The penetration of liquid into a piece of filter paper hung vertically above a liquid is studied theoretically and experimentally. The height of the ascent of the liquid is proportional to the square root of the time at the initial stage of the penetration, but the proportionality does not hold in a wide range of time. The equation which describes this relationship between the height and time has been derived. The values of the parameters in the equation have been determined for acetone, benzene, water, carbon tetrachloride and ethanol. It is concluded that the capillary gap in the filter paper is about 6 μ in the half distance and the length of the gap is about 3 times larger than the length of the filter paper, if the gap is assumed to be two dimensional.

Minimization of samples for infrared spectral measurement was attempted by the use of a Japanese folkcraft, hand-made paper, impregnated with liquid paraffin. By this method, it is possible to measure 0.1 mg. of a sample. This hand-made paper was also used for paper chromatography and the developed paper was submitted directly to infrared spectral measurement. Component of Penicillium islandicun and inorganic sulfate ion were determined by spectral measurement of their chromatogram.

Thirty-seven paper and thin-layer chromatographic systems in general use for the analysis of basic drugs have been examined. Their discriminating powers were measured, both individually and when used in combination. The better systems were found to be thin-layer systems of silica gel sprayed with 0·1n NaOH, dried and run using one of the following solvents: (1) chloroform-methanol (90:10), (2) cyclohexane-toluene-diethylamine (75:15:10) and (3) acetone. A thin-layer cellulose system using n-butanol-water-citric acid (87:13: 0–48) was suitable if speed was not a requirement and a reversed phase paper system run with an aqueous buffer solution (pH 4·58) at 95† was the fastest system examined. Any of these five systems could be used in combination since their correlation coefficients were never higher than 0·61.

In view of the complexity and inaccuracy of densitometery now in use, we adopted a fractional elution method as a substitute for it and made basic studies on the same with the following results:1. Pigments are completely extracted from pieces of filter paper with 5-10cc of N/100 NaOH solution in 30 minutes at room temperature. The extinction of the extract and the amount of serum added show a linear relationship.2. The color tone of the extract, which in prepared by removing bromphenol blue (BPB) or Amidoschwarz 10B (AS) from filter paper with N/100 NaOH solution, fades away with the passage of time; this phenomenon is especially remarkable in the extract which is prepared by removing BPB from filter paper with the said solution. Since the tendency of the color tone to fade away is true of each fraction of serum protein, no significant differences take place at least for 5 hours when the percentage of protein in serum is calculated.3. The maximum resorption wavelengths of the extracts which are prepared by removing BPB and As from filter paper with N/100 NaOH solution are 570 and 620mμ.4. When measurement is made by only an individual according to this method, its reproductivity is considerably high in each serum of healthy subjects and cases of nephrosis and liver cirrhosis.5. Even when this method is performed on different individuals, it shows a reproductivity equal to that of the Tiselius method.6. By this method we followed great changes in serum protein in cases of nephrotic syndrome that were produced during a short time by a large dosage of predonine.

A new reduction method using resazurin-impregnated filter paper was applied for determining the sanitary quality of raw milk. Experimental results of standard agar plate and resazurin test paper methods showed a high correlation between the plate count and the resazurin reduction time. By measuring the velocity constant of the reaction, color change from resazurin to resorufin on the filter paper indicated it to be a unimolecular reaction. It was concluded that the resazurin test paper method has the advantage of accuracy and simplicity for a field test.

Studies were made on the measuring method of the dust concentration in the gas flow using a dust sampler of a flat paper filter type. The results of these investigation showed the dust concentration can be obtained only by measuring the rate of increase of the pressure drops per unit time on both side of the beds of filter paper, and needless to weigh the sampled dust in each case, but the value of specific resistance of the dust must be obtained beforehand by means of the preliminary experiment. A simplified procedure for filter paper electrophoresis is described in which disturbing factors such as evaporation, heating, buffer concentration gradients, and pH changes in the electrode vessels were reduced to a minimum. Artificial mixtures of highly purified proteins could be separated and the components isolated. The application of the method to a variety of studies on serum proteins is demonstrated. Protein concentration in paper segments was determined by two different methods of protein estimation. Curves were obtained showing the same five major peaks for normal serum as found by the classical methods of free electrophoresis. Comparisons were made of the areas of the various components under the curves obtained with the different methods. Two dimensional electrophoresis was applied to serum and serum components. It proved of value in demonstrating the heterogeneity of fractions such as the γ-globulin of serum. The polysaccharide dextran was used as an index of the extent of electro-osmotic flow during the course of the various experiments. The ratio of the distance of electroosmotic flow and the distance of protein migration was shown to be constant for a given type of paper. For serum albumin on Munktell 20 paper this ratio was 0.35. A formula for mobilities applicable to liquid in a highly porous supporting medium is presented. Mobility values for human serum albumin at various pH levels on paper showed approximate agreement with those obtained in free solution giving a similar isoelectric point.

