Fully understand the development of suppliers in order to make better supplier selection. This paper is based on the knowledge graph, through the knowledge updating of the knowledge graph combined with the Transformer model for knowledge extraction of supplier entity relationship, forming the ternary semantic information of supplier entity relationship. Then, based on the big data platform for the construction of supplier holographic portrait and knowledge storage, through information integration, analysis and other links to identify the supplier attributes for label definition. Taking cell phone product suppliers as an example, we use Python technology to obtain relevant data and validate the specific role of supplier holographic portrait in terms of the supplier’s comprehensive strength, behavioral prediction, transaction closeness, and comprehensive evaluation. The results show that: the correlation between the comprehensive strength of suppliers and the amount of winning bids is strong, and its R2 test result is 0.5924, and it can realize the behavioral prediction of suppliers in the supply chain. Supplier H offers a range of cell phone products in 2022, which is 17.62%21.17% higher than the benchmark market price. The holographic portrait of suppliers based on a knowledge graph combined with a big data platform can meet the need to carry out an all-around analysis of suppliers and provide more accurate support for diversified decision-making on the demand side.

Purpose: Pain management for spinal facet joint (SFJ) and sacroiliac joint (SIJ) pain is challenging, often requiring interventions like radiofrequency ablation (RFA) or corticosteroid injections (CI). This study aims to assess and compare the effectiveness of CI and RFA in treating SFJ and SIJ pain. We combine these treatments due to their shared pathophysiology, similar therapeutic interventions, and the necessity for an integrated approach to spinal pain management. Patients and methods: Literature search from PubMed, Scopus, CENTRAL and Google Scholar for published studies upto 31st December 2023, and reporting data of patients who were treated using CI of RFA for SFJ and SIJ pain. Pooled standardized mean difference (SMD) with a 95% Confidence Interval (CI) was calculated. Results: Our meta-analysis incorporated thirteen studies. Overall, patients, treated with CI had a higher pain intensity score compared to patients treated with RFA (SMD=0.92; 95% CI: 0.19 to 1.65) at 3 months, and at 6 months (SMD=1.53; 95% CI: 0.66 to 2.40) after the treatment. No significant association was reported at 12 months (SMD=1.47; 95% CI: − 0.03 to 2.97). Subgroup analysis based on joint types revealed increased pain intensity scores in patients who were treated with CI for SIJ (SMD=1.25; 95% CI: 0.39 to 2.11) and SFJ (SMD=1.33; 95% CI: 0.09 to 2.57) pain. A negative but not significant effect was detected in patients, treated with CI for cervical joint pain (SMD=− 0.40; 95% CI: − 0.90 to 0.10). Patients treated with CI exhibited higher functional disability score compared to patients treated with RFA at 3 months (SMD=1.28; 95% CI: 0.20 to 2.35) post-treatment. Conclusion: This study suggests that RFA may offer superior pain relief with longer duration compared to steroid injections for spinal facet and sacroiliac joint pain. In this work, stacked SiC fibers paper‐reinforced SiC ceramic matrix composites (SiCnf/SiC CMCs) were prepared by nanoimpregnation and transient eutectic (NITE) process using ultra‐long single‐crystal SiC nanofibers. The effect of the SiCnf surface modification via boron nitride (BN) interphase deposition as well as the sintering additive (Al2O3–Y2O3) content on the density, microstructure, and mechanical properties of SiCnf/SiC CMCs has been investigated systematically. The results revealed that the laminated SiCnf/SiC CMCs feature a significant saw‐tooth‐like curve on the load–displacement test, which indicates that the obtained laminated structure with the weak interlayer binding owning to the BN coating treatment possesses significant toughening to the SiC ceramics. Specifically, the SiCnf/SiC CMCs with the sintering additive content of 12 wt% revealed a fracture toughness of over 10 MPa m1/2 after 60 min of BN interface deposition, which is 104.31% higher than that of the composites prepared without BN coating. In the paper [IMRN, 2022, no. 2, 1245-1269] of Brazke–Schikorra–Sire, the authors characterised the BMO function $u : \mathcal {M} \to \mathbb {R}$ by a Carleson measure condition of its $\sigma$ -harmonic extension $U:\mathcal {M}\times \mathbb {R}_+ \to \mathbb {R}$. This paper is concerned with the similar problem under a more general Dirichlet metric measure space setting, and the limiting behaviours of BMO & Carleson measure, where the heat kernel admits only the so-called diagonal upper estimate. More significantly, without the Ricci curvature condition, we relax the Ahlfors regularity to a doubling property, and remove the pointwise bound on the