In order to solve problems of high energy consumption and high carbon emissions in the process of separation zinc and iron from the neutral leaching residue using the fire methods, as well as poor leaching selectivity in the process of separation zinc and iron using the wet methods, and potassium iron vanadium slag and needle ore produced by the process of iron removal from the leachate need to be treated, the technique of separation iron and zinc by oxalic acid was proposed, and the response surface method was used to optimize the conditions for iron-zinc separation, and regression models for predicting iron and zinc leaching rates were established. Meanwhile, the mechanisms of iron-zinc separation and the behavior of the associated metals were discussed in the process of separation. The results show that it is necessary to make full use of the acidity of oxalic acid, the complexation of C2O42- with Fe3+, the property of C2O42- and Zn2+ to form insoluble ZnC2O4 to decompose ZnFe2O4 for achieving the separation of iron and zinc in the neutral leaching residue. The optimization process conditions for iron-zinc separation predicted by the response surface method are as follows: (C2O42-)TOT excess 1. 75 times of the theoretical quantity, leaching time of 170 minutes, temperature of 95 °C and liquid-solid ratio of 8 mL/g, the predicted and the actual values of iron and zinc leaching rates are 91. 48%,0. 63% and 91. 35% and 0. 64% respectively. In the process of iron-zinc separation, 91. 35%Fe is leached into the leachate as Fe(C2O4)33- and Fe(C2O4)22-, 99. 36%Zn,94. 24%Cu and 94. 42%Pb are enriched into the leaching residue as ZnC2O4, CuC2O4 and PbC2O4. It is proved that oxalic acid can decompose ZnFe2O4 at low temperature and separate iron and zinc in the neutral leaching residue, and the separation process does not discharge CO2, the technical defects of the existing iron and zinc separation process by fire methods and wet methods are solved. Shared decision making (SDM) refers to two-way communication between doctors and patients. SDM helps surgeons decide the most suitable treatment plan for patients based on the medical evidence and the preferences of patients. A standardized clinical process and decision assistant tools, such as verbal tools, graphic tools, and patient decision aids, can help the shared decision-making work effectively. Since the sense of facial aesthetics is individual and there are multiple treatment options in plastic surgery, facial aesthetic surgery is suitable for the application of SDM. In addition, medical service centers can also meet the personalized needs of patients, provide high-quality medical services for patients and achieve better treatment results with SDM. SDM has not been introduced into the clinical practice of maxillofacial plastic surgery in China, and its development is facing many difficulties, such as the lack of decision aid tools, the limited time of diagnosis, and the lack of doctor-patient communication. Research and development of standard SDM clinical implementation path guides and decision aid tools will be beneficial to the application and development of SDM in the field of maxillofacial plastic surgery in China.

Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo‐HSCT) is a widely used treatment for a variety of hematopoietic disorders, and also provides a valuable platform for investigating the development of donor‐derived immune cells in recipients post‐HSCT. The immune system remodels from the donor to the recipient during allo‐HSCT. However, little is known about the cell profile alterations as donor homeostasis rebalances to recipient homeostasis following HSCT. Here, multi‐omics technology is applied at both the single cell and bulk sample levels, as well as spectrum flow cytometry and fluorescent transgenic mouse models, to dissect the dynamics of the rebalanced homeostatic immune system in recipients after allo‐HSCT. The data reveal that all immune subpopulations observed in donors are successfully restored in recipients, though with varying levels of abundance. The remodeling of immune homeostasis exhibits different patterns in HLA‐matched and haploidentical HSCT, highlighting distinct biases in T cell reconstitution from the central and peripheral pathways. Furthermore, ZNF683 is critical for maintaining the persistence and quiescence of CD8 T‐cell in haploidentical HSCT. Chinese Olea europaea leaves, rich in verbascosides, were extracted using ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) and wall-breaking extraction (WBE) with deep eutectic solvents (Optimal UAE: 55 min, 200 mL/g liquid–solid ratio, 20% moisture, yielding 206.23 ± 0.58 mg GAE/g total phenolic content (TPC) and 1.59 ± 0.04% verbascoside yield (VAY); Optimal WBE: 140 s, 210 mL/g, 30% moisture, giving 210.69 ± 0.97 mg GAE/g TPC and 1.33 ± 0.2% VAY). HPLC analysis showed that young leaves accumulated higher TPC and phenolic compounds. Among the five olive varieties, Koroneiki and Chemlal showed the highest TPC in UAE, while Arbosana and Chemlal excelled in WBE. WBE yielded a higher TPC and rutin, whereas UAE marginally increased other phenolics. Additionally, the DPPH• assay showed that WBE-extracted verbascoside-rich extracts (VREs) of Chemlal exhibited high antioxidant activity (EC50 of 57 mg/mL), but Koroneiki-VREs exhibited lower activity against the ABTS•+ radical (EC50 