The purpose of this article, which is part of a larger research project, is to explore the relationship between complot, fear and dreams, with the movie The Manchurian Candidate (1962) and its 2004 remake as the starting point for reflection. This is not a film review, but a theoretical reflection based on the film. Thus, there is no pretension of exhausting the film analysis and even less ambition to exhaust the discussion on the three theoretical axes in focus. On the contrary, it is a gesture of reading against the grain that aims to shed some light on the interrelationship between this complex triad. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article considers the complexity of the dream phenomenon across different moments in human cultural history, focusing particularly on Foucault's interpretation of Artemidorus of Daldis' Oneirokritika within the context of his studies on sexuality and the arts of existence. It argues that Foucault's analysis not only sheds light on dream interpretation practices in Antiquity but also provides a critical perspective on how individual representations of sexual dreams reflect social, ethical, and political aspects that are irreducible to both identity and psychological intimacy. Foucault thereby shifts the issue of sexuality towards a way of life, opening up an intriguing space for the philosophical problematization of a political ontology of dreams. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A partir da campanha publicitária lançada em 2021 pela empresa norte-americana de cerveja Coors, na qual foi utilizado o protocolo conhecido como Target Dream Incubation (TDI) que tinha como objetivo o uso dos sonhos para fins publicitários, construímos no presente artigo uma reflexão teórico-filosófica do fenômeno que designamos como eletrificação das imagens oníricas. Aprofundamos a discussão sobre o processo histórico pelo qual as imagens vêm sendo destituídas de seu poder simbólico, até atingirmos o atual estágio que conta cada vez mais com intervenções do espaço onírico para fins mercadológicos com base na lógica do capital. Para isso, retomamos ideias de teóricos como Edgar Morin, Norval Baitello Jr., Jean Baudrillard e C. G. Jung, entre outros. Exploramos também a necessidade de pensar saídas criativas, imaginais e imaginativas para que a dimensão arquetípica da vida humana não seja negada, irrompendo assim de maneira patológica, individual e coletiva.

No presente artigo refletimos sobre a conexão entre o vício nas telas e a crise do pensamento simbólico. Essa dependência patológica retroalimenta a substituição do tempo de contato com as imagens oníricas, que deveria se dar durante o sono, pelo tempo de utilização da internet. Partindo da revisão bibliográfica interdisciplinar como recurso metodológico, utilizamos dados da comunicação, neurociência, psicologia e sociologia, para aprofundarmos a discussão sobre a importância do sono e do sonho para o processo de desenvolvimento cognitivo e comunicacional, tanto do ponto de vista individual, como do coletivo e discutimos como a utilização ideológica capitalista e predatória do imaginário, através de práticas que visam privar as pessoas, cada vez mais, de suas capacidades simbólicas e reflexivas, afastam o indivíduo do tempo-espaço de um dos últimos redutos da expressão das imagens endógenas: o sonho.

RESUMO: Esta é uma revisão do método bachelardiano utilizado para a análise do espaço, tendo como eixo A poética do espaço, trabalho publicado em 1957. O método é definido como fenomenológico a partir dos pontos do próprio Bachelard, do uso que faz da psicologia de Minkowsky2 e de sua particular análise dos significados da linguagem poética. Consequentemente, ocorrem de maneira resumida os aspectos do espaço que transcendem ao conhecimento científico e que, a partir da poesia, descrevem as características de um espaço significativo para o poeta. A Casa, os cantos e os móveis, entre outros aspectos, serão objeto de representações poéticas que revelam, inclusive, uma filosofia do espaço. Palavras-chave: Imaginário, sonho, casa. RESUMÉ: Ceci est une revue de la méthode bachelardien utilisée pour l'analyse de l'espace, avec la axe La poétique de l'espace, ouvrage publié en 1957. La méthode est définie comme phénoménologique pour commencer des points de Bachelard que lui-même, marques de son utilisation de la psychologie de Minkowsky et son analyse particulière des significations du langage poétique. Par conséquent, se produire brièvement les aspects de l'espace au-delà de la connaissance scientifique et, de la poésie, décrire les caractéristiques d'un espace important pour le poète. La maison, le coin et les meubles, entre autres choses, fera l'objet de représentations poétiques qui révèlent même une philosophie de l'espace. Mots-clés: imaginaire; rêve; Maison.

