approaches and ideas for the design of advanced nanomaterials and defect engineering applications in the field of energy storage.

Ta-doped lithium-lanthanum-zirconium-oxygen (Li6.5La3Zr1.5Ta0.5O12, LLZTO) solid electrolytes with a high ionic conductivity at room temperature were prepared by the solid-phase reaction method, and the effects of irradiated electron beams on their structure and properties were investigated in detail. The results showed that no other heterogeneous phases were produced after irradiation with different doses (250 kGy and 500 kGy) of electron beams, and the lattice spacing became larger with an increase in the dose, which is conducive to the reduction of the diffusion energy barrier of ions in the lattice. First-principles calculations revealed that the Li+ diffusion energy barrier of the low-dose electron-beam irradiated sample was reduced by 0.07 eV compared with that of the unirradiated sample, suggesting that the defects created by irradiation can promote Li+ diffusion. An AC impedance test of the electrolytes before and after irradiation further confirmed that low-dose electron beam irradiation is beneficial for enhancing their ionic conductivity. Exploring the effect of electron beam irradiation on the structure and conductivity of LLZTO oxide solid state electrolytes holds significance in the study of solid state electrolytes.

In this study, graphdiyne was prepared using a γ-irradiated N-doping photogram to transform two-dimensional graphdiyne into a one-dimensional tubular structure for use as substrate-supported iron nanoparticles for cathodic redox reaction (ORR) in fuel cells. Methods such as scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and isothermal nitrogen adsorption and other characterization methods were used to characterize and analyze the surface morphology, element composition, crystalline structure, and defect degree of the prepared composites. In the alkaline solution, the prepared catalyst was characterized by ORR performance, four-electron selectivity, kinetics and stability via cyclic voltammetry test, linear sweep voltammetry test and electrochemical AC impedance spectroscopy test. The results showed that after γ-ray irradiation, the nitrogen-doped graphite monoalkyne-loaded iron nanoparticle (NGY-Fe) catalyst had a larger specific surface area (411.3 m2/g) and a multilevel pore structure, which was conducive to the exposure of the active center. Moreover, the O2 permeation barrier was decreased, and the ORR activity of the NGY-Fe was significantly improved, especially in terms of the stability and methanol resistance, which were far superior to those of the commercially available commercial Pt/C catalysts.

Emissions from transportation fuel vehicles are polluting the environment more than ever before. Currently, autonomous delivery vehicles (ADVs) are welcomed by logistics service providers and lots of consumers in general for their significant contribution in reducing environmental pollution and increasing delivery efficiency. However, there is a lack of in-depth research on consumers' willingness to adopt ADVs, despite the fact that ADVs are innovative delivery method in the field of last-mile delivery. The purpose of the study is to expand the existing knowledge of consumers' adoption behaviors by developing and testing the extended Value-Belief-Norm (VBN) theory in autonomous delivery literature. In particular, the study adds subjective norms and COVID-19 risk into the original VBN model as a theoretical framework to gain a comprehensive understanding of the consumer decision-making processes with respect to their intentions to use ADVs. Structural equation modeling is conducted using data from a web-based survey of 561 consumers through an online sample platform. The results of the study demonstrated that both subjective norms and COVID-19 risk are all related with consumers’ intention to use ADVs. The casual chain hypotheses of the extend VBN theory mentioned in our study are all supported. The results of the study make significant theoretical and managerial contributions to the field of last-mile delivery and the adoption behaviors of emerging technologies.

Information and communication technology has gradually become one of the most important pillars of the economy. In addition to economic growth, environmental pollution is a product of information and communication technologies (ICTs) as well. However, whether and how ICTs may affect these systems is unclear. Based on a more comprehensive measurement of ICTs, the current study has investigated the impact of ICTs, education, and economic performance on environmental sustainability from 2000 to 2019 across 93 countries categorized as low-income, middle-income, and high-income. Contrary to preceding studies, this research has used advanced econometric techniques to counter heterogeneities and dependencies in the data and, thus, has produced more trustworthy and efficient results. The finding obtained from the Bias-corrected method of the moment’s estimator and Driscoll and Kraal’s standard error techniques are consistent. According to the results, ICTs have a heterogenous effect on environmental sustainability across low-, middle- and high-income countries. Further results have revealed that education plays a significant role in maintaining environmental sustainability across middle—and high-income groups but does not seem to do so for lower—income groups. Environmental education for all should be part of the policy measures to tackle climate change across all income groups.

