Chiral self‐discrimination plays a critical role in supramolecular chemistry and materials science. However, an ideal strategy for achieving chiral self‐discrimination remains elusive due to the inevitable nonspecific binding of incorrect enantiomers, and insufficient intrinsic optical activity of chiral molecules. Herein, a novel 1,1′‐binaphthol (BINOL) derivative with an imide group fused at the peri‐position of one naphthol scaffold is developed, which combines the dual functionalities of aggregation‐induced emission characteristic of BINOLs, and high emission of 1,8‐naphthalimides. The multiple molecular recognition between two hydroxyl groups in BINOL units and two carbonyl groups in 1,8‐naphthalimide moieties endows the precise chiral self‐discrimination behaviors. As expected, the homochiral aggregates exhibit reversible phase transitions, switching from non‐emission to bright green emission upon absorption and desorption of methanol vapor. In contrast, the heterochiral conglomerates exhibit irreversible yellow emission changes due to the impact of chiral self‐discrimination. Such chiral self‐discrimination‐induced luminescence vapochromism can be further applied to high‐level anti‐counterfeiting and data encryption. In this paper, a quantum secure multi-party summation scheme with a third party based on quantum Fourier transform (QFT) is put forward, where the third party cannot be permitted to cooperate with others but is allowed for all kinds of attacks. Under the help of third party, N users can calculate the addition modulo d of their private integer strings. The third party generates two-level single qubit and its product state as the initial quantum resource, produces the traveling particles with QFT and the controlled-not (CNOT) operations, and sends the traveling particles out to the first users; then, N users encode their private integer sequences by performing the phase shifting operations on the travelling particles one after another; and finally, the third party decodes out the summation of the private integer sequences from N users through CNOT operations and inverse quantum Fourier transform (IQFT). This protocol only adopts two-level single particle state and its product state as initial quantum resource, only needs d-level single particle measurement and does not need to perform quantum entanglement swapping. Colorectal cancer (CRC) has emerged as the third most prevalent and second deadliest cancer worldwide. Metabolic reprogramming is a key hallmark of cancer cells. Phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase (PHGDH) is over‐expressed in multiple cancers, including CRC. Although the role of PHGDH in metabolism has been extensively investigated, its effects on CRC development remains to be elucidated. In the present study, it was demonstrated that PHGDH expression was significantly up‐regulated in colorectal cancer. PHGDH expression was positively correlated with that of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) and its target genes, CYP1A1 and CYP1B1, in CRC cells. Knockdown of PHGDH reduced AhR levels and activity, as well as the ratio of reduced to oxidized glutathione. The selective AhR antagonist stemregenin 1 induced cell death through reactive oxygen species‐dependent autophagy in CRC cells. PHGDH knockdown induced CRC cell sensitivity to stemregenin 1 via the autophagy pathway. Our findings suggest that PHGDH modulates AhR signaling and the redox‐dependent autophagy pathway in CRC, and that the combination of inhibition of both PHGDH and AhR may be a novel therapeutic strategy for CRC. This study aimed to characterise post-traumatic growth among parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and the related factors. Participants were 396 parents of children with autism from Guangdong Province, China (female = 65.15 %; mean age = 33.67 years, SD = 2.89 years). Following regression analysis, results indicated that parents of children with ASD were above average in their post-traumatic growth; particularly those with children with milder symptoms and of higher family income levels. First-married parents had significantly higher post-traumatic growth than the Not first-married (i.e., remarried, divorced, widowed). Parents reporting with social support, quiet ego, and psychological capital had higher post-traumatic growth. From these findings, we conclude that post-traumatic growth is a resilience factor in raising children with ASD and that social capital is important for the well-being of parents of children with ASD. This paper proposes a dynamic information fusion interactive system with a transparent display applied in the vehicle. The dynamic information fusion interactive system integrates three leading technologies: relative position acquisition, fusion information mapping, and visual field tracking adaptive information generation. For visual field tracking adaptive information generation, the position of fusion information changes as the observer's field of view varies to help observers use this system more comfortably and intuitively. The frame rate of the dynamic virtual information display can be increased from 10 to 20 Hz without increasing the AI computing power and providing observers with a better observer experience. Integrating