O que significa para as mulheridades a aprovação no vestibular e a entrada em cursos nas universidades públicas? Para algumas dessas jovens pode significar a fuga de um ambiente familiar opressor em direção ao espaço acadêmico que ainda oferece lugares para o exercício do pensamento crítico sobre as desigualdades de classe e gênero vinculadas a um capitalismo de raiz escravocrata. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar a invenção de um dispositivo grupal em psicanálise intitulado “Roda de Conversa sobre Sonhos” e analisar duas narrativas oníricas e os processos associativos grupais compartilhados em dois encontros ocorridos no ano de 2021. Para tanto, discutimos as matrizes teóricas que subsidiaram a criação da proposta e os três modos de tratamento do material onírico: singular, interpsíquico acompanhado da crítica à cultura e prospectivo. Os dados produzidos foram analisados tendo como referência a leitura crítica de filósofas e psicanalistas feministas sobre o patriarcado. Por um lado, foi possível considerar que a indústria cultural incide nos sonhos, moldando nas pessoas atitudes pautadas no sexismo e na expectativa de salvação pelo amor romântico. Por outro lado, as cadeias associativas indicaram a crítica às amarras sociais que obstaculizam a liberdade feminina.

María Zambrano efetua uma abordagem do sonho enquanto fenómeno que acontece não apenas no sono, mas também na vigília. Um sonho decifrado, em termos da compreensão do fenómeno, é um sonho criador, um sonhar bem, um estado que toca a eternidade por transcender o tempo. Num momento da sua vida, Zambrano observava silenciosamente as ruínas do Fórum Romano e decifrou o sonho, compreendendo subitamente como as ruínas metaforizavam o humano. O ser humano é aquele que procura edificar os seus sonhos e transcender o acabamento, fundindo-se com a natureza (o que é simbolizado pela hera que invade as ruínas).

This article aims to delve into the thematic intersections of Ursula K. Le Guin's The Lathe of Heaven and Octavia E. Butler's "The Book of Martha", within the realms of dreams and their importance for utopianism. To achieve this goal, crucial and relevant scenes in both works are analysed and compared against each other. Firstly, there is an exploration of the fact that the existence of a perfect world for everyone is impossible. Secondly, it scrutinizes how each narrative grapples with the ethical and moral implications of wielding extraordinary power. Thirdly, it reflects on the characters' agency and free will. Lastly, it examines how the characters deal with the consequences of their actions as well as their sense of guilt. O presente artigo tem por objetivo apresentar em linhas gerais o desenvolvimento da teoria dos espíritos empreendida por Kant no texto Os sonhos de um visionário explicados pelos sonhos da metafísica, publicado em 1766, com suas consequências epistêmicas. O ponto central é o esquema óptico do qual Kant lança mão para explicar os fenômenos de comunicação com os espíritos e sua relação com o esquema mesmo da percepção visual, bem como dos aparelhos de projeção espectrais usados em espetáculos e seances espíritas. Nossa hipótese é que o texto kantiano faz parte, por seu estilo e tema, da vaga de publicações sobre visionários, aparições e espetáculos fantasmagóricos, que ganha volume a partir dos últimos decênios do século dezoito e se torna uma epidemia no século seguinte, dando início ao que mais tarde Adorno e Horkheimer chamarão de indústria cultural. Além disso, tendo em vista a centralidade que o regime onírico tem para o realismo capitalista nos termos de Mike Fischer, não é menos provável que neste se dê a continuidade estrutural do esquema kantiano e suas consequências espectrais.