A rapid measurement of thermal deterioration of oil-immersed papers by mass spectrometer and gas chromatograph is described. A special assembly was developed using a mercury diffusion pump and automatic Topler pump to extract a very small quantity of generated gas from the oil and to collect it in a reservoir. The gas collected by the above assembly is analyzed by mass spectrometer and gas chromatograph. Logarithm of the generation rate of (CO + CO2) [log (CO + CO2)] is proportional to the reciprocal of absolute temperature (1/T). This linear relationship can be explained by chemical reaction-rate theory and it is shown that the thermal endurance and the thermal life of insulating papers in oil can be estimated by the generation rate of (CO + CO2) in a few weeks as was reported previously for air and vacuum. But the change of the slope of the line log (CO + CO2) versus 1/T at the temperature near 130°C was observed. This is a new mechanism of thermal deterioration of insulating paper in oil, which is apparently unexplained.

At first, a study has made of the effect of moisture content on the electrical resistance of the sample, but it has been found that the electrical resistance was effected not only by the variations in the fiber furnish, but the electrical resistance of the stock, from which the sample was made of.Next, a study has made on the methods of measuring the dielectric constant of the sample. We used two condencers. One of them was a paper-condencer. which is made of the sample inserted between two plates. The other was a air-condencer, which is made of two plates, and the distance of them was a function of the sample thickness.When we compare with these two condencers by the cross coil meter, we get the dielectric constant of the sample, which has no relation with the thickness variation of the sample.Measurements were made to ditermine the effect on the dielectric constant-moisturecharacteristic of variations in fiber furnish, thickness, density, etc. It was found that. the effect of these variations needs calibration curve for each sheet.The accuracy of this meter is 0.1% when we use a caribration curve which based on the bulk of the sheet.

Quantitative determination of chlorophyll a and β can be made by paper chromatography of acetone extracts of plant material with colorimetric measurement of the eluates from the separated zones. From the suitable solvent systems which give adequate separation of the pigments at a distance of 20 cm. from the start,Hager's mixture (1955) separates the chlorophylls better than the toluene-isopropanol (400: 1 v/v.) mixture, which, however, is better for the separation of carotenoids. Twice the amount of chlorophyll is separated on Whatman 31 ET paper, equally well and with the same time of development, as on Whatman No. 3 paper, on which it is possible to separate a maximum of about 15 μg of chlorophyll pigments per 1 em. start length. Losses on elution are, however, higher on using Whatman 31 ET paper. In plants with a high chlorophyllase activity, the error of determining chlorophyll a andb is greatly reduced if the leaves are placed for 1 min. in boiling water before extraction. For elution of chlorophylla andb from paper it is better to use anhydrous acetone, for chlorophyllides 80% acetone. A comparison of the procedure investigated with the method of two-wave length spectrophotometric measurement of crude acetone extracts showed that in view of the average 10% loss, the chromatographic method is hardly suitable for determining the absolute amounts of chlorophylla andb, although the relation (a/b) can be determined with similar precision by both methods. Moreover, in view of the greater amount of work involved the chromatographic method can only be recommended for confirming the results of spectrophotometrie determination. Quantitative determination of chlorophylls from the area of the spot or from the "RF" value can only be of an informative character.

A multiple solvent paper chromatography system is described which tentatively identifies most of the known mammalian acid mucopolysaccharides, when these are examined singly. Certain mucopolysaccharides may be identified with reasonable certainty in complex mixtures of such substances. Protein contamination of significant degree does not appear to interfere with these methods. These chromatographic systems appear to be most useful for the rapid, tentative identification of acid mucopolysaccharides where only limited samples are available.