Abstract Background Allergic diseases are highly prevalent in the women of childbearing age. As we know, the immune system could change when pregnancy, which may affect the course of allergic diseases. Meanwhile, they also can affect the course and outcome of pregnancy. The data on incidence of allergies during pregnancy is lacking and conducting clinical trials in pregnant women was limited, therefore, we observed a prebirth cohort to supplement the relevant data and strengthen concerned research conductions. Objective We aim to obtain the incidence of allergies in urban pregnancy and explore the relevant factors of allergic diseases in urban pregnancy. Methods We design a multicenter and prospective cohort in 20 institutions above municipal level which were eligible according to the study design from 14 provinces covering all-side of China. This cohort was conducted from 13+6 weeks of gestation to 12 months postpartum and in our study, we chose the prenatal part to analyze. The outcome was developing allergies during pregnancy, which were diagnosed by clinicians according to the uniform criterion from National Health Commission. All the data was collected by electronic questionnaires through tablet computers. Results The incidence of allergic diseases in urban pregnant women was 21.0% (95%CI 20.0% ~ 22.0%). Storm surge disaster is the major threat to coastal residents’ lives and property in China, which could steal away development gains in a short time. Therefore, the storm surge disaster loss reduction is an indispensable part of socio-economic development. However, the relationship between economic growth and the loss of storm surge disasters remains unclear. Herein, we explored the relationship between economic growth and the losses caused by storm surge disasters in China’s coastal zones from 1978 to 2020. We established an empirical model through the indicators of direct economic loss and death toll using negative binomial estimate and tobit estimate models. To ensure the accuracy of the model, multiple socioeconomic factors were also included in the models. The results revealed that there is an “inverted U-shaped” relationship between GDP per capita and the losses from storm surges. Furthermore, we used the entropy method to establish the storm surge hazard exposure index of China’s coastal zone from 2000 to 2020, considering disaster intensity, population density and other factors. When considering hazard exposure level, the role of economic growth may be diminished. In other words, at the same economic level, higher hazard exposure leads to greater disaster losses. We argue that economic growth and disaster resilience are not identical goals. Thus, the government needs sufficient information support when formulating disaster prevention and reduction plans.

Soil tends to have nonlinear compression characteristics, and the consolidation laws of soil are different under different compression characteristics. Considering the nonlinear characteristics of soil, variable load and continuous drainage boundary conditions, a one-dimensional consolidation equation is established. Its solutions are obtained by using the unconditionally stable finite difference method and semi-analytical method, and the reliability of the two methods is verified by the degradation of continuous drainage boundary condition and the comparison of the two solutions. Based on the solution of finite difference method, the influences of interface parameter, load parameters and nonlinear parameter on soil consolidation are analyzed in detail. The results show that, the larger the interface parameter of continuous drainage boundary, the greater the dissipation rate of excess pore water and the settlement rate of soil, while the interface parameter has no effect on the final settlement. The excess pore water pressure gradually increases at the loading stage and dissipates at the constant loading stage. With the increase of loading rate, both the peak value of excess pore water pressure and soil consolidation rate increase, indicating that extending the construction period is conducive to reducing the influence of excess pore water pressure. It is difficult to accurately predict the consolidation rate of soil in engineering. The accuracy of soil model, boundary conditions and soil calculation parameters should be ensured when the consolidation theory is used.