What does the approval in the entrance exam and entering courses at public universities mean for women? For some of these young women, it may mean escaping an oppressive family environment towards an academic space that still offers places to exercise critical thinking about class and gender inequalities linked to capitalism with slave roots. The objective of this article is to present the invention of a group device in psychoanalysis entitled "Roda de Conversa sobre Sonhos" (Conversation Cicle about Dreams) and to analyze two dream narratives and the group associative processes shared in two meetings that occurred in 2021. To this end, we discuss the theoretical matrices that supported the creation of the proposal and the three ways of treating dream material: singular, interpsychic accompanied by criticism of culture and prospective. The data produced was analyzed concerning the critical reading of feminist philosophers and psychoanalysts on patriarchy. On the one hand, it was possible to consider that the cultural industry affects dreams, shaping people's attitudes based on sexism and the expectation of salvation through romantic love. The present text seeks to present, in general terms, René Kaës' conception of the theory of dreams in its connection with Freudian thought and the Bakhtinian notion of the polyphony of discourse. The originality of Kaës' work arises from the matrix links with Freud's thought, but also establishes - in relation to such thought - an opening in the psychoanalytic understanding of the phenomenon of the dream. This work presents a dialogue between two texts, a literary and a psychoanalytic one, and refers to how affectivity is essentially linked to perceptual and concrete details of the material world. The metaphor of otherness, that unsettling strangeness of oneself and of the other, is also a metaphor for the inaccessible and an ungraspable residue of oneself, the world, and that other age, childhood. In order to explore possible connections between Glauber Rocha and Ailton Krenak, this essay investigates the echoes and relationships between these two figures who are different in their attributions, social positions, and political-aesthetic ambitions, but who share a commitment to urgent issues in the public debate of their respective historical times. Thus, we propose a transversal dialogue between the two thinkers in the oneiric dimension (the institution of the dream), which will perhaps best traverse their affinities and differences. Although an association between Glauber Rocha and the Amerindians or between Ailton Krenak and the Cinema Novo may seem unusual, this essay highlights the untimely affinity of the institution of the dream in the resonances and dissidences between Glauber Rocha's manifestos "Eztetyka da Fome" (1965) and "Eztetyka do sonho" (1971) and Ailton Krenak's books, Ideas to Postpone the End of the World (2020) and Life is Not Useful (2021). Far-se-á uma aproximação entre os autores José Eduardo Agualusa e Gaston Bachelard através da crítica literária às ideias de devaneio. Nosso objetivo é fazer uma análise (parcial) do livro "O paraíso e outros infernos", do escritor angolano, sobre a visão dos encontros literários pelo mundo, aproximando a ideia do livro vivo, presente na obra do filósofo francês, e a analogia entre paraíso e biblioteca. Esperamos obter como resultado os elementos que compõe a troca e a comunicação do imaginário entre a literatura e a filosofia. Desse modo, subdividiremos o trabalho em três partes: 1 - Feira literária, 2 - A biblioteca e o paraíso; 3 Devaneio e ficção poética. Na primeira parte, analisaremos alguns contos de Agualusa nos quais ele fala de sua experiência em feiras literárias de diversos países como espaços de valorização e referência de seu trabalho e de outros; na segunda parte, faremos uma análise de Bachelard e a sua visão de paraíso como biblioteca, e nisso, a relação do ser humano com os livros, perder-se, encontrar-se, ser um livro vivo: a sua obra, inacabada, sempre dá espaço para a criação e apropriação da continuidade do pensamento; por fim, na terceira parte, iremos analisar a relação entre sonho e devaneio entre ambos os pensadores e da importância que essa atividade tem para a própria prática literária e filosófica.

Definido pelo próprio autor como uma “novelinha fantástica” e “ninharia”, o conto Sonho (1877) foi escrito em Paris, quando Turguêniev já havia se instalado em definitivo no exterior e se tornado o escritor russo mais lido e conhecido fora dos limites do seu país, além de divulgador e tradutor da literatura russa. Assim como a narrativa em si, a história da sua publicação une cronotopos distintos.

