Aptamer-based lateral flow analysis (Apt-LFAs) has promising applications in many fields. Nanozymes have demonstrated high potential in improving the performance of Apt-LFAs and have been increasingly utilized in recent studies. In this study, we developed a nanozyme-based Apt-LFA for the rapid and sensitive detection of kanamycin by using a novel dual-functionalized AuNPs@polyA-DNA/GpG-Cu2+ nanozyme as a nanoprobe. In the nanoprobe design, the polyA-cDNA strand can discriminate a kanamycin aptamer from the kanamycin/aptamer complex, and the GpG-Cu2+ complex can amplify the detection signal by catalyzing the chromogenic reaction. The nanozyme Apt-LFA can quantify kanamycin in the range of 1–250 ng/mL with an LOD of 0.08 ng/mL, which demonstrated a 4-fold sensitivity improvement and had a wider linear range than the conventional AuNP-based LFA. The Apt-LFA was successfully applied to the detection of kanamycin in honey with good recoveries. Our dual-functionalized AuNP nanoprobe is easily prepared and can be highly compatible with the conventional AuNP-DNA-based LFA platform; thus, it can be extended to the application of Apt-LFAs for other small molecules. Online video platforms face the challenge of balancing the needs of their users with those of their advertisers. Although users typically prefer to have less intrusive ads, advertisers aim to effectively catch user attention. This paper investigates how the provision of ad choice affects the effectiveness of video advertising. We argue that allowing users to choose an ad to view may trigger a "conjecture-formation-and-confirmation" process that motivates users to pay more attention to the selected ad. Two online experiments and four laboratory experiments are conducted to test the theorized underlying mechanism of the ad choice effect. Study 1 finds when users are unfamiliar (versus familiar) with the content of ad options (i.e., they need to make conjectures about ad content), ad choice is more likely to increase user attention to the chosen ad. Study 2 and Study 3 show that the impact of ad choice on user attention is more likely to be positive when users are enabled to make conjectures about ad content, such as when choice options provide more relevant information about ad content. Study 4a and Study 4b provide more direct support for the underlying mechanism by showing that the ad choice effect is attenuated when users cannot form conjectures about ad content at the choice stage. Study 5 further demonstrates that the positive effect of ad choice is robust across different ad settings. Taken together, these studies show ad choice is more likely to boost the effectiveness of video advertising when the "conjecture-formation-and-confirmation" process is triggered. It is known that the abnormal expression of specific cellular miRNAs is closely related to cell apoptosis, and so monitoring the level change of these miRNAs can in principle be used to evaluate the process of apoptosis stimulated by drugs. Towards this goal, here we construct an ultrasensitive electrochemiluminescence (ECL) nanoplatform via the target miRNA-triggered immobilization of spherical nucleic acid enzymes (SNAzymes) onto tetrahedral DNA nanostructures on the electrode surface, which catalyzes the luminol–H2O2 reaction to output an ECL signal. This enables the sensitive and specific detection of two apoptosis-related miRNAs, miR-21 and miR-133a, with a detection limit of 33 aM. Furthermore, we employed the developed ECL nanoplatform to monitor the levels of these two miRNAs inside cancer cells stimulated by DOX, showing that the level of miR-21 decreases, while that of miR-133a increases in the early apoptotic cells. This difference highlights the distinct roles of the two target miRNAs, where miR-21 promotes the early apoptosis of cancer cells, whereas miR-133a suppresses it, providing new insight into cell physiological processes. With the development of the economy and society, the importance of a secure and stable electricity supply continues to increase. However, the power grid is facing the test of excess installed capacity, the waste of renewable energy, and a low comprehensive utilization rate. This problem stems from the inconsistent peak–valley differences between power production and consumption, and the lack of clear electricity price signals, which disrupts the safe and stable operation of the power market. This paper combines the interactive transactions among clean energy power generation companies, users, and energy storage, explores how the system optimization model can be reflected in the power market through regulatory measures, and formulates the optimal output scheme of the system under the constraints of clean energy power generation forecast data, user base load forecast data, demand-side resource regulation ability, and