Activating cGAS‐STING pathway has great potential to achieve effective antitumor immunotherapy. However, mutant p53 (mutp53), a commonly observed genetic alteration in over 50% of human cancer, will impede the therapeutic performance of the cGAS‐STING pathway. Herein, multifunctional ZIF‐8@MnO2 nanoparticles are constructed to degrade mutp53 and facilitate the cGAS‐STING pathway. The synthesized ZIF‐8@MnO2 can release Zn2+ and Mn2+ in cancer cells to induce oxidative stress and cytoplasmic leakage of fragmented mitochondrial double‐stranded DNAs (dsDNAs). Importantly, the released Zn2+ induces variable degradation of multifarious p53 mutants through proteasome ubiquitination, which can alleviate the inhibitory effects of mutp53 on the cGAS‐STING pathway. In addition, the released Mn2+ further increases the sensitivity of cGAS to dsDNAs as immunostimulatory signals. Both in vitro and in vivo results demonstrate that ZIF‐8@MnO2 effectively promotes the cGAS‐STING pathway and synergizes with PD‐L1 checkpoint blockades, leading to remarkable regression of local tumors as well as distant metastases of breast cancer. Small metal oligomers have gained significant attention due to their exceptional optoelectronic properties and versatile applications, ranging from sensors to imaging and catalysis. However, the need for matrices (silica, zeolites, or metal‐organic frameworks) to prevent aggregation into larger metallic particles reduces their potential applicability in light‐emitting devices (LEDs) due to their poor electrical properties. To address this issue, a novel semiconductor stabilizer, titanosilicate, is proposed as an innovative solution for Ag‐based luminescent materials. These results show that titanosilicate, characterized by high thermochemical stability and well‐defined semiconducting properties, is an ideal scaffold for Ag‐luminescent species. Optical spectroscopic techniques reveal that Ag‐titanosilicates feature an orange fluorescence with a photoluminescence quantum yield reaching 20%. In contrast, a combination of X‐ray diffraction, TEM, and XEOL‐X‐ray absorption spectroscopic techniques show that, unlike zeolites, the luminescent species consist of single Ag atoms. The electroluminescent properties of the proposed Ag‐titanosilicate are further investigated within a conventional LED architecture by using the new material as an emissive layer. The developed proof‐of‐concept LED exhibits a significant improvement of the ZEOLEDs, where a smaller low turn‐on voltage of 2 V (enabling energy‐efficient operation) and high color rendering index of 80 introduces exciting prospects for developing advanced Ag‐LED phosphors. [Display omitted] • The mace-shaped NH 2 -Uio-66-modified HNTs nanocarrier was fabricated by in-situ synthesis. • The NH 2 -Uio-66-modified HNTs nanocarrier as sustained release nano-system exhibited the higher pyraclostrobin loading. • The pyraclostrobin@NH 2 -Uio-66 MOFs@HNTs formulation had the profound merits against the strawberry gray mold. Owing to the high effective release and uptake merits, the ordered porous nanostructure as the drug-loaded delivery nano-systems is fascinating to the sustained release formulations enabled the multi-functional applications. For this reason, we successfully fabricate a novel hierarchal porous nanostructure incorporated with NH 2 -Uio-66 metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) and halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) that both own the innate lower biotoxicity and good antifungal ability. The composition and structure of the NH 2 -Uio-66 MOFs@HNTs nanocarrier are determined by a series of characterizations, of which the exclusive morphology manifests the nanosized octahedral structure NH 2 -Uio-66 MOFs grown on the external surface of HNTs nanotubes, thus looking like mace. As the pyraclostrobin(Pyr)-loaded nano-system, the release performance of Pyr onto NH 2 -Uio-66 MOFs@HNTs is intensively investigated, and that the release behavior is discussed by the fitting data of the release models. The mace-shaped NH 2 -Uio-66 MOFs@HNTs nanocarrier has the drug-loaded rate of 11.90% for Pyr by physical adsorption and can release cumulatively by ca.20% at 25 °C for a releasing time of 200 h. Eventually, the Pyr@NH 2 -Uio-66 MOFs@HNTs as the drug delivery system in the inhibition of strawberry gray mold is manifested to have not only the outstanding sustained release ability to control the grey mould, but also the preferable environment security, which profoundly exhibited the potential application foreground. The NDISA-based 2D MOF constructed from alkali-earth metal ion have been firstly synthesized. Ca-NDISA showed multiple stimulus responsive chromic behaviors including hydrochromism, amine-/acid-induced chromism, and ionochromism, as well as had multifunctional applications. Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) with naphthalene-1,4,5,8-tetracarboxylic dianhydride (H 4 NDISA) chromophoric unit provide an intriguing platform for the design of multiple stimulus responsive materials. Herein, the first NDISA-based 2D MOF [Ca(H 2 NDISA)(DMF) 3 ]∙H 2 O (Ca-NDISA) constructed from alkaline-earth metal ion was successfully synthesized. The structural analysis shown that a binuclear secondary building unit (SBU) [Ca 2 (COO) 2 (DMF) 6 ] is extended to generate a 2D planar network structure with abundant open-activity sites, endowing Ca-NDISA with multiple stimulus responsive chromic behaviors. Ca-NDISA could undergo a color change from yellow to red in hydrochromism, rendering it with the applications in detecting the water content of organic solvents, as a humidity sensor when fabricating a PMMA@ Ca-NDISA film, and a potential hydrochromic imaging material. In amine-/acid-induced chromism, Ca-NDISA respectively changed its color to red and brown when exposed to strong acid and some small size ammonia/organic amines vapors environment, which makes the PMMA@ Ca-NDISA film as a visual and portable recognition detector for acids and amines. In ionochromism, Ca-NDISA is suitable for the naked-eye discrimination and detection of I− with obvious color change to black brown. Our work not only provide a facile way to obtain NDISA-based 2D MOF with multi-stimulus responsive chromic properties, but also present some convenient chromism devices, which will enrich the family of multifunctional chromic materials for practical applications. Due to its large capacity and relatively high conductivity, cobalt sulfide has been considered an excellent electrode material for lithium-ion batteries, but its extreme volume change during charging and discharging and lower conductivity than graphite limits its development. In this work, composite nanosheets of MXene and N-doped carbon-confined cobalt sulfide nanosheets (CoS@NC/MXene) were synthesized by growing the Co metal–organic framework of ZIF-67 onto MXene sheets, followed by sulfidation treatment. Different from normal ZIF-67 generally prepared in methanol, this work fabricates ZIF-67 in aqueous solution, which induces ZIF-67 to undergo some degree of hydrolysis and form more dispersed Co layered hydroxides mounted onto MXene. Also, the MXene incorporation imparts better water stability to ZIF-67(Co) and helps maintain its morphology during the sulfidation. CoS@NC/MXene has a conductive network supported by MXene and enhanced by NC, as well as a 3D hierarchical porous structure offered by the rational combination of its components. These favorable characteristics allow CoS@NC/MXene to deliver a capacity of 691 mA h g−1 at 200 mA g−1 in the 100th cycle and retain the specific capacity of 382 mA h g−1 at a higher current density of 8000 mA g−1.