those technologies could achieve an AR‐based interactive system on a direct‐view transparent display. Quantum steering has attracted increasing research attention because of its fundamental importance, as well as its applications in quantum information science. Here we leverage the power of the deep learning model to infer the steerability of quantum states with specific numbers of measurement settings, which form a hierarchical structure. A computational protocol consisting of iterative tests is constructed to overcome the optimization, meanwhile, generating the necessary training data. According to the responses of the well-trained models to the different physics-driven features encoding the states to be recognized, we can numerically conclude that the most compact characterization of the Alice-to-Bob steerability is Alice's regularly aligned steering ellipsoid; whereas Bob's ellipsoid is irrelevant. We have also provided an explanation to this result with the one-way stochastic local operations and classical communication. Additionally, our approach is versatile in revealing further insights into the hierarchical structure of quantum steering and detecting the hidden steerability. To prepare steerable assembles from a bipartite quantum state is a cumbersome task due to the optimization over all possible incompatible measurements. The aim of the present study was to explore the status, influencing factors and paths on professional identity of special education teachers. The statistical population of the study included 438 special education teachers in Guangdong Province, China. The age of the participants ranged from 22 to 57 years old (M = 32.16, SD = 1.85 years). Of the 438 teachers, 346 were females, 92 were males. The Occupational Stress Questionnaire (He, J. H. 2013. A Study on the Occupational Stress and Work Engagement of Special Education Teacher. Hangzhou: Hangzhou Preschool Normal College of Zhejiang Normal University), School Support Questionnaire (Zhang, Y. 2018. The independent sample t-test, one way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple stepwise regression were used for the data analysis. The results show that: (1) the professional identity of special education teachers is relatively high in the overall and dimensions. (2) There are significant differences in the professional identity in terms of leadership, marriage, education level, teaching years and professional titles. Gravitational coupling between large- and small-scale density perturbations leads to anisotropic distortions to local small-scale matter fluctuations. Such local anisotropic distortions can be used to reconstruct large-scale matter distribution, known as tidal reconstruction. In this paper, we apply the tidal reconstruction methods to simulated galaxies in redshift space. We find that redshift-space distortions (RSDs) lead to anisotropic reconstruction results. While the reconstructed radial modes are more noisy mainly due to the small-scale velocity dispersion, the transverse modes are still reconstructed with high fidelity, and well correlated with the original large-scale density modes. The bias of the reconstructed field at large scales shows a simple angular dependence, which can be described by a form similar to that of the linear RSD. The noise power spectrum is nearly isotropic and scale independent on large scales. This makes the reconstructed tide fields an ideal tracer for cosmic variance cancellation and multi-tracer analysis and has profound implications for future 21 cm intensity mapping surveys. In this paper, we first put forward a four-party semiquantum key distribution (SQKD) scheme by using three-qubit GHZ states, which can establish three different private keys shared by one quantum user and three semiquantum users simultaneously. It doesn't need a third party, and employs three-qubit GHZ states as the initial quantum resource. It requires the quantum user to perform the Z basis (i.e., 0 , 1 ) measurements and the GHZ basis measurements, and needs the semiquantum users to implement the Z basis measurements. It adopts none of Pauli operations, Hadamard gate or quantum entanglement swapping, and doesn't require the semiquantum users to use any quantum memory. Detailed security proof shows that this four-party SQKD scheme is secure against different kinds of attack from an outside eavesdropper. Nonlinear gravitational evolution induces strong nonlinearities in the observed cosmological density fields, leading to positive off-diagonal correlations in the power spectrum covariance. This has caused the information saturation in the power spectrum, e.g., the neutrino mass constraints from the nonlinear power spectra are lower than their linear counterparts by a factor of ∼2 at z = 0. In this paper, we explore how nonlinear reconstruction methods improve the cosmological information from nonlinear cosmic fields. By applying nonlinear reconstruction to cold dark matter fields from the Quijote simulations, we find that nonlinear reconstruction can improve the constraints on cosmological parameters significantly, nearly reaching the linear theory limit. For neutrino mass, the result is only 12% lower than the linear power spectrum, i.e., the theoretical best result. Biomolecular condensates