The article presents information on the experiences of people when they board a train at Pennsylvania Station, New York City. It is stated that the station is undergoing an architectural change. However, the engineers working on the transmutation of the station are keen to follow the example of Troy, which means, rebuilding a new city over the old one, without replacing its historical significance.