【Objective】 The effect of water consumption of winter wheat varieties on yield was investigated to provide theoretical basis for selecting drought-resistant varieties to improve winter wheat yield in water-deficient areas. 【Method】 A two-factor randomized block design was adopted, Cangmai 6002 (CM6002) and Heng 4399 (H4399) were used as the main treatments. Three water treatments were set for each variety: no irrigation in the whole growth stage (W0), spring first water (irrigation at jointing stage, W1) and spring second water (irrigation at jointing stage and anthesis stage, W2), each irrigation amount was 60.0 mm. The effects of water consumption difference in different growth stages and soil layers on winter wheat yield were studied. 【Result】 There was no significant difference between CM6002 and H4399 in total water consumption, soil water storage consumption and its proportion in total water consumption, but there was a great difference in water consumption at different stages. From sowing to jointing stage, soil water storage consumption and water consumption of CM6002 were higher than H4399, but there was no significant difference among varieties. From jointing to anthesis stage, CM6002 soil water storage consumption and water consumption were significantly lower than H4399. From anthesis to maturity, water storage consumption and water consumption of CM6002 were higher than those of H4399, and there were significant differences between the two cultivars under W1. Under W0, soil water storage consumption of CM6002 in 120~200 cm soil layer was significantly higher than that of H4399. Under W1 and W2, soil water storage consumption of H4399 in 0~40 cm soil layer was significantly higher than that of CM6002, but that in 120~160 cm soil layer was significantly lower than that of CM6002. Compared with H4399, CM6002 decreased the pre-anthesis dry matter mobilization, dry matter mobilization efficiency and contribution rate to grain, but increased the post-anthesis dry matter accumulation and contribution rate to grain. The yield of CM6002 was 2.7%, 1.3% and 3.2% higher than that of H4399 for W0, W1 and W2, respectively. 【Conclusion】 Under the experimental conditions, reducing water consumption from jointing to anthesis, increasing water consumption from sowing to jointing, anthesis to maturity and deep soil water storage consumption were beneficial to increase winter wheat yield.

Aiming at the problem of weak bond strength between CARALL metal/resin/fiber layers, this paper proposes a new preparation method to improve the bond strength between CARALL layers. In this method, Graphene platelets (GnPs) with different mass fractions (0%, 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 1.0%) are uniformly dispersed in epoxy resin by ultrasonic dispersion method, and using the wet layup method completes the production of CARALL. Carry out the I type fracture toughness test, explore the influence of GnPs on the CARALL interlaminar performance, and carry out the test of the tensile and flexural properties of CARALL to study the influence of GnPs on the mechanical properties of CARALL. The enhancement mechanism of GnPs and the failure mode of CARALL specimens were observed by SEM and optical images. The results show that when the amount of GnPs added is 0.5%, CARALL has the best interlaminar strength and mechanical properties. When 0.5% GnPs is added, the type I fracture toughness is increased by 79%; the tensile strength, Young's modulus, and strain rate at break are increased by 14.5%, 11.0%, and 15.5%, respectively; the flexural strength and flexural strain rate are increased by 20.5% and 89.7%, respectively. This is because adding GnPs to the epoxy resin can disperse the load carried by CARALL, and use its own fracture, pull-out and debonding mechanisms to absorb energy, and further improve the interlayer mechanical properties of CARALL.

The power industry is a major source of carbon emissions in China. In order to better explore the driving factors of carbon emissions in China’s power industry and assist the Chinese government in formulating emission reduction strategies for the power industry, this study applies the improved production-theoretical decomposition analysis (PDA) method to analyze the carbon emission drivers of China’s power industry. This study investigates the impact of energy intensity, per capita GDP, population density, power generation structure, and environmental climate on carbon emissions in China’s power industry in 30 provinces from 2005 to 2020. It was found that the carbon emission ratios of the power sector in all provinces and cities are basically greater than 1, which indicates that carbon emissions in most of the power sectors in the country are still increasing as of 2020. Overall, the effects of potential thermal fuel carbon emission efficiency, potential thermal energy consumption efficiency, the carbon emission efficiency of thermal power generation, economic scale, population density, and annual rainfall change are mostly greater than 1 and will promote the growth of carbon emissions in the power sector. Moreover, the effects of thermal power generation energy efficiency technology, thermal power generation emission reduction technology, power generation structure, and power generation per unit GDP are mostly less than 1 and will inhibit the growth of carbon emissions in the power sector. However, each of these drivers does not have the same degree of influence and impact effect for each province and city. Based on the research results, some policy recommendations are proposed.