In the early years of psychoanalytic theory, Freud dedicated himself to developing the concept of fantasy, observing its presence in myriad human activities. In the present work, we underscore the presence of fantasy in three of these activities: the child's play, pubescent reveries, and the writer's poetic creation. Based on this emphasis, we propose an investigation into how fantasy circulates in different places of creation. Choosing the three activities mentioned above, we discuss how these activities put the subject of the unconscious into play. It is understood that in the different modalities of fantasizing and in the formations of the unconscious, when in play the subject offers a different place in relation to the Other. As a theoretical support, we operate from three logical temporalities, utilizing as a base the problem of the prisoner's dilemma as described by Lacan. The first temporality, the instant of seeing, is related to the child's playing and dreaming. The temporality of understanding is related to reverie/parapraxis; finally, the moment of conclusion is related to jokes and artistic creation. RESUMO Trata o presente artigo de um estudo sobre o modo como Merleau-Ponty busca extrair, da teoria freudiana dos sonhos, consequências ontológicas concernentes à vinculação expressiva entre as diferentes dimensões da experiência onírica, especificamente sobre o papel dos restos diurnos na descarga da libido, na realização do simbolismo ou, o que é a mesma coisa, na conversão do simbolismo em algo narrativo e sensível, especificamente afetivo. Conforme se mostrará, para Merleau-Ponty, seja no sonho sonhado seja no sonho relatado podemos verificar, entre a dimensão imaginária (afetiva e narrativa) introduzida pelos restos diurnos, por um lado, e a dimensão simbólica (ou inconsciente) expressa como significante esquecido, por outro; uma sorte de unidade sem coincidência, uma indivisão meramente expressiva. A pergunta deste artigo é ‒ do ponto de vista ontológico ‒ de que modo a indivisão expressiva entre o sonhado e o relatado dispensa o recurso à ideia de uma interioridade transparente?

A analogia entre cinema e sonho serve de ponte entre a dimensão mítica exercida nos mais antigos rituais da humanidade e a que se expressa na imersão hipnótica da sala escura. A similaridade desta última com os antigos espaços de imersão ritualizada, bem como a estruturação arquetípica e narrativa do sonho e do mito, reúne dois extremos da mesma experiência, unindo uma ancestralidade remota a seu derivado mais recente. Nesse percurso, em que se destacam analogias e contiguidades, o conceito de mímese cumpre papel fundamental.

O artigo versa sobre reflexões dos Ye’kwana do rio Auaris acerca das experiências oníricas e os seus efeitos na vigília. O sonho é um afastamento temporário do duplo em relação à pessoa (corpo) e, nesse sentido, é expressão dos caminhos e descaminhos do duplo em outros mundos. Meus interlocutores contam que as pessoas comuns não sonham bem, pois ao dormirem seus duplos andam por lugares onde o encontro com entes perigosos é corriqueiro. Diferentemente dos pajés, as pessoas comuns não controlam os percursos de seus duplos durante o sonho. Além de trazer à baila as histórias verdadeiras (wätunnä) sobre a origem da morte, da descontinuidade entre o sonho e a vigília e do sono, o estudo aborda conceitos centrais para o entendimento da configuração da pessoa ye’kwana - duplo (äkaato) e fio do duplo (wadeeku ekaato) - e analisa a onirocrítica nativa, uma reflexão especulativa e prática implicada em futuros possíveis prefigurados nos sonhos.

Este artigo consiste na revisão bibliográfica da literatura etnológica sobre sonhos dedicada aos povos indígenas das Terras Baixas da América do Sul. O fio condutor da exposição é a análise do acontecimento onírico, resultado das perambulações da alma, e sua influência na vida desperta. Sustento que, como eventos reais — não restritos à psicologia individual —, as distintas relações que a alma estabelece com seus interlocutores oníricos influem diretamente na interpretação dos sonhos e nos efeitos que se fazem notar na vigília. Ao considerar a inadequação de um repertório conceitual pautado no método psicanalítico e nas noções de presságio, destino e fatalidade, busco uma concepção de onirocrítica que inclua a ideia de um tempo aberto e reversível. A reflexão que proponho organiza-­‐se em dois momentos: (I) o sonho como diagnóstico de eventos em curso e (II) a manipulação das possibilidades engendradas como virtualidade.

