Anoikis is a distinct type of programmed cell death and a unique mechanism for tumor progress. However, its exact function in gastric cancer (GC) remains unknown. This study aims to investigate the function of anoikis-related lncRNA (ar-lncRNA) in the prognosis of GC and its immunological infiltration. The ar-lncRNAs were derived from RNA sequencing data and associated clinical information obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas. Pearson correlation analysis, differential screening, LASSO and Cox regression were utilized to identify the typical ar-lncRNAs with prognostic significance, and the corresponding risk model was constructed, respectively. Comprehensive methods were employed to assess the clinical characteristics of the prediction model, ensuring the accuracy of the prediction results. Further analysis was conducted on the relationship between immune microenvironment and risk features, and sensitivity predictions were made about anticancer medicines. A risk model was built according to seven selected ar-lncRNAs. The model was validated and the calibration plots were highly consistent in validating nomogram predictions. Further analyses revealed the great accuracy of the model and its ability to serve as a stand-alone GC prognostic factor. We subsequently disclosed that high-risk groups display significant enrichment in pathways related to tumors and the immune system. Additionally, in tumor immunoassays, notable variations in immune infiltrates and checkpoints were noted between different risk groups. This study proposes, for the first time, that prognostic signatures of ar-lncRNA can be established in GC. These signatures accurately predict the prognosis of GC and offer potential biomarkers, suggesting new avenues for basic research, prognosis prediction and personalized diagnosis and treatment of GC. Human pharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (HPSCC) is the most common malignancy in the head and neck region, characterized by high mortality and a propensity for metastasis. Fucoxanthin, a carotenoid isolated from brown algae, exhibits pharmacological properties associated with the suppression of tumor proliferation and metastasis. Nevertheless, its potential to inhibit HPSCC proliferation and metastasis has not been fully elucidated. This study represents the first exploration of the inhibitory effects of fucoxanthin on two human pharyngeal squamous carcinoma cell lines (FaDu and Detroit 562), as well as the mechanisms underlying those effects. The results showed dose-dependent decreases in the proliferation, migration, and invasion of HPSCC cells after fucoxanthin treatment. Further studies indicated that fucoxanthin caused a significant reduction in the expression levels of proteins in the phosphoinositide 3−kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (AKT)/mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway, as well as the downstream proteins matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)−2 and MMP−9. Specific activators of PI3K/AKT reversed the effects of fucoxanthin on these proteins, as well as on cell proliferation and metastasis, in FaDu and Detroit 562 cells. Molecular docking assays confirmed that fucoxanthin strongly interacted with PI3K, AKT, mTOR, MMP−2, and MMP−9. To better meet communication needs, 6G proposes Integrated Satellite-Terrestrial Networks. Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) is one of the key technologies of Integrated Satellite-Terrestrial Networks, which can reduce the energy consumption of the system, improve communication efficiency, and increase the utilization rate of spectrum resources. In the existing technology, the Modulated Wideband Converter (MWC) system can provide support for the miniaturization and intelligence of wireless device sensing and communication systems. Therefore, the MWC system can be used as a preliminary application of ISAC technology. However, the reconstruction effect of the conventional MWC system under the influence of noise is not stable. Therefore, we propose a signal processing optimization scheme for the MWC system based on spatial information entropy. First, the subsequent reconstruction algorithm is considered to require the dynamic and flexible processing of the sampled signals to reduce the influence of noise. Second, for the shortcomings of the original Orthogonal Matching Pursuit (OMP) algorithm, the concept of the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the algorithm by constructing the feature factor through spatial information gain and spatial information features. Objective: The objective of this work was to assess the effect of physical therapy in patients with somatosensory tinnitus (ST) and explore the influence of physical therapy on clinical variables obtained before treatment. Methods: A total of 43 patients with ST were randomized to the immediate-start group (n = 20) and delayed-start group (n = 23). All patients received physical therapy for 1 week (seven sessions). Each session lasted 60 min. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI), and numerical pain rating scale (NPRS) scores were documented at baseline and after treatment (week 1) for all patients. For subjects in the immediate-start group, the THI, VAS, and NPRS scores were measured after therapy (weeks 6, 9, and 12, respectively). Medical history characteristic functional activity scale (HCFA) scores were measured at baseline to assess the association between somatic symptoms and tinnitus. Results: At week 1, VAS, THI, and NPRS scores of patients in the immediate-start group were improved by 1.25 ± 1.59, 11.10 ± 15.10, and 0.95 ± 1.54 points, respectively, and were significantly higher than those in the delayed-start group (p < 0.05). The change in VAS, THI, and NPRS scores in the treatment group was significantly positively correlated with the scores of the HCFA before treatment (r = 0.786, p < 0.001; r = 0.680, p = 0.001; r = 0.796, p < 0.001). There was no significant difference in THI, VAS, and NPRS scores among patients in the immediate-start group between weeks 1, 6, 9, and 12 after treatment (p > 0.05). Conclusions: Although more participants were necessary in the further study, the study implies that physical therapy can reduce physical pain, improve tinnitus symptoms, and quality of life in ST patients without hearing loss, and the short-term curative effect is stable, especially for tinnitus patients with clear somatic symptoms. Background: This study aimed to examine the prevalence and associated factors of malnutrition in older community-dwellers and explore the interaction between associated factors. Methods: A total of 474,467 older community-dwellers aged 65 or above were selected in Guangzhou, China. We used a two-step methodology to detect the associated factors of malnutrition and constructed logistic regression models to explore the influencing factors and interactive effects on three patterns of malnutrition. Results: The prevalence of malnutrition was 22.28%. Older adults with both hypertension and diabetes (RERI = 0.13), both meat or fish diet and hypertension (RERI = 0.79), and both meat or fish diet and diabetes (RERI = 0.81) had positive additive interaction effects on the risk of obesity, whereas those on a vegetarian diet with hypertension (RERI = −0.25) or diabetes (RERI = −0.19) had negative additive interaction effects. Moreover, the interactions of physical activity with a meat or fish diet (RERI = −0.84) or dyslipidemia (RERI = −0.09) could lower the risk of obesity. Conclusions: Malnutrition was influenced by different health factors, and there were interactions between these influencing factors. Pertinent dietary instruction should be given according to different nutritional status indexes and the prevalence of metabolic diseases to avoid the occurrences of malnutrition among older adults. Seven new phenol derivatives, subversins A–E (1–5), subversic acid A (6) and epi-wortmannine G (7); one new natural product, 4-hydroxy-7-methoxyphthalide (8); and five known compounds (9–13) were isolated from the fungus Aspergillus subversicolor CYH-17 collected from the Haima cold seep. The structures and absolute configurations of these compounds were determined via NMR, MS, optical rotation, electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculation, X-ray diffraction analysis and comparison with the literature. Compounds 2 and 5 were two pairs of enantiomers. All compounds were tested for their α-glucosidase and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activity, antioxidant activity and antibacterial activity, but no obvious activity was observed among these studied compounds.