ObjectiveTo analyze the risk of food additives in Hubei Province, provide a basis for relevant departments to formulate management measures, and reduce the potential risk.MethodsIn the paper, the crystal ball software and Monte Carlo simulation method were used to evaluate the average daily exposure and risk probability of sodium cyclamate and acesulfame in foods in Hubei Province.ResultsThe average daily exposure and risk entropy of sodium cyclamate in pickled vegetable products were the highest, which were 3.98E-4 g/kg BW/d and 0.0372, respectively. In addition, there are significant differences in the risk probability of additives in different foods. The risk probability ranking of acesulfame in foods was pickled vegetable products > canned > beverage > pastry, and that of sodium cyclamate was pickled products > beverage > pastry > canned food.ConclusionThe health risk of residents in Hubei Province who ingest two sweeteners through diet was generally low, and the risk of sodium cyclamate was slightly higher than that of acesulfame, both at an acceptable level.

Background: The introduction of the robotic platform to bariatric surgery has brought forth a novel approach. The purpose of this research was to study the advantages and disadvantages of the combination modes of the robotic arm and laparoscopic instruments in robot-assisted sleeve gastrectomy (RASG). Methods: 9 The clinical data of 12 patients who underwent RASG in the first affiliated hospital of shandong first medical university from December 2019 to September 2020 were analyzed. According to the different combination modes of laparoscopic instruments and robotic arms, they were divided into two groups: the “4 ​+ ​1″ group (n ​= ​6) and the “3 ​+ ​2” group (n ​= ​6). Results: This study evaluated a total of 12 patients. There were no statistically significant differences in patient demographics characteristics and co-morbid disease. The mean operating time (125.3 ​± ​6.5min in 4 ​+ ​1 versus 127 ​± ​8.3min in 3 ​+ ​2, P ​= ​0.601), length of hospital stay (6.3 ​± ​1.0 ​d in 4 ​+ ​1 versus 5.6 ​± ​1.9 ​d in 3 ​+ ​2, P ​= ​0.221),intraoperative blood loss (31.6 ​± ​9.8 ​ml in 4 ​+ ​1 versus 28.3 ​± ​11.7 ​ml in 3 ​+ ​2, P ​= ​0.713), hospital costs (72487.6 ​± ​1135.1 yuan in 4 ​+ ​1 versus 73433.8 ​± ​5301.5 yuan in 3 ​+ ​2, P ​= ​0.12), excess Weight Loss (EWL)% at 1 month after operation (12.4 ​± ​1.9 in 4 ​+ ​1 versus 13.3 ​± ​2.4 in 3 ​+ ​2, P ​= ​0.634)did not differ between the two groups. Conclusions: Two modes are both feasible and safe for RASG. The surgeon can choose one mode to perform the operation according to the situation of his team.

This paper summarized the postoperative nursing management of a patient with perianal necrotizing fasciitis and multiple complications. The patient was received Traditional Chinese Medicine debridement, Chinese herbal medicine fumigation and washing, auricular point pressing therapy and comprehensive nursing interventions on gout-related symptoms, anaphylactoid purpura, pain, dietary, emotion and health education. The nursing interventions based on integration of Traditional Chinese and western medicine were effective to improve the postoperative rehabilitation of the patient. Deterministic networking for industrial manufacturing is a frontier technology with both theoretical innovativeness and technical practicability; it is significant for promoting technological innovations of the new-generation industrial Internet and for promoting the integrated development of industrial manufacturing and high-quality network, thereby providing opportunities for occupying the commanding height of network technology and seizing new economic growth points. This study investigates the development requirements for deterministic networking for industrial manufacturing from the aspects of manufacturing and communication enterprises, summarizes the development status and trends of the technology in detail, and further addresses development challenges. We classify the development stages of the technology into pilot demonstration, large-scale replication, and spontaneous innovation. Research reveals that the “deterministic network + industrial manufacturing” development in China needs to focus on the following aspects: establishing industry alliances to improve the industrial ecology, maximizing the existing public networks, carefully selecting industry development paths, increasing resource guarantee for application innovation, strengthening research on basic theories and key technologies, and training personnel through collaboration among industry, universities, and research institutes.

