Postharvest preservation of edible fungi is crucial for promoting the healthy development of the edible fungi industry. To systematically review the development history of research on postharvest preservation of edible fungi and to predict future trends, this paper used bibliometric methods to analyzes 421 pieces of relevant literature published in the Web of Science database between 2000 and the first three quarter of 2022 in terms of literature publishing, research collaboration, key authors, important literature, literature citations, and keywords. CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis. The results indicated that the amount and citations of literature on the preservation of edible fungi had steadily increased since 2000, with a trend of rapid growth since 2015 until the third quarter of 2022. Chinese research institutions and authors had significant impact in this field, who had participated in international collaboration most extensively and produced the most research achievements. The analysis of literature citations and keywords revealed that the frontier hotspots in this field were cell wall metabolism, energy metabolism, and active packaging research. The direction of energy metabolism was particularly noteworthy. Maintaining normal cell energy metabolism and antioxidant activity is essential for edible fungi to resist postharvest deterioration. Therefore, exploring new preservation technologies and elucidating their molecular mechanisms will be an important research direction in the future.

A new globalization initiative for strengthening economic integration and policy coordination provides new opportunities for trade cooperation between China and countries along the route. In this paper, the normalization method is used to assign values, determine weights based on the coefficient of variation of indicators, and carry out dimensionless processing of each indicator. The degree of data dispersion is determined, the equivalent time distribution is assigned, and the time cost coefficient ratio is used as the corresponding time cost. The weighted average is used to calculate the value of goods, considering the annual holding cost coefficient. And combined with relying on indirect measures to measure the overall trade cost, randomly perturbed error proxy terms, and alternative utility function elasticity invariant. The residual variance is predicted by replacing the effect of multilateral resistance, and the data-based model of “Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe” is constructed. To verify the practicality of the model, the cargo trade results show that the total export trade of the “Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe” train has increased significantly, and the value of foreign trade exports has increased by 18.72%. The volume of China’s trade decreased by 56.1% year-on-year. The volume of “Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe” trains increased by 15.467% year-on-year. From this, we can see the strategy to promote the high-quality development of the “Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe” China-Europe train in terms of market positioning, expanding the value of import and export cargo sources and improving the service level of the train.

Alcoholysis of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) waste to produce monomers, including methanolysis to yield dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and glycolysis to generate bis-2-hydroxyethyl terephthalate (BHET), is a promising strategy in PET waste management. Here, we introduce an efficient PET-alcoholysis approach utilizing an oxygen-vacancy (Vo)-rich catalyst under air, achieving space time yield (STY) of 505.2 gDMT·gcat−1·h−1 and 957.1 gBHET·gcat−1·h−1, these results represent 51-fold and 28-fold performance enhancements compared to reactions conducted under N2. In situ spectroscopy, in combination with density functional theory calculations, elucidates the reaction pathways of PET depolymerization. The process involves O2-assisted activation of CH3OH to form CH3OH* and OOH* species at Vo-Zn2+–O–Fe3+ sites, highlighting the critical role of Vo-Zn2+–O–Fe3+ sites in ester bond activation and C–O bond cleavage. Moreover, a life cycle assessment demonstrates the viability of our approach in closed-loop recycling, achieving 56.0% energy savings and 44.5% reduction in greenhouse-gas emissions. Notably, utilizing PET textile scrap further leads to 58.4% reduction in initial total operating costs. This research offers a sustainable solution to the challenge of PET waste accumulation. Polyester waste is increasingly accumulating in the environment, and alcoholysis recycling offers a sustainable management solution. Nighttime semantic segmentation is an important but challenging research