formed by multicomponent phase separation play crucial roles in diverse cellular processes. Accurate assessment of individual-molecule contributions to condensate formation and precise characterization of their spatial organization within condensates are crucial for understanding the underlying mechanism of phase separation. Using molecular dynamics simulations and graph theoretical analysis, we demonstrated quantitatively the significant roles of cation-π and π–π interactions mediated by aromatic residues and arginine in the formation of condensates in polypeptide systems. Our findings reveal temperature and chain length-dependent alterations in condensate network parameters, such as the number of condensate network layers, and changes in aggregation and connectivity. Notably, we observe a transition between assortativity and disassortativity in the condensate network. Moreover, polypeptides W, Y, F, and R consistently promote condensate formation, while the contributions of other charged and two polar polypeptides (Q and N) to condensate formation depend on temperature and chain length. Furthermore, polyadenosine and polyguanosine can establish stable connections with aromatic and R polypeptides, resulting in the reduced involvement of K, E, D, Q, and N in phase separation. In this paper we study a nonlinear reaction–diffusion system which models an infectious disease caused by bacteria such as those for Cholera. One of the significant features in this model is that a certain portion of the recovered human hosts may lose a lifetime immunity and could be infected again. Another important feature in the model is that the mobility for each species is allowed to be dependent upon both the location and time. With the whole population assumed to be susceptible with the bacteria, the model is a strongly coupled nonlinear reaction–diffusion system. We prove that the nonlinear system has a unique solution globally in any space dimension under some natural conditions on the model parameters and the given data. Moreover, the long-time behavior and stability analysis for the solutions are carried out rigorously. In particular, we characterize the precise conditions on variable parameters about the stability or instability of all steady-state solutions. Poly(3-alkylthiophene) (P3AT) is a representative p-type organic semiconductor with a distinctive molecular structure that incorporates a π-electron system, promoting charge carrier mobility and providing exceptional electrical conductivity. The alkyl side chain linked to the π-electron backbone was found to have a significant effect on charge carrier transport and mechanical properties. This study presents a comprehensive comparison of the gas-sensing performances of various gases (NO 2 , SO 2 , and CO 2) and the mechanical properties of gas sensors fabricated from P3AT with alkyl chain lengths of 6, 8, 10, and 12 (P3HT, P3OT, P3DT, and P3DDT). Our investigations revealed that as the alkyl side chain length increased, the gas sensor performance significantly improved owing to the increase in free volume, concurrently promoting improved flexibility. Recently, lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) have been extensively investigated as non-viral carriers of nucleic acid vaccines due to their high transport efficiency, safety, and straightforward production and scalability. However, the molecular mechanism underlying the interactions between nucleic acids and phospholipid bilayers within LNPs remains elusive. In this study, we employed the all-atom molecular dynamics simulation to investigate the interactions between single-stranded nucleic acids and a phospholipid bilayer. Our findings revealed that hydrophilic bases, specifically G in single-stranded RNA (ssRNA) and single-stranded DNA (ssDNA), displayed a higher propensity to form hydrogen bonds with phospholipid head groups. Notably, ssRNA exhibited stronger binding energy than ssDNA. Furthermore, divalent ions, particularly Ca2+, facilitated the binding of ssRNA to phospholipids due to their higher binding energy and lower dissociation rate from phospholipids. Overall, our study provides valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying nucleic acid-phospholipid interactions, with potential implications for the nucleic acids in biotherapies, particularly in the context of lipid carriers. The accuracy of the current buried pipeline management geographic information system (GIS) is not adequate to serve as base information for road digging control and permit in Taiwan. The existing positioning system for buried pipelines does not offer satisfactorily accurate surveying results for all the scenarios because the positioning accurateness decreases with an increase in the pipeline depth. The costly excavation and direct survey of the exposed pipeline method can provide precise measurement at the designed arbitrary interval and then the discrete point is interpolated into the continuous track. The required traffic controls and excavation permits for roads are the most critical drawback of this technology. The method of in-pipe inertial navigation system (INS) can record the complete, continuous pipe tracks, but such measurement drifts with an increase in the survey length. We proposed a