A method for paper electrophoresis of hemoglobins in a discontinuous buffer system is presented. Tris-EDTA- borate buffer 0.12M., pH 9.1, is applied to the paper. Barbital buffer 0.06 M., pH 8.6, is used in the buffer vessels. The discontinuous buffer system enables the detection of hemoglobin A2 in small samples of hemolysate. Resolution of abnormal hemoglobins is superior to that in barbital or Tris-EDTA-borate buffer alone. It offers special advantage for the examination of aged samples of hemoglobin. Reasons for the behavior of the hemoglobins in this buffer system are discussed.

試料のうすい塩酸-硝酸系溶液から, 小さなディスク状 (φ=18mm) 陰イオン交換紙 (Amberlite SB-2) および濾紙を用い濾過法によって金および銀を分離捕集し, これらをけい光X線分析する迅速簡易な定量方法を研究した.銀が100μg以下のときは陰イオン交換紙のみでくりかえし濾過して金および銀を多量の銅から分離, 捕集する.銀が多く塩化銀の沈でんが認められるときはまず濾紙で濾別し, その濾液を陰イオン交換紙で濾過して金を捕集する.陰イオン交換紙および濾紙による金属の回収率に対する溶液組成, 濾過回数, 液量などの影響, けい光X線分析に対する共存元素の影響, その他を検討するとともに銀の捕集機構について考察を行なった.検量線のばらつきは100μg以下の金および銀に対してはσ=1～2μg, 100～1000μgの銀に対してはσ=16μg程度であった.実際試料を王水に溶かし, この方法で分析した結果, 他の方法による値とよく一致した.

Rm values have been determined for four homologous series of androgen esters, using a Bush paper chromatography system, to assess the value of the ratio of the solubilities in the individual solvents (solubility ratio), as an estimate of distribution coefficient. The distribution coefficients were proportional to Rm values in all four series, and for three of these the proportionality constant was the same. Limitations in the use of RM values to predict biological effects have been pointed out.

The application of test paper as an external indicator has been studied in zinc titration with potassium ferrocyanide solution. The test papers are prepared by dipping the strips of filter paper in 5% uranyl acetate, 10% uranyl nitrate, or 10% ammonium molybdate and drying it in an electric oven at about 130 deg C for 5 min. These papers can be preserved in a desiccator for a long time without any degree of sensibility change. Among the papers with the same kind of salts, the paper with the compound of lower solubility is more sensitive. The spot test on the test paper for ferrocyanide is sensitively done by placing a very small quantity of the sample solution 2 or 3 times on the same spot, using a glass rod with a fine tip (diameters 1 mm). The test-paper method for detecting the end point is superior to the ordinary spot-plate method, in sensibility, simplicity, and rapidity. The ammonium molybdate test paper is most sensitively used to the zinc titration unless the solution contains hydrogen sulfide. The uranyl acetate paper has an advantage of application for the zinc solution containing hydrogen sulfide without sensibility lowering.

As the salts of multi-valent cation, AlCl3 Al2 (SO4) 3 and Th (NO3) 4 were selected, and effects of these on dielectric properties of un-impregnated paper and oil impregnated paper were studied.(1) In regard to the dielectric loss of un-impregnated paper at high temperature, all the papers treated with solutions of less concentration than 2.5 x10-4 N were more excellent than the papers washed once with cure water.In the range of that concentration, the order of the dielectric loss at high temperature w as as follows : Th (NO3) 4> AlCL3> Al2 (SO4) 3, but in the concentration of more than 1 x 10-3N, the order wasAlCl3>Al2 (SO4) 3>Th (NO3) 4.(2) In regard to the dielectric loss of oil impregnated paper at 100T. the order of dielectric loss was as follows : AlCl3>Al2 (SO4) 3>Th (NO3) 4.But, only two samples, which were treated with dilute solution of Th (NO3) 4, showed better result than the paper washed with pore water.(3) Effects of multi-valent cation on the dielectric loss at 20°C of oil impregnated paper could he ignored.(4) When the effects of cations (from mono-Nalent to tetra-valent) used in this work were compared .AlCl3and Al2 (SO4) 3were excellent in the dielectric loss of un-impregnated paper, but in dielectric loss of oil impregnated paper, they were not so much excellent, and Pb (CH3COO) 2was best and Th (NO3) 4was corn paratively good.