A pandemia nos colocou diante da iminência do fim do mundo. As imagens do fim se manifestam em sonhos e atravessam o imaginário ocidental. Como o Ocidente pode pensar além de si mesmo? A partir das leituras de Ailton Krenak e Davi Kopenawa, procuramos analisar os sonhos como outra forma de conhecimento e de relação com a realidade. Para isso, dois conceitos são fundamentais na crítica de Ailton Krenak à civilização ocidental: de humanidade e de mundo. A ideia de humanidade homogênea, apartada do mundo, tem levado ao fim dos vários mundos que coexistem na Terra. Pois o mundo já acabou para os povos que foram exterminados. Diante dos fins dos mundos, da queda do céu, podemos aprender com os sonhos yanomamis a suspender o céu como forma de adiar os fins. Assim, a política dos sonhos ameríndios nos fornece outras perspectivas de transformação dos corpos e da realidade na longa noite contemporânea de insônias e pesadelos políticos.

Dada a sobreposição de acontecimentos traumáticos a catástrofes anunciadas – tais como o colapso climático vindouro e os desmandos das autoridades que compõem a política e economia neoliberais – e a forma como esses acontecimentos reverberam no psiquismo dos jovens, o objetivo deste artigo é apresentar o filme O professor substituto de modo a tomá-lo como alegoria para a função traumatolítica dos sonhos e do cinema. Foi possível discutir uma das características da contemporaneidade, que favorece certa melancolização do laço social entre os jovens inseridos em uma sociedade distópica. Diante de tais acontecimentos, uma das evidências encontradas foi que a confiança dos sujeitos foi a mais penalizada, e por conta disso coube alargar a noção de esperança.

Based on the understanding of paragraphs 32 and 51 of Book X by Diogenes Laércio: Life and doctrines of distinguished philosophers, a theory of sensitive perception and image in Epicurus' thought. However, seeking to demonstrate the epistemic process of sensations (αἰσθήσεις), initiated in the "imagetic projections" (φανταστικὰς ἐπιβολὰς), that is, in the detachment of the surfaces of the composite bodies through the constant movement (κίνεσις) of the atoms, Epicuro, unpretentiously, fundam nature of the "dream" (ὄναρ) as a derivation of the images (εἴδωλα) of the bodily beings that affect the soul "during sleep" (καθ 'ὕπνους) and, therefore, are true dreams: for "it moves [the mind], and, what is not [μὴ ὄν] does not move it ". In this sense, it breaks with a long tradition that dreams are divine manifestations, as expressed in the Vatican Sentence 24, therefore, they do not need interpretations, but are explained as "representations" (φαντάσματα) of the sensitive ones arising during the sleep that they form in the soul through the anticipations kept in the understanding, that is, they are representative images of the phenomenal world, therefore, there is only a dream of what is perceived. Considerando o cenário atual da relação do ser humano com a imagem, sua natureza simbólica e suas dimensões endógena e exógena, refletimos no presente artigo sobre novos desdobramentos do fenômeno da iconofagia. Pensando o papel da imagem nos processos imaginários, o sonho é espaço de vivência das imagens endógenas. Levamos em conta a importância do trabalho com os sonhos para a saúde geral do indivíduo e da coletividade, como apontado por C. G. Jung e consideramos sua importância para a criação de estratégias de resiliência a partir dos moldes propostos por B. Cyrulnik. Adicionamos dados da neurociência que mostram a decodificação de imagens oníricas, o estabelecimento de diálogos com sonhadores durante o sono REM e a identificação de neurônios que respondem de maneira exclusiva a determinadas imagens visuais. O objetivo é propor uma reflexão crítica levando em conta o potencial das imagens simbólicas e os riscos da possível intervenção ideológica e econômica dos sonhos.

O artigo objetiva discutir contribuições a práxis política socioambiental a partir de articulações entre a psicologia histórico-cultural e uma concepção de sonhos vinculada a cosmovisões ameríndias – predominantemente a cosmovisão yanomami. Para tal, foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica relacionada a tópicos pertinentes à proposta. O presente estudo busca contribuições advindas de cosmovisões ameríndias para a superação da forma predominantemente predatória de organização social ocidental. A psicologia histórico-cultural argumenta sobre a possibilidade de mudança do papel hegemônico que o onírico ocupa nos dramas subjetivos ocidentais. O xamã David Kopenawa defende a necessidade de o “povo da mercadoria” aprender a sonhar e, dessa forma, poder entender de forma adequada, entre outras coisas, a sua luta pela preservação da floresta. Faz-se necessário criar sonhares de bem-viver. Um sonhar decolonial e territorializado que expresse virtualidades da vida desperta poderia potencializar ações coletivas socioambientais revolucionárias e não apenas mudanças de atitudes individuais.

