Abstract

We can conclude from the test that the comercial enriched barley is effective in suppling vitamin B1 and B2 when mixed to polished rice. Especially for those who depend mainly on polished rice for their diet, it has a great importance, as a means to eliminate such nutritional defects, to add the enriched barley to their dietary component from the view point of nutritional improvement.
