From the empirical facts of the structure functions fP(x) and f=(x) we try to obtain the quark number density functions ~(x), d(x), s(x) and ~(x) in analytic form. These are evaluated accurately from the probabil i ty constraints together with neutrino data. Except for the assumption of the analytic forms for the parton distribution functions, our results predicted are entirely model independent. The present investigation is a cont inuat ion of the earlier work of CL~YMANS and SEtIGAL (1). Although large parts of this paper look similar in content and in language to that of the above authors, the assumptions and formulations of our equations are based entirely on empirical observations. Since our kinematics and definitions are similar to those of CL~YMA~S and SE~GAL, we simply refer to their work for common equations. From the equations of ref. (1) together with neutrino data (2) we get