pipeline positioning system by radiating an extremely low-frequency (ELF) magnetic field from the electrical coil placed on the ground to constrain the locating measurement of in-pipe INS. The proposed system could easily expand the diameters or increasing turns of a ground-based coil device to enhance the magnetic field intensity for accurately positioning the deeper buried pipes. The field tests were performed using a ductile cast iron pipe (DIP), and the corresponding results revealed that for the overburden depth of 3.4–4.2 m, the average positioning errors were 0.12 and 1.6 m in the horizontal and vertical directions, respectively. This approach is only plausible for an empty pipeline, and access to both ends of the pipe is required. A four-person crew handled the proposed system to locate the track of a 5-km-long buried pipeline in an 8-h-long working day when the pipeline was unfilled. Any pipeline with diameter larger than 10 cm (4 in.) could apply this system to locate the continuous track with the requirement of accessibility at both ends of the empty pipe. With 1.45-m coil, the maximum detectable buried depth is 15 m, and locating error is less than 20 cm at both directions for the cases with buried depth less than 5 m. Two people need to move and operate the magnetic coil at the ground and another two people must hoist the in-pipe unit at each end of the pipe simultaneously. CircRNAs play an important role in various physiological and pathological biological processes. Despite their widespread involvement, the function of circRNAs in intermittent hypoxia (IH) remain incompletely understood. This study aims to clarify the molecular mechanism of it in IH. Differentially expressed circRNAs were identified by transcriptome sequencing analysis in intermittent hypoxia (IH) model. GO and KEGG enrichment analys were performed on the identified differentially expressed circRNAs. The circular characteristics of hsa_circ_0081065 in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were detected by RT-qPCR. The sublocalization of hsa_circ_0081065 was examined by FISH. The effect of hsa_circ_0081065 on endothelial to mesenchymal transition (EndMT) was estimated by detecting the expression of EndMT related markers. Various techniques, including RNA-pull down, RIP, EMSA, dual-luciferase reporter assay and immunofluorescence staining were used to investigate the relationship among hsa_circ_0081065, miR-665 and HIF-1α. A total of 13,304 circRNAs were identified in HUVECs treatment with IH, among which 73 were differentially expressed, including 24 upregulated circRNAs and 49 downregulated circRNAs. Notably, hsa_circ_0081065 demonstrated a significantly upregulation. Hsa_circ_0081065 exhibited the circular characteristics of circRNA and was predominantly localized in the cytoplasm. Knockdown of hsa_circ_0081065 inhibited EndMT. Mechanically, we demonstrated that hsa_circ_0081065 acts as a sponge for miR-665 to up-regulate HIF-1α and exacerbate HIF-1α nuclear translocation in HUVECs. We have demonstrated that hsa_circ_0081065 is significantly upregulated in HUVECs treated with IH. Our findings indicate that hsa_circ_0081065 exacerbates IH-induced EndMT through the regulation of the miR-665/HIF-1α signal axis and facilitating HIF-1α nuclear translocation. Background: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients with various nucleophosmin 1 (NPM1) mutations are controversial in the prognosis. This study aimed to investigate the prognosis of patients according to types of NPM1 mutations (NPM1mut). Methods: Bone marrow samples of 528 patients newly diagnosed with AML, were collected for morphology, immunology, cytogenetics, and molecular biology examinations. Gene mutations were detected by next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology. Results: About 25.2% of cases exhibited NPM1mut. 83.5% of cases were type A, while type B and D were respectively account for 2.3% and 3.0%. Furthermore, 15 cases of rare types were identified, of which 2 cases have not been reported. Clinical characteristics were similar between patients with A-type NPM1 mutations (NPM1A − type mut) and non-A-type NPM1 mutations (NPM1non − A−type mut). Event-free survival (EFS) was significantly different between patients with low NPM1non − A−type mut variant allele frequency (VAF) and low NPM1A − type mut VAF (median EFS = 3.9 vs. 8.5 months, P = 0.020). The median overall survival (OS) of the NPM1non − A−type mutFLT3-ITDmut group, the NPM1A − type mutFLT3-ITDmut group, the NPM1non − A−type mutFLT3-ITDwt group, and the NPM1A − type mutFLT3-ITDwt group were 3.9, 10.7, 17.3 and 18.8 months, while the median EFS of the corresponding groups was 1.4, 5.0, 7.6 and 9.2 months (P < 0.0001 and P = 0.004, respectively). Conclusions: No significant difference was observed in OS and EFS between patients with NPM1A − type mut and NPM1non − A−type mut. The architectural design and fabrication of low‐cost, high‐performance organic scintillators are critical for medical imaging and material/device analysis. However, achieving large‐area and high‐transparency organic scintillators in a low‐cost and easy‐to‐implement method remains a challenge. Herein, a new design strategy for regulating the side chain length of maleimide derivatives is