In this paper, the stabilization of a dual model of Internet congestion control system is considered. Here, by choosing the communication delay as bifurcation parameter, we study the effects of communication delay on nonlinear dynamical behavior and the condition of bifurcation occurrence. Furthermore, in order to postpone the onset of the undesirable Hopf bifurcation, the dynamic delayed feedback control method is applied to stabilize the nonlinear dynamic behaviors of the model. Theoretical analysis and numerical results show that this method provided in this paper is efficient in controlling Hopf bifurcation