Various isomers are always present in commercial samples of R-, G- and Schaeffer acids.According to our experiments, high-voltage paper electrophoresis seems to provide the best separation and determination of these isomers on the micro scale.The procedure was as follows.Known quantities of samples (ca. 100g) were submitted to paper electrophoresis by using borate buffer (pH 10) as an electrolyte, in the condition of 75V/cm.As soon as 10 minutes of separation time elapsed, the separated zones were cut off wet, extracted seperately with borate buffer solution (pH 10) as rapidly as possible on the water bath, the quantities of dyes in extracted fractions were fluorophotometrically determined in comprison with standard naphthol-sulfonic acids.Commercial samples were examined according to this method. The results are shown in Table 5.

In alkali solution, diphenylcarbazide reacts with lead and produces a water soluble complex of deep red. The author intended to determine lead on the filter paper using this reaction. The fixed volume of lead solution was spotted on the filter paper and was developed with diphenylcarbazide. Then the area of developed spot increased logalithmically with the increasing concentration of lead solution. By this method, 150 γ of lead can be determined easily and quickly. When the lead solution was spotted on the narrow filter paper (2 mm or 4 mm in width), lead could be determined from the length of colored part. Limit of identification by this method is about 0.01γ lead, and limit of determination is about 0.1 γ lead.

A phenomenon of adsorption of a small amount of ion by the filter paper was studied with the use of Cu++.The adsorption of Cu++ is not only caused by heretofore considered exchange of ash contained in the paper but a certain chemical combination with the cellulose, electrical or other physical adsorption is possible.Factors which have the influence on the amount of adsorption are concentration of solution, ash content, speed of filtration and temperature;especially, the influence of temperature is important from various standpoints.The liberation of adsorbed ion is difficult with the use of filter paper of high ash content and filtered at high temperature, The adsorption is increased with an increase in the concentration but these portions of increased adsorption are easily liberated by washing. Also, the change of adsorption phenomena of S2O3-- and Al+++ are studied and its mechanism is clarified.

The penetration of liquid through a vertically suspended filter paper was studied by measuring the weight increase with a strain gauge tensiometer for several organic liquids and aqueous solutions. The plot of penetration rate K=h⁄t1⁄2 (h, height of liquid rise and t, time) against (σ⁄η)1⁄2 (σ, surface tension and η, viscosity coefficient of wetting liquids) showed two straight lines, one for organic liquids and the other for aqueous solutions of sodium dodecyl sulfate. Both these lines passed the origin, suggesting Lucas-Washburn formula to hold. The plots for ethyl alcohol-water mixtures showed behaviors intermediate between those two linear relations. The aqueous solutions caused swelling of fibers and reduced the mean capillary radius of the filter paper, resulting in a decrease of the penetration constant P=K⁄(σ⁄η)1⁄2 but with a rather large K value. The plots for penetration of water through an untreated paper fell far below the straight line obtained for aqueous solutions of sodium dodecyl sulfate....

希土類元素イオンのペーパークロマトグラフィーの場合に問題になる帯域のえい尾性は,ろ紙にアルカリ金属塩化物を含浸させることによって,著しく改善されることはすでに報告した.本研究においても,この方法によって帯域のえい尾性を押さえながら,各帯域のRf値の差がなるべく大きく得られるような展開剤の発見につとめた結果,ランタンからユーロピウムまでのイオンは,プラセオジムとネオジムの分離を除いて,1回の展開で分離が可能であった.またプラセオジムとネオジムも,これら2種だけの混合試料では,分離が可能であった.ユーロピウムよりも原子番号の大きなイオンの場合は,隣接したものの分離はよくないが,一つとびの2種混合試料では分離が可能である.これらの試料原液は,各金属を硝酸塩の水溶液にして,各イオンあたり,約2.5mg/mlの濃度のものを用い,混合試料は,それら原液を等量ずつ混合してつくった.本研究で一般的に好結果が得られた展開剤は,ジオキサンと0.2M酢酸-酢酸ナトリウム緩衝溶液(pH 4.0～5.0)を,4:1の比(容量)で混合した溶液100mlに2gのオキシンを溶かしたものであった.展開は30℃の恒温そう中で行なった.