gradient of the heat kernel. Here, we report a strategy enabling triple switchable chemo‐, regio‐, and stereodivergence in newly developed palladium‐catalyzed cycloadditions of allenes. An asymmetric pseudo‐stereodivergent cycloaddition of allenes bearing a primary leaving group at the α‐position, where a dynamic kinetic asymmetric hydroalkoxylation of racemic unactivated allenes was the enantio‐determining step, is realized, providing four stereoisomers [(Z,R), (Z,S), (E,S), and (E,R)] containing a di‐substituted alkene scaffold and a stereogenic center. By tuning reaction conditions, a mechanistically distinctive cycloaddition is uncovered selectively with the same set of substrates. By switching the position of the leaving group of allenes, a cycloaddition involving an intermolecular O‐attack is disclosed. Diverse mechanisms of the cycloaddition reactions of allenes enable rapid access to structurally and stereochemically diverse 3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazines in high efficiency and selectivity. Let |$({\mathcal{M}},d,\mu)$| be the metric measure space with a Dirichlet form |$\mathscr{E}$|⁠. In this paper, we obtain that the Campanato function and the Lipschitz function do always coincide. Our approach is based on the harmonic extension technology, which extends a function u on |${\mathcal{M}}$| to its Poisson integral P t u on |${\mathcal{M}}\times\mathbb{R}_+$|⁠. With this tool in hand, we can utilize the same Carleson measure condition of the Poisson integral to characterize its Campanato/Lipschitz trace, and hence, they are equivalent to each other. This equivalence was previously obtained by Macías–Segovia [Adv. Math. 1979]. However, we provide a new proof, via the boundary value problem for the elliptic equation. Glutamate dehydrogenase 1 (GLUD1) is an important enzyme in glutamine metabolism. Previously, we found GLUD1 was down-regulated in tumor tissues of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients by proteomics study. To explore its role in the progression of HCC, the expressional level of GLUD1 was firstly examined and presented as that both the protein and mRNA levels were down-regulated in tumor tissues compared to the normal liver tissues. GLUD1 overexpression significantly inhibited HCC cells proliferation, migration, invasion and tumor growth both in vitro and in vivo, while GLUD1 knocking-down promoted HCC progression. Metabolomics study of GLUD1 overexpressing and control HCC cells showed that 129 differentially expressed metabolites were identified, which mainly included amino acids, bases, and phospholipids. Moreover, metabolites in mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation system (OXPHOS) were differentially expressed in GLUD1 overexpressing cells. Mechanistic studies showed that GLUD1 overexpression enhanced mitochondrial respiration activity and reactive oxygen species (ROS) production. Excessive ROS lead to mitochondrial apoptosis that was characterized by increased expression levels of p53, Cytochrome C, Bax, Caspase 3 and decreased expression level of Bcl-2. Furthermore, we found that the p38/JNK MAPK pathway was activated in GLUD1 overexpressing cells. N-acetylcysteine (NAC) treatment eliminated cellular ROS and blocked p38/JNK MAPK pathway activation, as well as cell apoptosis induced by GLUD1 overexpression. Taken together, our findings suggest that GLUD1 inhibits HCC progression through regulating cellular metabolism and oxidative stress state, and provide that ROS generation and p38/JNK MAPK pathway activation as promising methods for HCC treatment. Heterogeneous particles co-focusing to a single stream is a vital prerequisite for cell counting and enumeration, playing an essential role in flow cytometry and single-cell analysis. Microfluidics-based inertial focusing holds great research prospects due to its simplicity of devices, ease of operation, high throughput, and freedom from external fields. Combining microfluidic channels with two or more different geometries has become a powerful tool for high-efficiency particle focusing. Here, we explored hybrid microfluidic channels for heterogeneous particle co-focusing. Four different annular channels with obstacles distributed on the inner wall were constructed and simulated, obtaining constantly variable secondary flows. Then we used four different fluorescent particles with the size of 10 μm, 12 μm 15 μm, and 20 μm as well as their mixture to perform the inertial focusing experiments of multi-sized particles. Theoretical simulation and experimental results demonstrated a focusing efficiency of >99%. Finally, we further utilized human white blood cells to estimate the co-focusing performance of our hybrid microfluidic channel, resulting in a high focusing efficiency of >92% and a high throughput of ≈8000 cell s -1 . The hybrid microfluidic channels, capable of high-precision heterogeneous particle co-focusing, could pave a broad avenue for microfluidic flow cytometry and single-cell analysis.