demonstrated to develop organic scintillators for achieving low‐cost, large‐area, and high spatial resolution in X‐ray imaging. The effective intermolecular interactions and relatively twisted molecular structure endow PAM‐M4 molecule with outstanding scintillator properties. More importantly, as demonstrated for the first time, pure organic glassy films with a diameter over 10 cm and high optical transparency can be prepared by the developed melt‐quenched method using PAM‐M4 crystal powder as a raw material. This glassy film exhibits excellent X‐ray imaging ability with a spatial resolution as high as 27.0 lp mm−1 at MTF = 0.20, which is one of the best results among reported organic scintillators. The results of this work not only develop a new design strategy for high‐performance organic scintillators but also demonstrate a reliable approach to fabricating large area screens with superior spatial resolution for medical or industrial X‐ray imaging applications. The prognosis of HCC patients without MVI (so called M0) is highly heterogeneous and the need for adjuvant therapy is still controversial. Patients with HCC with M0 who underwent liver resection (LR) or liver transplantation (LT) as an initial therapy were included. The Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital (EHBH)-M0 score was developed from a retrospective cohort to form the training cohort. The classification which was developed using multivariate cox regression analysis was externally validated. The score was developed using the following factors: α-fetoprotein level, tumour diameter, liver cirrhosis, total bilirubin, albumin and aspartate aminotransferase. The score differentiated two groups of M0 patients (≤3, >3 points) with distinct long-term prognoses outcomes (median overall survival (OS), 98.0 vs. 46.0 months; p < 0.001). The predictive accuracy of the score was greater than the other commonly used staging systems for HCC. And for M0 patients with a higher score underwent LR. Adjuvant transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) was effective to prolong OS. The EHBH M0 scoring system was more accurate in predicting the prognosis of HCC patients with M0 after LR or LT. The degradation efficiency of NH 2 -MIL-53(Fe) towards RhB (95.0%) exceeded that of NH 2 -MIL-88B(Fe) (87.0%) and NH 2 -MIL-101(Fe) (88.0%), which might be mainly because that NH 2 -MIL-53(Fe) had the most suitable specific surface area and pore volume, and the best light absorption properties. Additionally, NH 2 -MIL-53(Fe) exhibited higher degradation efficiency than MIL-53(Fe) (84.0%), possibly owing to the incorporation of amino functional groups that inhibited the recombination of photogenerated electron-hole pairs and enhanced visible light responsiveness. Remarkably, NH 2 -MIL-53(Fe) had a good degradation effect on RhB in a wide range of pH (3.0–7.0), and the degradation rate was still as high as 90.0% after 5 consecutive degradation experiments. The degradation process was predominantly influenced by the involvement of ·OH and 1O 2 , as evidenced by the outcomes of free radical capture experiments. In this work, an extraction bar, composed of hollow fiber (HF) functionalized with covalent organic frameworks (COF@Tp-NDA) and 1-ocanol, was prepared for extraction of five BPs simultaneously. The synergistic effect of COF@Tp-NDA and 1-octanol improved the extraction efficiency of BPs from milk-based beverage, juice, and tea beverage. Under optimal conditions, limits of detection ranged from 0.10 to 2.00 ng mL−1 (R2 ≥ 0.9974) and recoveries ranged from 70.1 % to 106.8 %. This study presents a novel multistage expressway fast charging station (EFCS) planning problem coordinated with the dynamic regional power structure (PS) transformation. Under the prerequisite of the EFCS network's sustainable operation, network accessibility, and orderly construction, a three‐step planning method oriented to the enhancement of energy saving and emission reduction (ESER) benefits and rationalization of facility utilization is developed: (i) EV‐expanded network, (ii) multiagent‐based dynamic traffic assignment (MA‐DTA), and (iii) deployment refinement. Embedding the MA‐DTA and customized refinement strategy into the iterative planning structure enables the integration of operations and planning of the EFCS network. A numerical experiment and an empirical study in the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration are conducted. It demonstrates that the method can find a high‐quality solution within acceptable computation time and is applicable to realistic large‐scale EFCS planning. The planning method can effectively play the role of economy and facility in inducing EV users' charging demands, thus enhancing the overall ESER benefits. The integration of operation and planning is proven effective in reasonably matching the supply and demand of facility service and charging loads in a full‐time period. The reconstruction method was proposed more than a decade ago to boost the signal of baryonic acoustic oscillations measured in galaxy redshift surveys, which is one of key probes for dark energy. After moving the observed overdensities in galaxy surveys back to their initial position, the reconstructed density field is closer to a linear Gaussian field, with higher-order information moved back into the power spectrum. We find that by jointly analysing power spectra measured from the pre- and post-reconstructed galaxy samples, higher-order information beyond the 2-point power spectrum can be efficiently extracted, which generally yields an information gain upon the analysis using the pre- or post-reconstructed galaxy sample alone. This opens a window to easily use higher-order information when constraining cosmological models. Baryon Acoustic Oscillations (BAO) are formed in the early universe and can be measured galaxy redshift survey to probe dark energy, but this feature is degraded with galaxy structure evolution. Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is an aging-related and heterogeneous hematopoietic malignancy. In this study, a total of 1,474 newly diagnosed AML patients with RNA sequencing data were enrolled, and targeted or whole exome sequencing data were obtained in 94% cases. The correlation of aging-related factors including age and clonal hematopoiesis (CH), gender, and genomic/transcriptomic profiles (gene fusions, genetic mutations, and gene expression networks or pathways) was systematically analyzed. Overall, AML patients aged 60 y and older showed an apparently dismal prognosis. Alongside age, the frequency of gene fusions defined in the World Health Organization classification decreased, while the positive rate of gene mutations, especially CH-related ones, increased. Additionally, the number of genetic mutations was higher in gene fusion--negative (GF-) patients than those with GF. Based on the status of CH- and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS)-related mutations, three mutant subgroups were identified among the GF-AML cohort, namely, CH-AML, CH-MDS-AML, and other GF-AML. Notably, CH-MDS-AML demonstrated a predominance of elderly and male cases, cytopenia, and significantly adverse clinical outcomes. Besides, gene expression networks including HOXA/B, platelet factors, and inflammatory responses were most striking features associated with aging and poor prognosis in AML. The objective of this study was to analyze the correlation between skeletal muscle mass and the distribution of peripheral blood lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells, as well as their impact on prognosis in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). A retrospective analysis was conducted on 211 newly diagnosed AML patients, evaluating skeletal muscle index (SMI), NK cell proportion, and absolute value, along with relevant clinical data. Linear regression and Spearman's correlation coefficient were used to assess the relationship between various indicators and SMI, followed by multiple linear regression for further modeling. Univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression models were used to identify independent predictors for overall survival (OS). Among the 211 AML patients, 38 cases (18.0%) were diagnosed with sarcopenia. Multiple linear regression analysis included weight, fat mass, ECOG score, body mass index, and peripheral blood NK cell proportion, constructing a correlation model for SMI (R2 = 0.745). Univariate analysis identified higher NK cell count (> 9.53 × 106/L) as a poor predictor for OS. Multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression model indicated that age ≥ 60 years, PLT < 100 × 109/L, ELN high risk, sarcopenia, and B cell count > 94.6 × 106/L were independent adverse prognostic factors for AML patients. Low skeletal muscle mass may negatively impact the count and function of NK cells, thereby affecting the prognosis of AML. Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is a type of hematologic malignancies caused by BCR-ABL chimeric oncogene. Resistance to tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) leads to the progression of CML into advanced stages. Selinexor is a small molecule inhibitor that targets a nuclear transporter called Exportin 1. Combined with imatinib, selinexor has been shown to disrupt nuclear-cytoplasmic transport signal of leukemia stem cells, resulting in cell death. The objective of this study was to investigate the mechanism of drug resistance to selinexor in CML. We established K562 cell line resistant to selinexor and conducted single cell dynamic transcriptome sequencing to analyze the heterogeneity within the parental and selinexor resistant cell populations. We identified specific gene expression changes associated with resistance to selinexor. Our results revealed differential expression patterns in genes such as MT2A, TFPI, MTND3, and HMGCS1 in the total RNA, as well as MT-TW, DNAJB1, and HSPB1 in the newly synthesized RNA, between the parental and drug-resistant groups. By applying pseudo-time analysis, we discovered that a specific cluster of cells exhibited characteristics of tumor stem cells. Furthermore, we observed a gradual decrease in the expression of ferroptosis-related molecules as drug resistance developed. In vitro experiments confirmed that the combination of a ferroptosis inducer called RSL3 effectively overcame drug resistance. In conclusion, this study revealed the resistance mechanism of selinexor in CML. In conclusion, we identified a subgroup of CML cells with tumor