of 134 mg/mL). Remarkably, the UAE/WBE-extracted Chemlal-VREs promoted the normal esophageal Het-1A cell line at 25 μg/mL for 24 h; yet, the esophageal cancer Eca-109 cells were sensibly inhibited, especially at 50 μg/mL; and the cell viability decreased dramatically. Diet can regulate systemic inflammation, which may play an important role in the development and progression of cognitive impairment and dementia. To explore the relationship between the dietary inflammatory potential and cognitive ability. A total of 2307 adults aged 60 years or older were recruited from the Fujian Provincial Hospital (Fujian, China). Dietary inflammatory properties were analyzed using the energy-adjusted dietary inflammatory index (E-DII). The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) were used to assess cognitive function. Logistic regression and restricted cubic spline (RCS) were fit to assess the associations between variables. The MCI subjects with the highest E-DII scores had a higher risk of AD compared to subjects with the lowest E-DII scores (OR = 1.98, 95%CI = 1.49–2.64, P for trend < 0.001). Subjects with the highest E-DII levels were at increased risk of cognitive impairment compared to those with the lowest E-DII levels (OR = 1.56, 95%CI = 1.25–1.93, P for trend < 0.001). The link between E-DII and cognitive impairment was significant in a nonlinear dose response analysis (P for nonlinear = 0.001). Higher E-DII scores were associated with an increased risk of developing AD or cognitive impairment. These findings may contribute to the effective prevention of cognitive impairment by constructing a multidisciplinary synergistic prevention strategy and controlling dietary inflammation levels. In this paper, considering the cost of base station, coverage, call quality, and other practical factors, a multi-objective optimal site planning scheme is proposed. Firstly, based on practical needs, mathematical modeling methods were used to establish mathematical expressions for the three sub-objectives of cost objectives, coverage objectives, and quality objectives. Then, a multi-objective optimization model was established by combining threshold and traffic volume constraints. In order to reduce the time complexity of optimization, a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA) is used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem of site planning. Finally, a strategy for clustering and optimizing weak coverage areas was proposed. In order to avoid redundant neighborhood retrieval during cluster expansion, the Fast Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (FDBSCAN) clustering method was adopted. With different sub-objectives as the main objectives, this paper obtained the distribution map of weak coverage areas before and after the establishment of new base stations, as well as relevant site planning maps, and provided three planning schemes for different main objectives. The simulation results show that the traffic coverage of the three station planning schemes is above 90%. The change in the main optimization objective will result in a significant difference between the cost of the three solutions and the coverage of weak coverage points. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To avoid installation dispersion and improve the data transmission efficiency of the submarine oil and gas production system, the concept of function module with a vertical layout is presented. Meanwhile, the wireless sensor network is introduced to monitor the function module. For a high-efficiency wireless sensor network, the node deployment method is crucial and essential. In this paper, the model of the region to be monitored is established, and an improved isosceles triangle node deployment method is proposed based on the traditional disk perception model of the sensor node. The coverage density and coverage efficiency of the single and double coverage of this improved method are also calculated. By comparing the coverage performance of the traditional method (TM) and the improved method (IM), the results show that the single and double coverage density of the IM are both smaller. The introduction of the IM decreases the cost of the perception coverage of the side of the function module and establishes a foundation of the remote monitoring of the function module. Adding redox additives to conventional electrolytes is considered to be an effective method to improve electrochemical performance of the supercapacitors, which is ascribed to the additional Farady capacitance derived from the reversible redox reaction. Here, the influence of K3Fe(CN)6 on electrochemical properties for single electrode system and the assembled solid‐state supercapacitor are investigated. The carbon felt (CF) electrode in the mixed solution of K3Fe(CN)6/KCl exhibits remarkable specific capacitance of 2.45 F cm−2 after 5000 cycles, obviously much higher than conventional electrolyte KCl. The capacitance retention and the coulombic efficiency of the solid‐state supercapacitor maintains 86.5% and 97% after 2500 cycles, symmetric supercapacitor shows a high energy density of 58 mWh L−1 at power density of 660 mW L−1. Furthermore, the solid‐state SCs exhibit excellent flexibility and four supercapacitors are capable of lighting up an LED lamp, demonstrating the potential of practical applications of the as‐prepared solid‐state SCs.