Background: Frozen shoulder, a debilitating condition causing pain and restricted joint mobility, often challenges conventional physical therapy methods. This study investigates the efficacy of combined acupuncture and physical therapy regimen, as opposed to physical therapy alone, for pain reduction and improvement of the clinical effective rate and the range of motion in patients with frozen shoulder., Methods: A systematic search of PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane Trial, and Web of Science databases was done for randomized controlled trials, quasi-experimental, and nonrandomized studies, reporting data of adult (>18 years) patients with frozen shoulder who received physical therapy with or without acupuncture. Outcomes of interest were pain, clinical effective rate, active and passive range of motion. Data were analyzed using STATA software, employing a random-effects model and standardized mean differences (SMD) and odds ratios (OR) for outcome measures., Results: A total of 13 studies were included. The combined approach significantly reduced pain (SMD = -0.891) with considerable heterogeneity (I² = 85.3%) and improved clinical effective rates (OR = 3.693, I² = 0%). Significant improvements were also observed in active and passive range of motion, with varying degrees of heterogeneity., Conclusion: The combination of acupuncture and physical therapy is more effective than physical therapy alone in managing pain, improving clinical effective rates, and enhancing range of motion in patients with frozen shoulder. Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a highly aggressive cancer. This study aims to elucidate the role of Glyoxylate reductase/hydroxypyruvate reductase (GRHPR) in HCC proliferation and metastasis, along with its molecular mechanism, and to identify miRNAs targeting GRHPR. Materials and Methods: Expression levels of GRHPR and miR-138-5p were assessed using real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blot techniques. Bioinformatic analysis was employed to identify miRNAs targeting GRHPR, and the results were confirmed via dual-luciferase reporter assays. HCC cell lines overexpressing GRHPR were established to investigate its roles in cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. The biological function of miR-138-5p targeting GRHPR in HCC cells was also evaluated. Furthermore, a xenograft mouse model was utilized to examine the in vivo functions of GRHPR. Results: GRHPR expression was downregulated in HCC, whereas miR-138-5p was upregulated. Overexpression of GRHPR suppressed HCC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. Conversely, inhibition of GRHPR by miR-138-5p promoted HCC cell proliferation and invasive properties. MiR-138-5p was found to regulate Phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) and protein kinase B (AKT) phosphorylation levels by inhibiting GRHPR expression. Conclusion: This study highlights GRHPR's role as a tumor suppressor in HCC, with its function being regulated by miR-138-5p.

Background: Multiple takayasu arteritis (TA) is a chronic nonspecific large to medium vasculitis disease that mainly accumulates the aorta and its branches. Pulmonary vascular disease is often seen as stenosis and occlusion, and patients may show no moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension (PH). This study aims to summarize the clinical characteristics and analysis of prognostic factors in patients with PH caused by TA., Methods: Patients diagnosed with aortitis involving the pulmonary artery by pulmonary arteriography or pulmonary artery and total aortic computed tomography arteriography (CTA). All patients underwent detailed clinical assessment, laboratory data collection, and analysis of imaging data. Patients were followed up and factors affecting the prognosis of the pulmonary arteries were analyzed., Results: Most of the patients' complaints were chest tightness, shortness of breath, decreased activity tolerance, hemoptysis and chest pain. 56.90% of the patients were in at the time of admission. Echocardiographic estimation of pulmonary artery systolic pressure was 90.39 ± 22.87 mm Hg. In terms of laboratory tests, 39.66%% of the patients had elevated C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and amino-terminal natriuretic peptide precursor on admission. In terms of imaging, all patients had pulmonary artery involvement, which was combined with aortic involvement in 31.03%. Nuclide lung perfusion/ventilation imaging of the patients revealed multiple perfusion defects/absences in the segmental and subsegmental distribution of the lungs. Univariate Cox regression model analysis suggested that patients' WHO functional class at admission, age ≧ 51 years at the time of consultation, and amino-terminal natriuretic peptide precursor ≧ 3500 pg/mL were factors affecting the prognosis. Further multifactorial Cox regression model analysis suggested amino-terminal natriuretic peptide precursor ≧ 3500 pg/mL was an independent predictor of poor prognosis with a hazard ratio (HR) value of 5.248., Conclusion: Electrocardiogram and echocardiogram may suggest an increased right heart load; some patients have elevated serum inflammatory indexes.
