The article presents the case of a man who sued his insurance company to get back the extra $2000 dollars he paid for an individual he ran down. The lawyer of the insurance company only offered $4000 from the full amount of the policy which is $5,000 to the individual. As a result, the individual went to court and was awarded $7,000 dollars which forced the man to pay extra $2,000. The court did not require the insurance company to pay the man back.

Harvey's insurance covered damage by windstorm but not by water. The insurance company's attorney argued that without the water wind cannot move so the destruction was due to water. But Harvey did not agree with it and said that the wind blew the other house in living room, so it was due to wind. After arguments Harvey won the court case.