Resumo Apresento neste ensaio a perspectiva indígena de Bem Viver como possível anúncio para desconstrução de aspectos coloniais que persistem em moldar de modo exploratório as relações entre seres humanos e meio ambiente, haja vista que cada vez mais tem se propagado sob o horizonte do Planeta Terra um véu de devastação e destruição pelo estímulo desenvolvimentista. Recorro à ecologia dos saberes para pautar um pensamento que renuncie a lógica de apropriação e violência empregada na anulação da diversidade epistêmica dos conhecimentos de diversos povos. Como anúncio, me valho de perspectivas indígenas frente aos sonhos como possibilidade de outro entendimento sobre a vigília, em virtude de neles serem transfigurados os contatos despertos com o mundo, transformando experiências e dotando as dinâmicas sociais com profundos significados. Well-living: a proposal to relearn how to dream about the world Abstract In this essay I present the indigenous perspective of Well-Living as a possible advertisement for the deconstruction of colonial aspects that persist in shaping the relations between human beings and the environment in an exploratory way, given that a veil of devastation has spread under the horizon of Planet Earth and destruction by developmental stimulus. I resort to the ecology of knowledge to guide a thought that renounces the logic of appropriation and violence used in the annulment of the epistemic diversity of knowledge of different peoples. As an advertisement, I use indigenous perspectives in the face of dreams as a possibility for another understanding of wakefulness, as awakened contacts with the world are transfigured in them, transforming experiences and endowing social dynamics with deep meanings. Buen vivir: una propuesta para reaprender a soñar con el mundo Resumen En este ensayo presento la perspectiva indígena de Buen Vivir como un posible anuncio de la deconstrucción de aspectos coloniales que persisten en configurar de manera exploratoria las relaciones entre el ser humano y el medio ambiente, dado que un velo se ha extendido cada vez más bajo el horizonte de Planeta Tierra de devastación y destrucción por el estímulo del desarrollo. Recurro a la ecología de saberes para orientar un pensamiento que renuncia a la lógica de apropiación y violencia empleada en la anulación de la diversidad epistémica del saber de los diferentes pueblos. A modo de publicidad utilizo las perspectivas indígenas frente a los sueños como posibilidad de otra comprensión de la vigilia, pues en ellos se transfiguran los contactos despiertos con el mundo, transformando vivencias y dotando de significados profundos a las dinámicas sociales. Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar a questão do ensino, em Lacan e Barthes, tomando como mote a ideia do enigma que envolve o sonho como um paradigma de experiência de linguagem. Para tanto, visa-se aí apontar como, desde a questão do impossível, é possível produzir algo em relação a isso, a partir da aproximação da noção de discurso analítico de Lacan com os escritos de Barthes sobre o tema. Para o estudo de Barthes, utiliza-se o conteúdo disponível de forma ampla, tanto os livros, quanto os cursos, tal como o material produzido pelos seus alunos e leitores, privilegiando o material que está mais acessível aos pesquisadores de Barthes no Brasil.

Percorrendo o Diário de luto de Roland Barthes, este artigo propõe uma reflexão sobre o ponto de virada na escrita barthesiana nomeado por ele de Vita Nova. Acompanhamos esse movimento a partir de três inscrição recolhidas de seu diário: seu processo de escrita, sua narrativa onírica e seu investimento libidinal. Atravessado e profundamente marcado pelo luto de sua mãe, Barthes inscreve um projeto de romper com sua lógica de escrita anterior, acrescentando um desejo por uma nova forma de escrita. Todavia, extraímos a partir desse percurso no diário um intervalo escrito entre a continuidade mortífera e a particularidade entoada pela literatura.