In measuring α ray spectra of radioactive airborne dust collected on a filter paper, the presence of α emitters to be detected is masked out by Rn and Tn daughters in atomosphere. Contributions of Tn daughters to α ray spectra of airborne radioactive materials were evaluated for two types of cellulose asbestos filter paper, HE-40 (Toyo) and HV-70 (Honing Worth & Vose), employed in routine air sampling, using the TMC 1024 pulse height analyzer with a silicon semiconductor detector. The distribution was also examined by α counting of thin stripped fragments of the filter paper, and was found to be exponential. On the basis of the results obtained, the collection efficiency of HE-40 and the absorption of α particle in the filter paper are discussed.

1. The estimation of unsaturated fatty acids of three varieties of linseed oil is carried out by the paper chromatography technique using131I for saturating the acids. 2. The relationship between the total and individual unsaturated fatty acids content on one side, and the maximal spot activity on the other side, is linear and can be used as standard reference line. 3. Determination of the Rf values of the three occuring unsaturated fatty acids, depends mainly on the change of the specific activity of the iodinating mixture.

Ethylene was collected in methanol solution of mercuric acetate and the addition compound formed was then separated by means of paper chromatography. The spot area and colour intensity after detection were determined using a densitometer. The amount of collected ethylene was calculated from a calibration curve.

Summary To study the electrophoretic properties of milk proteins under conditions as nearly similar as possible to those found in milk, a paper strip electrophoresis apparatus was designed which required small volumes of electrolyte and in which electro-osmosis could be substantially reduced. Using this apparatus, it was shown that β -lactoglobulin could be isolated from milk, crystallized, and returned to its native environment without grossly affecting its initial charge density.

A rapid routine method for the determination of submicrogram and microgram amounts of beryllium in filter paper smears is presented. Beryllium is determined fluorimetrically with 3,5,7,2',4'- pentahydroxyflavone (Morin). Many interfering elements are removed by adsorption on a strongly basic anion-exchange resin from 9N hydrochloric acid.

Paper chromatographic determination has been studied for plant pigments in core samples from Lake Kizaki-ko (maximum depth: 28.5 m, area: 1.413 km2). Eleven kinds of pigments were fractionated and determined by this method, and are called fractions No. 1 through No. 11 in order of their Rf values. Nos. 1 through 3 correspond to carotenoids, No. 4 to phaeophytin a, No. 6 to chlorophyll a, and other fractions to chlorophyll derivatives. Total amount of the pigments remarkably decreases with core depth from surface down to 20 cm, and remains practically uniform in deeper layers. Among the pigments, fractions No. 4 (phaeophytin a), No. 6 (chlorophyll a) and No. 11 are predominant with 159, 445, and 125 ppm as of dry samples respectively in surface sediments. Their concentrations strikingly decrease with depth in the upper layers from 74, 98, and 63 pprn at a depth of about 5 cm to 14, 6.7, and 12 ppm respectively at a depth of about 20 cm. Vertical distribution of various pigments as indicated by their percentage in total pigments shows that the net-decomposition rate (decomposition rate—production rate) of each pigment in the sediments is in the following order: Chlorophyll a (No. 6) > No. 8 > No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 > Phaeophytin a (No. 4), No. 11, No. 9, No. 10, No. 7 > No. 5.

The migration distance of several scores of dyes in 30% and 4% acetic acid solutions in a horizontal-type apparatus permitting evaporation was measured. In these occasions, an extremely relationship was found to exist between the degree of influence of osmotic flow into filterpaper due to evaporation from the paper surface and the displacement ratios obtained from adsorption analysis with the same filterpaper.

Summary A comparatively simple and rapid method for the identification, estimation and preparation of fatty acids has been developed, using reversed phase circular paper chromatography. The method is also suitable for the analysis of “Critical Pairs” of fatty acids and for the preparation of fatty acids. Further, when used at a higher temperature, the method is more sensitive in revealing the presence of even traces of higher fatty acids in the seeds of Adenanthera pavonina.

