A research study conducted at Delhi Technological University in Delhi, India, has developed a new algorithm-based technique for diagnosing breast cancer. The study utilized the Wisconsin Breast Cancer Dataset and employed both SVM and KNN algorithms for data analysis. The proposed hybrid algorithm, called SSA-GWO, achieved an accuracy of 99.42% when applied to the dataset. The research concludes that the hybrid algorithm shows promise for diagnosing breast cancer in challenging situations. [Extracted from the article]
