Abstract
The article presents the author's view on issues concerning the environmental crisis. He cites that pollution abatement is the biggest growth industry in the 1970s and polluters are into abatement business in a big way. According to the author, there is an urgent need of worldwide zero population growth or in some places of a negative population growth, of zero economic growth, and of a negative system of technological development. The author contends that the teaching of science plays an important role to orient people on the impact of environmental crisis.

Abstract
The article discusses the relation between the geographical and the behavioural environment. In this context, the author uses an illustration which explains the organismic response whose fundamental dynamics implies the acquisition of overt behaviour acts. The perception refers to an aspect of a total adjustment process and the perceived world develops as a field for action, and through action. It is outlined that the problem of becoming adapted to a new physical environment can cast off habitual ways and begin anew to form one's carapace of custom from the material possibilities presented.

Abstract
This article presents a review of the research study on the vegetation of the Tooele Valley in Utah. The said research was conducted by T.H. Kearney, L.J. Briggs, H.L. Shantz, J.W. McLane and R.L. Piemeisel and is titled "Indicator Significance of Vegetation in Tooele Valley, Utah," published in the "Journal of Agricultural Research." The review also includes the results and brief explanation and analysis of data gathered by the researchers in their research. Focus was given on quantitatie determinations for measurable environmental factors.