Based on the understanding of paragraphs 32 and 51 of Book X by Diogenes Laércio: Life and doctrines of distinguished philosophers, a theory of sensitive perception and image in Epicurus' thought. However, seeking to demonstrate the epistemic process of sensations (asse), initiated in the "imagetic projections" (fatast pß), that is, in the detachment of the surfaces of the composite bodies through the constant movement (es) of the atoms, Epicuro, unpretentiously, fundam nature of the "dream" (a) as a derivation of the images (eda) of the bodily beings that affect the soul "during sleep" (a 'p) and, therefore, are true dreams: for "it moves [the mind], and, what is not [1] does not move it ". In this sense, it breaks with a long tradition that dreams are divine manifestations, as expressed in the Vatican Sentence 24, therefore, they do not need interpretations, but are explained as "representations" (fatsµata) of the sensitive ones arising during the sleep that they form in the soul through the anticipations kept in the understanding, that is, they are representative images of the phenomenal world, therefore, there is only a dream of what is perceived. O presente artigo apresenta os conceitos de sonho, imagem onírica e despertar tal como estes se encontram nas notas que Walter Benjamin redige entre 1927-1929/30 em suas pesquisas sobre as passagens parisienses do século 19. Tratase aqui de demonstrar a relação dupla deste pensador com o surrealismo, uma relação que é de reivindicação e de crítica. E também de indicar como essa relação dupla tem como ponto de partida uma reflexão materialista sobre a história, nos termos da concepção do passado e de sua recepção pelo presente.

O recurso ao modelo do sonho é o expediente de que se vale oa utor para articular a discussão epistemológica, a exposição da modernidade e a práxis política no trabalho das Passagens. Como resultado, o historiador materialista é apresentado como onirocrítico ou intérprete dos sonhos da história.

Resumo O texto inicia com um procedimento onírico. Compartilha várias questões sobre a categoria conceitual e analítica acerca do sonho da Docência. Antes, de modo aforismático, numa sequência de quadros que se sucedem, situa o fundo comum de estudos já desenvolvidos, em seu terreno trópico ou curiológico: lá onde conceitos, sentidos, proposições e teses — sobre Docência, Arquivo, Currículo, Didática, Aula, EIS AICE, Tradução, Professor, Poesia — mergulham no discurso onírico e nele se enrodilham como gavinhas. Apresenta então pontos de sonho, em sua historicidade, áreas de saber, problematizações e acionamentos, por parte da pesquisa educacional, além de suas relações com a escrileitura e com a morte. Configura, assim, o estágio atual da pesquisa oneirocrítica; a qual, em rede, colhe meteoros e come poeira do deserto. Ao mesmo tempo em que aponta a prudência de, na atualidade, gravar o seguinte epitáfio coletivo: É sinistro como executamos crueldades contra a nossa própria docência.

This paper initially addresses the problem of the drive order as proposed by Freud in 1915, taking as an excuse his own dream of the Fates published in "The Interpretation of Dreams" (1986/1900), approximately fifteen years before the text "Instincts and Their Vicissitudes" (1915). Likewise, it will articulate the relationship between the drive and the Oedipus complex as well as its outcomes. The hypothesis is that, in the productions of the unconscious specified in the 1900 publication, it was already there the fantasmatic configuration later explained theoretically not only by Freud but also by Lacan. The haunting presence of memories and dreams from an unregenerate past society thoroughly permeate the action of Cormac McCarthy's vision of the post-apocalypse in The Road. Besides the intention of contrasting the barrenness of the world that the protagonists inhabit with the lively imagery of the old world, the recollections that invade the father's inner self provide a clash between personal and collective narratives which push him to struggle for survival and protect his son in an effort to "carry the fire" of humanity. Parallelly, the symbolism of the dreams that we encounter throughout the novel hold valuable clues that can be accessed to resolve the ambiguous closure to The Road. In the first part of this paper, I will revisit the field of memory studies to reveal the importance that memory holds as a provider of meaning for life in the apocalypse. The second part of the article develops a theory that absolutely disregards any optimistic reading of the end of the novel, as it presents us with the possibility that what we read in the last pages of the book constitutes the wish-fulfilment produced by the boy's dying dream. To investigate this enticing theory that was furthered by Jacob M. Powning, I will assess this hypothesis through the lenses of Psychoanalysis. McCarthy's interest in the psychoanalytic studies, and his fascination with the dream world will help to develop a pertinent proposition that seeks to ultimately resolve the enigmatic Deus Ex-Machina that closes the novel. As narrativas oníricas são fragmentos de experiências extra(ordinárias) que podem produzir interpelações sobre o lugar social ocupado pelo sonhante e por aquelas pessoas que exercitam a escuta, construindo espaços de partilha sobre imaginários, impressões e afetos. Neste artigo refletimos sobre as diferentes funções que a experiência de narrar e escutar o conteúdo onírico exerce em uma comunidade, e abordamos a relação entre os sonhos e os períodos de crise política e sanitária no contexto das universidades públicas brasileiras, como a imposta pela pandemia do Covid-19. Como objeto de análise, destacamos um sonho apresentado em projeto de extensão universitária e apontamos dimensões de tratamento do material onírico que podem nos ajudar a encontrar pistas para outras formas de habitarmos a sociedade.

