Objective To investigate the predictive effect of circulating tumor cell (CTC) combined with neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) on efficacy of advanced gastric cancer. Methods The clinicopathological data of 36 patients with advanced gastric cancer who received firstline treatment in Jiangning Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University and Jiangsu Cancer Hospital from June 2022 to January 2023 were collected. The optimal cutoff values of CTC and NLR were calculated using X-tile software, and the patients were divided into high CTC group (CTC>15, n=21) and low CTC group (CTC≤15, n=15), high NLR group (NLR>2.32, n=20) and low NLR group (NLR≤2.32, n=16). COX regression analysis and survival curve were used to analyze the relationship between CTC, NLR and progression free survival (PFS). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves compared the predictive power of CTC, NLR, and the combination in predicting the outcome of advanced gastric cancer. Results Multivariate COX regression analysis showed that CTC (HR=7.441, P=0.045) and NLR (HR=4.690, P=0.011) were associated with PFS in patients with advanced gastric cancer. This work focuses on an intelligent management framework for vocal music media resources, with use of deep neural networks and web crawlers. The web driver module is used to simulate the Google browser access mode to collect and preprocess the data of the China vocal music network webpage project, and the delay code is added to solve the problem of Internet Protocol (IP) restrictions on crawling webpages. After parsing, the content of the project description is obtained and temporarily stored in the local file through the panda’s module to realize the automatic collection of project data. Membership functions of four basic types of emotions are designed. By utilizing the analytic hierarchy process, the experience and wisdom of many music experts are gathered. The weights of activity and the evoking force in determining the music emotion membership value are discussed, trying to make the membership function closer to reality. Through the application of the music emotion analysis model, the music emotion analysis technology is combined with the recommendation algorithm, and the music recommendation algorithm combined with the emotion analysis is realized. Currently, the importance of gas sensing is rapidly gaining recognition in a multitude of domains, including environmental conservation, security measures, food safety protocols, and medical diagnostic processes. As the requirements for these applications continue to escalate, there is a corresponding upsurge in the demand for gas sensors that can provide improved sensing performance. Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) are among the most promising materials for sensing applications, owing to their highly tunable porous structures and exceptionally high specific surface areas. In parallel, fluorescence sensing stands out as an exceptional technique due to its ultra-high sensitivity and rapid response time. Hence, the integration of MOF-based structures with fluorescent sensing, merging a state-of-the-art sensing material with an advanced technique, has exhibited remarkable performance in detecting a spectrum of gases, encompassing both inorganic and organic species. This review commences with a detailed exposition of the operational mechanisms underlying gas sensing based on the fluorescent MOF material. It proceeds to showcase the targeted applications of this technology within the realm of gas sensing, encompassing the detection of oxygen, nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur oxides (SOx), and an assortment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). With the acceleration of urbanisation, the problem of water resource shortage is becoming increasingly serious. Currently, the water use situation in Chinese cities is severe and the contradiction between the supply and demand of water resources is prominent, which has become one of the main factors restricting sustainable development of cities. Traditional research on water-saving landscape design focuses mainly on the analysis of the efficiency of water resource utilisation within a single area or city. The scope of the research is limited and the research methods are individual, which cannot fully meet the current needs of sustainable urban water-saving landscape design. The improved variable scale optimisation algorithm has become an indispensable tool in modern landscape design and would play a more important role in landscape design and ecological environment protection in the future. In response to the shortcomings of traditional variable-scale optimisation algorithms in solving the optimisation problem of water-saving landscape design for ecological sustainable development, this article would use an improved variable-scale optimisation algorithm to study the water-saving landscape design for ecological sustainable development in Community X, City B, Province A. The research results indicated that there were three experts who rated the effect of the water saving landscape design of the first group of designers as good or above, accounting for 37.5 %. The number of people who rated the effectiveness of water-saving landscape design in the second group as good or higher was 8, representing 100 %. Senecavirus A (SVA) is an emerging virus that poses a threat to swine herds worldwide. To date, the role of tripartite motif 5 (TRIM5) in the replication of viruses has not been evaluated. Here, TRIM5 was reported to inhibit SVA replication by promoting the type I interferon (IFN) antiviral response mediated by retinoic acid-inducible gene I (RIG-I). TRIM5 expression was significantly upregulated in SVA-infected cells, and TRIM5 overexpression inhibited viral replication and promoted IFN-α, IFN-β, interleukin-1beta (IL-1β), IL-6, and IL-18 expression. Conversely, interfering with the expression of TRIM5 had the opposite effect. Viral adsorption and entry assays showed that TRIM5 did not affect the adsorption of SVA but inhibited its entry. In addition, TRIM5 promoted the expression of RIG-I and RIG-I-mediated IFNs and proinflammatory cytokines, and this effect was also proven by inhibiting the expression of TRIM5. These findings expand the scope of knowledge on host factors inhibiting the replication of SVA and indicate that targeting TRIM5 may aid in the development of new agents against SVA. Background: Senecavirus A (SVA) caused porcine idiopathic vesicular disease (PIVD) showing worldwide spread with economic losses in swine industry. Although some progress has been made on host factors regulating the replication of SVA, the role of Z-DNA binding protein 1 (ZBP1) remains unclear. Methods: The expression of ZBP1 in SVA-infected 3D/421 cells was analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) and western blot. Western blot and qRT-PCR were used to detect the effects of over and interference expression of ZBP1 on SVA VP2 gene and protein. Viral growth curves were prepared to measure the viral proliferation. The effect on type I interferons (IFNs), interferon-stimulated genes (ISGs), and pro-inflammatory cytokines in SVA infection was analyzed by qRT-PCR. Western blot was used to analysis the effect of ZBP1 on NF-κB signaling pathway and inhibitor are used to confirm. Results: ZBP1 is shown to inhibit the replication of SVA by enhancing NF-κB signaling pathway mediated antiviral response. SVA infection significantly up-regulated the expression of ZBP1 in 3D4/21 cells. Infection of cells with overexpression of ZBP1 showed that the replication of SVA was inhibited with the enhanced expression of IFNs (IFN-α, IFN-β), ISGs (ISG15, PKR, and IFIT1) and pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α), while, infected-cells with interference expression of ZBP1 showed opposite effects. Further results showed that antiviral effect of ZBP1 is achieved by activation the NF-κB signaling pathway and specific inhibitor of NF-κB also confirmed this. Conclusions: ZBP1 is an important host antiviral factor in SVA infection and indicates that ZBP1 may be a novel target against SVA. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