problem for autonomous driving. The major challenges lie in the small objects or regions from the under-/over-exposed areas or suffer from motion blur caused by the camera deployed on moving vehicles. To resolve this, we propose a novel hard-class-aware module that bridges the main network for full-class segmentation and the hard-class network for segmenting aforementioned hard-class objects. In specific, it exploits the shared focus of hard-class objects from the dual-stream network, enabling the contextual information flow to guide the model to concentrate on the pixels that are hard to classify. In the end, the estimated hard-class segmentation results will be utilized to infer the final results via an adaptive probabilistic fusion refinement scheme. Moreover, to overcome over-smoothing and noise caused by extreme exposures, our model is modulated by a carefully crafted pretext task of constructing an exposure-aware semantic gradient map, which guides the model to faithfully perceive the structural and semantic information of hard-class objects while mitigating the negative impact of noises and uneven exposures. In experiments, we demonstrate that our unique network design leads to superior segmentation performance over existing methods, featuring the strong ability of perceiving hard-class objects under adverse conditions. Social media tends to use "catchy" headlines to intentionally get people to click news. However, clickbait headlines can erode readers' trust and devalue news. To combat clickbait, it is necessary to understand how clickbait headlines influence readers' clicking behavior and attention allocation. In this study, the researchers first collected headlines of news stories that had different amount and duration of media coverage, then identified whether these headlines include forward-reference strategies, and conducted an EEG experiment based on N2b and P3a. The results showed that the clickbait headlines with a forward-reference device attracted more attention resources and induced the involuntary attention allocation more quickly, compared with those without a forward-reference device. Taxol (paclitaxel) is the first approved microtubule‐stabilizing agent (MSA) by binding stoichiometrically to tubulin, which is considered to be one of the most significant advances in first‐line chemotherapy against diverse tumors. However, a large number of residue missence mutations harboring in the tubulin have been observed to cause acquired drug resistance, largely limiting the clinical application of Taxol and its analogs in chemotherapy. A systematic investigation of the intermolecular interactions between the Taxol and various tubulin mutants would help to establish a comprehensive picture of drug response to tubulin mutations in clinical treatment of cancer, and to design new MSA agents with high potency and selectivity to overcome drug resistance. In this study, we described an integration of in silico analysis and in vitro assay (iSiV) to profile Taxol against a panel of 149 clinically observed, cancer‐associated missence mutations in β‐tubulin at molecular and cellular levels, aiming to a systematic understanding of molecular mechanism and biological implication underlying drug resistance and sensitivity conferring from tubulin mutations. It is revealed that the Taxol‐resistant mutations can be classified into three types: (I) nonbonded interaction broken due to mutation, (II) steric hindrance caused by mutation, and (III) conformational change upon mutation. In addition, we identified three new Taxol‐resistant mutations (C239Y, T274I, and R320P) that can largely reduce the binding affinity of Taxol to tubulin at molecular level, in which the T274I and R320P were observed to considerably impair the antitumor activity of Taxol at cellular level. Moreover, a novel drug‐susceptible mutation (M363T) was also identified, which improves Taxol affinity by 2.6‐fold and decreases Taxol antitumor EC50 values from 29.4 to 18.7 μM. The cold winter weather in northern China influences the dietary habits of its residents, contributing to a heightened risk of cardiovascular disorders, such as hypertension and coronary heart disease. Key factors include low vegetable consumption and high salt and fat intakes. This study aims to investigate the relationships between northern dietary nutrient intake in northern China and cardiovascular disorders during the winter season. A food frequency questionnaire tailored to the actual eating habits in northern China was designed. Retrospective data from 955 Chinese adults were collected from November to March between 2014 to 2023. Logistic regression was employed to analyze the relationship between dietary nutrients and cardiovascular diseases, with model performance assessed using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. Adjusted