This case report describes the nursing experience with a male patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in cross-national. The nursing period, from August 31 to September 28, 2020. Roy's adaptation model was used as an evaluation tool in a comprehensive assessment of health issues which included, (1) oral mucosal injury, (2) fatigue, and (3) anxiety. The author discussed with the medical team to design a questionnaire to increase communication between doctors and the patient, to provide cross-team care, and to intervene with dieticians, a psychological counselor and Chinese medicine practitioner, according to suitability to reduce anxiety. And to provided hematopoietic stem cell transplantation nursing manuals. These measures improved the patient's ability for self-care. It is recommended that continuing education should include psychologically relevant courses to help patients in expressing anxiety and discussing interventions with the health care team to reduce anxiety and depression.