Healthcare is an important component for poverty alleviation in China, and it requires constant efforts as this sector in the rural areas in China will remain underdeveloped and short of high-quality resources for a long time. Moreover, promoting healthy village construction is crucial for consolidating and expanding the key achievements obtained in poverty alleviation and for implementing the rural revitalization strategy in China. This study uses policy research, field research, data analysis, and expert discussion methods. We first summarize the practical needs for promoting healthy village construction and present the achievements and main problems regarding healthcare improvement for poverty alleviation. Subsequently, we explore the development objectives and key tasks for healthy village construction and propose several countermeasures prospectively. To prevent the population that have been lifted out of poverty from returning to it due to illness and better meet their diverse needs for health, we suggest that China should (1) increase government financial investment and scientifically optimize the layout of health resources and human resources; (2) provide health services based on the whole life cycle and the whole process of health; (3) maximize the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to draw a bottom line for epidemic prevention and control in rural areas; (4) ensure drug security based on the healthcare service coordination mechanism within the country region; (5) establish a regional adjustment and balancing mechanism for medical insurance funds to ensure the accuracy and fairness of health policies; and (6) conduct rural doctors training programs.

Time-sensitive network can provide deterministic transmission services with bounded low latency for applications. Besides, it brings a unified architecture and standards to heterogeneous real-time Ethernet in the industry. However, the implementation and deployment of time-sensitive network based on IEEE Std 802.1Qcc face many challenges in various application scenarios. The research on the control and management mechanisms in time-sensitive network was summarized. Then the problems to be solved were analyzed and summarized from transmission performance, scalability and technology fusion. The latest research progress of control and management mechanisms was shown. The open issues and future research directions were discussed.

Based on grain refinement and secondary phase strengthening, minor boron (B) was added to near β-Ti alloy to strengthen the alloys. Ti85Fe6Cu5Sn2Nb2 alloys with various B contents were designed, prepared by using a non-consumable vacuum arc melting furnace, and hot rolled at 800℃followed by quenching. The effects of minor B addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti85Fe6Cu5Sn2Nb2 alloy were investigated through microstructure observation, tensile mechanical test, fracture observation and transmit electron microscopy. The results reveal that minor B addition can refine the grains, improve the strength whereas the plasticity of the alloy is decreased. The alloy containing 0.15% (mass fraction)B possesses the better comprehensive mechanical properties(σ0.2=1105 MPa, δb=4.5%).With the increase of B content, the strength of the alloy is increased and reaches up to 1156 MPa. Orthorhombic TiB compounds are formed in the alloy, distributed in the β-Tialloy matrix. Upon deformation, the fracture of TiB phases, cutting and debonding of TiB phases to the alloy matrix, formed the fracture source, resulted in the decrease of the alloy plasticity.

With the proliferation of network traffic, replaying traffic in a virtual environment faces many problems. In order to meet the requirements of traffic integrity and accuracy in the replay process, an accelerated traffic replay method based on time-compressed was proposed to achieve accelerated replay of real network traffic in a virtual environment. The method prioritized the compression of the largest time interval in the set of time intervals, and reduced the compression of the smaller intervals, thus reducing the traffic spike per unit time caused by time compression, and reducing the packet loss rate of traffic. The effect was measured in terms of packet loss rate, time interval error and similarity. The experiments show that this method has a lower packet loss rate and lower time interval error compared with the isometric compression method, although it performs worse in similarity.