stem cell properties and demonstrated that ferroptosis inducer improved the efficacy of selinexor in overcoming drug resistance. Magnesium is one of the essential nutrients for plant growth, and plays a pivotal role in plant development and metabolism. Soil magnesium deficiency is evident in citrus production, which ultimately leads to failure of normal plant growth and development, as well as decreased productivity. Citrus is mainly propagated by grafting, so it is necessary to fully understand the different regulatory mechanisms of rootstock and scion response to magnesium deficiency. Here, we characterized the differences in morphological alterations, physiological metabolism and differential gene expression between trifoliate orange rootstocks and lemon scions under normal and magnesium-deficient conditions, revealing the different responses of rootstocks and scions to magnesium deficiency. The transcriptomic data showed that differentially expressed genes were enriched in 14 and 4 metabolic pathways in leaves and roots, respectively, after magnesium deficiency treatment. And the magnesium transport-related genes MHX and MRS2 may respond to magnesium deficiency stress. In addition, magnesium deficiency may affect plant growth by affecting POD, SOD, and CAT enzyme activity, as well as altering the levels of hormones such as IAA, ABA, GA 3 , JA, and SA, and the expression of related responsive genes. The simultaneous occurrence of H 2 S and CO 2 exists during many processes, and they react with each other to form COS and H 2 O. Here, we develop a novel non-fitting functional representation regarding the chemical equilibrium constant subject to the reaction of H 2 S and CO 2. It depends only on standard experimental data for the concerned five molecular constants of CO 2 and COS and six molecular constants for H 2 S and H 2 O, and possesses the advantages of direct algebraic operation and convenient application, whereas the conventional empirical correlations involve multiple adjustable coefficients for fitting experimental data. The average absolute deviations between three experimental data sets of the equilibrium constants and the theoretical values predicted with the developed functional representation are 4.33 %, 5.73 %, and 5.93 %, respectively, while the corresponding deviations of three same experimental measurements from the theoretically calculated results with the previous empirical correlation provided in the well-known Aspen databank are 19.1 %, 73.6 %, and 10.0 %, respectively. Through a comparison of the theoretically predicted results of the equilibrium constants with the experimental data, we find that the presently proposed prediction formulation based on considering the structural characteristics of molecules is reliable, while the corresponding empirical correlation given in the well-known Aspen databank is not applicable. To guide the optimization of pellets behavior during the direct hydrogen reduction, the influence of CaO on gas-based reduction behavior of ultra-high-grade pellets was investigated. The results indicated that the pellets compressive strength increased and then decreased with CaO addition, while it suppressed the reduction expansion in both CO and H 2 atmospheres. The optimum ratio of CaO was 1.0 wt% with basicity of 5.37. The first-principles calculation inferred that CO reduction was exothermic and exerted upward traction on Fe, which promoted the formation of iron whiskers, while H 2 reduction absorbed heat and exerted downward repulsive force on Fe, which inhibited the formation of iron whiskers. The experimental results of pellet RSI (Reduction Swelling Index) decreased with CaO addition was mainly attributed to the lower reduction degree induced by low porosity. The use of ultra-high-grade pellets with high basicity provides a new idea for restraining the bonding behavior during the reduction. The susceptibility of DNA nanomaterials to enzymatic degradation in biological environments is a significant obstacle limiting their broad applications in biomedicine. While DNA nanostructures exhibit some resistance to nuclease degradation, the underlying mechanism of this resistance remains elusive. In this study, the interaction of tetrahedral DNA nanostructures (TDNs) and double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) with DNase I is investigated using all-atom molecular dynamics simulations. Our results indicate that DNase I can effectively bind to all dsDNA molecules, and certain key residues strongly interact with the nucleic bases of DNA. However, the binding of DNase I to TDNs exhibits a non-monotonic behavior based on size; TDN15 and TDN26 interact weakly with DNase I (∼ − 75 kcal/mol), whereas TDN21 forms a strong binding with DNase I (∼ − 110 kcal/mol). Furthermore, the topological properties of the DNA nanostructures are analyzed, and an under-twisting (∼32°) of the DNA helix is observed in TDN15 and TDN26. Importantly, this under-twisting results in an increased width of the minor groove in TDN15 and TDN26, which primarily explains their reduced binding affinity to DNase I comparing to the dsDNA. Overall, this study demonstrated a novel mechanism for local structural control of DNA at the nanoscale by adjusting the twisting induced by length.