for gender, age, and body mass index (BMI), an inverse association was observed between vitamin A (OR = 0.706, 95% CI: 0.550, 0.907), nicotinic acid (OR = 0.584, 95% CI: 0.447, 0.762), phosphorus (OR = 0.777, 95% CI: 0.608, 0.994), selenium (OR = 0.719, 95% CI: 0.560, 0.923), zinc (OR = 0.683, 95% CI: 0.531, 0.880), methionine (OR = 0.730, 95% CI: 0.569, 0.936), arginine (OR = 0.753, 95% CI: 0.588, 0.964), lysine (OR = 0.706, 95% CI: 0.550, 0.907), aspartic acid (OR = 0.730, 95% CI: 0.569, 0.936) and hypertension. Additionally, a negative association was found between niacin (OR = 0.752, 95% CI: 0.597, 0.946) and coronary heart disease. Conversely, a positive association was identified between iodine and hypertension (OR = 1.305, 95% CI: 1.020, 1.669) and coronary heart disease (OR = 1.301, 95% CI: 1.037, 1.634). Our study suggests that maintaining a balanced dietary intake of vitamin A, niacin, phosphorus, selenium, zinc, methionine, arginine, lysine, and aspartic acid can be beneficial in preventing hypertension. Lanthanides have unique electronic configurations and stepped energy states of [Xe]4fN, which endows them with advantages including stable luminescence, large stokes shift, wide excitation spectral bands, and long fluorescence lifetime. NIR‐II fluorescence imaging overcomes the strong tissue absorption, scattering, and spontaneous fluorescence interference of traditional fluorescence and can achieve deeper tissue penetration and higher spatial and temporal resolution in vivo imaging. Lanthanides hold great potential for in vivo biosensing and bioimaging. In this work, the design and preparation of nanomaterials doped with different lanthanide elements are reviewed in this paper. Applications of lanthanide‐doped nanomaterials to different tumor therapeutics through NIR‐II fluorescence imaging and the unique potential of NIR lanthanide nanomaterials in tumor diagnosis and therapy are also discussed. The high level of tensile stress and high roughness induced by cutting are the main causes of low surface integrity of Mg-Li alloy components. Their values depend on the evolution mechanism of the cutting metamorphic layer. This research was aimed to analyze and compare the microstructure evolution mechanisms of the metamorphic layer under dry and cryogenic milling and reveal their action mechanism on the surface integrity for the duplex LA103Z Mg-Li alloy based on the microstructure characterization and mechanical properties measurement experiments. It was revealed that the metamorphic layers under dry and cryogenic milling both consists of second phase particles accumulation layer and featureless layer with less visible grain boundaries. The compositions and degree of the phase transition and the texture evolution of the cutting metamorphic layer both change dramatically from dry to cryogenic milling. Compared with dry milling, cryogenic milling has significant advantages in improving surface hardness, reducing surface tensile stress and improving surface finish by increasing the hard phase, forming the strong basal texture, and strengthening the material physical parameters on the milled surface. Objective: Neonatal lupus erythematosus (NLE) is a passively acquired autoimmune disease in infants born to anti-Ro and/or anti-La autoantibody-positive mothers. Genetics may affect NLE risk. We analyzed the genetics of infants and anti-Ro antibody-positive mothers, with NLE and NLE-specific manifestations., Methods: Infants and mothers from a tertiary care clinic underwent genotyping on the Global Screening Array. We created additive non-HLA and HLA polygenic risk scores (PRS) for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), from one of the largest genome-wide association studies. Outcomes were any NLE manifestations, cardiac NLE, and cutaneous NLE. We tested the association between SLE-PRS in the infant, mother, and the PRS difference between the mother and infant with NLE outcomes, in logistic regression and generalized linear mixed models (Bonferroni P < 0.02). We also performed HLA-wide analyses for the outcomes ( P < 5.00 × 10 -8 )., Results: The study included 332 infants, 270 anti-Ro antibody-positive mothers, and 253 mother-infant pairs. A large proportion of mothers (40.4%) and infants (41.3%) were European, and 50% of infants were female. More than half of the infants had NLE (53%), including 7.2% with cardiac NLE and 11.7% with cutaneous NLE. We did not identify significant associations between infant PRS, maternal PRS, or maternal-infant PRS difference and any NLE outcomes. HLA-wide analyses did not identify NLE risk alleles., Conclusion: In a multiethnic cohort of infants and anti-Ro antibody-positive mothers, we did not identify a significant association between SLE genetics and risk of NLE outcomes.