放射性第二水銀製品溶液中の第一水銀,第二水銀および不純物として含まれる銀イオンの定量のためにペーパークロマトグラフ法による純度検定法を確立した.第一水銀,第二水銀の展開分離においては溶媒として,酢酸:硝酸:水の比が150:3:5のものを使用して展開した結果,Rf値がそれぞれ0.14,0,49であった.この溶媒では銀イオンと第一水銀イオンが同じ位置にあり両者を分離するためには,酢酸:硝酸:水の比が15:1:4の溶媒で展開した.その結果,銀イオン,第一水銀イオン,第二水銀イオンのRf値がそれぞれ0.52,0.73,0.79であり,銀イオンと水銀イオンの分離が可能であった.したがって上記2種類の溶媒でそれぞれ展開することにより第一水銀,第二水銀,銀の分離定量が可能である.本法によると放射性第二水銀製品中に1.0%以上の第一水銀または銀イオンが存在すると検出が可能である.検定所要時間は展開,乾燥,測定を含めて約6時間である.

エチレングリコールモノエーテル類を主成分として,これにオキシンおよび酢酸塩緩衝溶液を加え,さらにクロロホルムなどの疎水溶媒を添加して帯域の拡散を防ぐようにした展開剤を用いて,塩化カリウム含浸ろ紙上でランタンからテルビウムまでの希土類元素イオンのペーパークロマトグラフィーを行なった.最良の結果が得られたのはジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル系展開剤,およびエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテル系展開剤で,これらを使用してランタン-セリウム-プラセオジム-ネオジムの4成分系の分離が1回の展開で可能である.そのほか,エチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル系展開剤についても検討した.上述の展開剤中のクロロホルムの代わりに,四塩化炭素,ベンゼン,1-ブタノール,酢酸レブチル,ジエチルエーテルおよびエチルメチルケトンなどの疎水溶媒を用いた場合にも,いずれも帯域の拡散を防ぐ効果はみられたが,クロロホルムには及ばなかった.

Peak dispersion ( i.e. the separation efficiency) in thin-layer electrophoresis was investigated and compared for six different cellulose layers. The relative importance of longitudinal diffusion and of macroscopic inhomoeneities in the electric field and in the electroosmotic and sucking flow have been assessed.

メンブランフィルターの灰化濾紙としての検討を硫酸バリウムについて行なったところ,分析時間の短縮,沈殿の回収率がよいことなどの点で濾紙にまさり,微細沈殿の定量用濾紙として好適であることを知った.しかし,微量,極微量分析に適用する場合には,メンブランフィルターに基づく影響を考慮する必要があるので,フィルターの灰分量を求めたのち灰分中のおもな金属元素およびフィルター浸出液について,原子吸光分光分析を行なった結果,品種(孔径,材質)および製品間に若干の差異を認めた.また,適切な前処理を行なうことによって,フィルター中のアルカリ金属は完全に,その他の金属も相当量溶出することがわかった.

著者の一人は先きにペーパークロマトグラフ法による24種の普通金属イオンの一斉分析法につき報告したが,今回は20種の陰イオンの一斉分析法を研究しほぼ目的を達したのでここに報告する.Cl-,Br-,I-,CNS-,ClO3-,BrO3-,NO3-の定性にはアセトン・水の混液が,またF-, NO2-, S2O32-, SO42-, CrO42-, IO3-, AsO33-, Fe (CN)64-, Fe(CN)63-, BO2-の定性にはn-ブタノール・メタノール・水の混液, PO43-,AsO43-,C2O42-の定性には希硝酸または希塩酸を飽和させたn-ブタノールが展開溶媒として適当であった.

酢酸-フェノールーオキシン-水の混合溶媒系が,2液相に分かれる条件を,逆相クロマトグラフ的に利用して,ろ紙上で希土類元素の分離を行なった.14種の希土類元素は,2成分混合試料では,セリウムとプラセオジムの場合を除けば,他のすべての隣接元素の組み合わせにおいても分離の判別が可能であった.なお,3成分系ではネオジム-ガドリニウム-ホロニウムおよびランタン-ジスプロシウム-ツリウムが,4成分系ではランタン-ネオジム-ガドリニウム-ホロニウムが,5成分系ではランタン-セリウム-ネオジム-ガドリニウム-ホロニウムが分離できた.最良の結果は,オキシン1gを95%エタノール145mlに溶かし,直径11cmの円形ろ紙(東洋濾紙No.5B)100枚を処理した含浸ろ紙上で,1%酢酸水溶液にフェノールを飽和(25℃)させた溶液100mlにオキシン2gを溶かし,2相に分かれた液層の上層部を展開剤に使用した場合に得られた.
