Abstract
A report from Wuhan University in Hubei, China discusses the findings of a study on aerial scene categorization in cognitive psychology. The study examined the viewing behavior of experienced subjects as they categorized aerial scenes and found that eye movement patterns varied among categories. The availability of diagnostic objects strongly influenced eye movements, and the study provided supporting evidence for the categorization of aerial scenes based on image parts and individual objects. The findings have implications for theories of scene perception and automation development. [Extracted from the article]
