This paper will address the notion of the incommensurable, subjective, and the relativistic tendency of the Post Modern epistemology in judging the social, cognitive, and the political identifiabilities. The legacy of Michelle Foucault and Jack Derrida, which came as a reaction against the entire Enlightenment project, has undermined which was considered as the basic referential testimonio that organize and stratify the epistemological patterns of thought, and gave rise to a new paradigmatic reciprocity that emphasized valuelessness, absence of univocity, and irrationality, in addition, to social, ethnic constructability, and partial subjective finality in holding truth judgmentality. In this paper, the researcher will territorialize the problematic within the triangle of: epistemological relativity, social egalitarianism, and the system of valuelessness that postmodern system calls for. In the light of the latter, we will try to raise the question that under the pretext of incommensurable objective truth, how can we establish an interrelated egalitarian cross cultural atmosphere that insures equal representation for all constituents of the society without conscious or unconscious ideological tendencies that Foucault and Leotard have argued about? Also, how the valueless system is manifested in social relationships, and to which extent is it considered legitimate reactionary counter-argument that is meant to perpetuate certain streamline of thought? The researcher will adopt an investigative qualitative method that analyses the aforementioned in the light of postmodern philosophy.

Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menurunkan tingkat insomnia dengan metode mendengarkan murottal Al-Quran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji efektivitas mendengarkan murottal Al-Quran dalam menurunkan tingkat insomnia. Subjek penelitian dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan desain eksperimen one grup pretest–posttest design, jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Negeri Makassar yang mengalami insomnia berdasarkan insomnia severity index. Artemisia judaica L. (Shih Balady, family Asteraceae), is a medicinal plant that grows in the desert, commonly used as tea by population in Egypt Sinai and of Saudi Arabia. The present study aims to evaluate antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of aerial parts of A. judaica collected from the inland desert (Wadi Hagoul) of Egypt. Total phenolics, tannins, alkaloids, flavonoids, and saponins were measured in the plant of interest. According to the reduction of DPPH the anti-oxidant activity was measured. Different extracts of A. judaica were screened for their antimicrobial activity against nine pathogenic microorganisms using filter paper disc assay. The secondary metabolites of A. judaica were examined and proved that it was rich in tannins and phenolics (13.29 and 7.62 mg/g dw). The IC50 values of A. judaica extract was 1.78 mg.ml-1 compared to standard catechol (0.15 mg.ml-1). In the present study, the extracts of A. judaica showed unusual activity depending on the type of bacteria and fungi. Also, ethyl acetate and methyl alcohol extracts showed considerable broad spectrum (77.78%, each) against both bacteria and fungi, followed by acetone, then methylene chloride and petroleum ether extracts. This study showed that A. judaica extracts could be used as antimicrobial substances in pharmaceutical and food preservation systems.

This study aims to examine the influence of morning prayers on the formation of student ideal dimensions. The subject of the study was a student of Faculty of Psychology xx in Makassar. This research uses experimental method by including as many as 27 students who have been through the assessment stage. The data collection tool used in this research is the ideal dimension of student dimension (DIM). The data obtained were analyzed using paired samples t test with SPSS for Window program. In the experimental process, students are given group counseling services in the form of virtues and aspects of the morning prayer ruhiyah. The results showed mean DIM before and after the test was significantly different (t (.26) = -1.263, p < 05). Where mean DIM after test is higher (mean = 95.7407) than mean DIM before test. With the results it can be stated that the morning prayer is able to form the ideal dimension of Student. The ideal value of the students that comes from the implementation of the morning prayers is the aspect of IQ (tough and confident in seeking a successful study), EQ (empathy, assertiveness and leadership in social life) and SQ (honest and always maintain religiosity). It is an intrinsically ideal student ideal that is needed in college to support qualified human resources in the future.