Geographic knowledge was born together with speeches with a dreamlike content. The imagination, in fact, has found and still finds a special place in the narratives about the Earth and the human experience about it. Responding to the Bachelardian provocation, this article proposes a theoretical discussion about the duty to dream, the need to imagine. For this, through a bibliographic review, the notion of wonder and the contributions of imagination in geographic science are discussed, visiting authors linked to the theory of the imaginary as well as geographers who approach the imagination. We conclude that the duty to dream Geography is vital, since, rich in possibilities, the ability to imagine can be fruitful in several aspects of geographic making, such as writing, the end of dichotomies, dialogue with the arts and projections of future worlds in urban planning and environmental management. In this article we examine experiences and representations of care, as expressed by couples' testimonies on their relationships with assisted reproduction clinics and specialists in Brazil. Our goal is to capture how care is recognized in the context of highly complex technologies. The intersections of affect, technology and the notion of God comprise hybrid elements that connect emotions, science, technology and (medical) specializations, and are recognized aspects of this type of care. Gratitude to God and gratitude to specialists are conjoined within a specific recognition of care as part of the expanded reproductive activities of our times, concerning both the bodies of women in search of maternity and of men in search of paternity, as well as embryos and gametes. These relationships of care are established through a process in which specialists become recognized as those that provide shelter from pain, hardship, waiting periods, frustrations and disappointments, for couples who have unsuccessfully attempted to conceive in the past. A carefully tended relationship of trust is forged, increasing clinics' and specialists' capacities to offer solutions for attaining pregnancy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

O presente texto foi escrito como um ensaio científico, privilegiando a liberdade da expressão linguística. Trata-se de uma reflexão sobre a relação entre cinema e psicodrama, partindo do filme As invasões bárbaras. É possível que a narrativa de um filme nos proporcione uma experiência terapêutica? Qual? Como? Os sentimentos e as imagens evocadas pelo filme As invasões bárbaras são aqui relatadas, configurando um testemunho pessoal que busca articular subjetividade à objetividade, vivência à teoria, imaginação à ação. Autores importantes e distintos participam da discussão, especialmente Moreno, Zerka e o filósofo Bachelard.

In light of the many psychic spaces that arise throughout a therapeutic process, it is up to the psychoanalyst - through countertransference - to address the real conflict as well as the chosen psychic place for the internal drama to unravel. The author favours the dream space and uses it as a model to characterise the quality of the psychic space that arises from the analytical encounter. This space gives rise to points of divergence and points of convergence between the patient and the psychoanalyst's internal worlds. Thus, different types of affection, defence, and anguish come from this connection manifesting themselves in a 'point of urgency' (Baranger, 1993) over which a shared interpretation is possible. It shows how this model for building the analytical space may bring up theoretical and clinical matters at the practice, particularly in difficult cases. It also shows how the psychoanalyst's capacity of reverie may allow for a connection of the missing links in order to reinstate the type of analytical space that can be dreamt by two people.