People tend to obtain information through fragmented reading. However, this behavior itself might lead to distraction and affect cognitive ability. To address it, it is necessary to understand how fragmented reading behavior influences readers' attention switching. In this study, the researchers first collected online news that had 6 theme words and 60 sentences to compose the experimental material, then defined the degree of text dissimilarity, used to measure the degree of attention switching based on the differences in text content, and conducted an EEG experiment based on P200. The results showed that even after reading the fragmented text content with the same overall content, people in subsequent cognitive tasks had more working memory capacity, lower working memory load, and less negative impact on cognitive ability with the text content with lower text dissimilarity. Additionally, attention switching caused by differences in concept or working memory representation of text content might be the key factor affecting cognitive ability in fragmented reading behavior. The findings disclosed the relation between cognitive ability and fragmented reading and attention switching, opening a new perspective on the method of text dissimilarity. Unaffordable medical treatment and inflated drug prices have become a challenging issue for lawmakers worldwide. To reduce the financial burden and standardize the pharmaceutical market, the Chinese government has issued several detailed regulations, including the measures of drug recruitment and procurement in one and volume purchasing to not only ensure the high quality of approved drugs but also lower the cost of the production and sell procedure. In this work, to have a thorough overview of the enforcement of these regulations, we attempted to critically analyze the data of our hospital's centralized procurement of drugs from 2019 to 2022. Cabomba caroliniana A. Gray, an ornamental submerged plant indigenous to tropical America, has been introduced to numerous countries in Europe, Asia, and Oceania, impacting native aquatic ecosystems. Given this species is a popular aquarium plant and widely traded, there is a high risk of introduction and invasion into other environments. In the current study the potential global geographic distribution of C. caroliniana was predicted under the effects of climate change and human influence in an optimised MaxEnt model. The model used rigorously screened occurrence records of C. caroliniana from hydro informatic datasets and 20 associated influencing factors. The findings indicate that temperature and human-mediated activities significantly influenced the distribution of C. caroliniana . At present, C. caroliniana covers an area of approximately 1531×10 4 km 2 of appropriate habitat, especially in the south-eastern parts of South, central and North America, Southeast Asia, eastern Australia, and most of Europe. The suitable regions are anticipated to expand under future climate scenarios; however, the dynamics of the changes vary between different extents of climate change. For example, C. caroliniana is expected to expand to higher latitudes, following global temperature increases under SSP1-2.6 and SSP2-4.5 scenarios, however, intolerance to temperature extremes may mediate invasion at higher latitudes under future extreme climate scenarios, e.g., SSP5-8.5. Paramyxoviruses are important pathogens affecting various animals, including mammals and humans. Parainfluenza virus 5 (PIV5)-a member of the family Paramyxoviridae -is a major threat to the health of mammals and humans. However, studies on terrestrial wild animals infected with PIV5 are scanty. In this study, we utilized reverse transcription PCR to detect PIV5 infection in the visceral organ tissues of a Siberian tiger ( Panthera tigris ssp. altaica ) with vomiting, diarrhea, and dyspnea before its death. A novel PIV5 (named SR strain) with a slowly progressive cytopathic effect was isolated in Vero cells and validated using a transmission electron microscope. Full-length sequencing and analysis revealed that the whole genome of the PIV5 SR strain contained 15,246 nucleotides (nt) and seven non-overlapping genes (3'-N-V/P-M-F-SH-HN-L-5') encoding eight proteins. Phylogenetic analysis of three PIV5 strains identified in the same zoo confirmed that PIV5 strains SR and ZJQ-221 shared the closest genetic relationship as they were clustered in the same branch, while the recently found Siberian tiger strain SZ2 kept a certain distance and formed a relatively unique branch. Furthermore, mutations of nt and amino acids (aa) between strains ZJQ-221, SR, and SZ2 were identified.