energy storage system regulation ability to achieve the goals of comprehensive clean energy power consumption and minimum cost for users. A comprehensive analysis of the proposed model was conducted using actual data from a certain province in China, the results show that the consumption of clean energy will increase by 3% to full consumption and the total cost of users will be 32% lower than that of time-of-use (TOU) power prices, which proves the potential of the proposed joint optimization model in absorbing clean energy and the effectiveness of the market mechanism. Runoff and evapotranspiration (ET) are pivotal constituents of the water, energy, and carbon cycles. This research presents a 5-km monthly gridded runoff and ET dataset for 1998–2017, encompassing seven headwaters of Tibetan Plateau rivers (Yellow, Yangtze, Mekong, Salween, Brahmaputra, Ganges, and Indus) (hereinafter TPRED). The dataset was generated using the advanced cryosphere-hydrology model WEB-DHM, yielding a Nash coefficient ranging from 0.77 to 0.93 when compared to the observed discharges. The findings indicate that TPRED's monthly runoff notably outperforms existing datasets in capturing hydrological patterns, as evidenced by robust metrics such as the correlation coefficient (CC) (0.944–0.995), Bias (−0.68-0.53), and Root Mean Square Error (5.50–15.59 mm). Additionally, TPRED's monthly ET estimates closely align with expected seasonal fluctuations, as reflected by a CC ranging from 0.94 to 0.98 when contrasted with alternative ET products. Furthermore, TPRED's annual values exhibit commendable concordance with operational products across multiple dimensions. Ultimately, the TPRED will have great application on hydrometeorology, carbon transport, water management, hydrological modeling, and sustainable development of water resources. Life and civilization in arid regions depend on the availability of freshwater. Arid alpine river basins, where hydrological processes are highly sensitive to rapid warming, act as vital water towers for lowland oases. However, scientific understanding of precipitation variability and related cryosphere–hydrology processes is extremely limited because of the scarcity of in situ observations. The upper Danghe River basin (UDB; ∼14,000 km2) is an arid and westerly dominated basin on the northeastern Tibetan Plateau and is the water source for the Dunhuang Oasis in China. We have established a comprehensive cryosphere–hydrometeorology observation network in the basin since 2014. At present, the network consists of 21 automatic rain gauges, 22 soil freeze–thaw monitoring stations, 4 automatic weather stations (AWS), and a 50-m gradient meteorological tower with an eddy covariance system. In particular, the 18 sites, located in remote areas without public networks, are equipped with new-generation BeiDou-3 communication terminals that enable the observations to be easily, safely, and reliably read and quality controlled in near–real time from offices in the city or at home. This integrated observation network over the UDB that facilitates the monitoring of cryosphere–hydrology processes, land–atmosphere interactions, and local weather processes. In addition, the observations are helpful for the objective evaluation, and continual improvement, of hydrological models, satellite-retrieval products, and reanalysis datasets. Finally, the network is expected to promote a better understanding of the status and role of water towers in arid zones and to provide basic data support for the sustainable development of the Dunhuang Oasis and the Belt and Road. Rainfall erosivity, which signifies the inherent susceptibility of soil erosion induced by precipitation, plays a fundamental role in formulating a comprehensive soil loss equation (RUSLE). It stands as a crucial determinant among the foundational factors considered in a comprehensive soil loss equation's establishment. Nonetheless, the prediction and quantification of future alterations in rainfall erosivity under the influence of global warming have been relatively limited. In this study, climate change was widely evaluated and 10 preferred global climate models in the Loess Plateau were selected by using the data sets of 27 models simulating climate change and the CN05.1 data set provided by the latest CMIP6. The monthly precipitation forecast data were obtained by using the delta downscaling method. Combined with trend analysis, significance test, and coefficient of variation, the annual rainfall erosivity during 1961–2100 under four SSP scenarios was analyzed and predicted. Among the 27 GCM models used in this paper, the most suitable climate models for simulating monthly precipitation in the Loess Plateau were CMCC-CM2-SR5, CMCC-ESM2, TaiESM1, EC-Earth3, EC-Earth-Veg-LR, INM-CM4-8, CAS-ESM2-0, EC-Earth-Veg, ACCESS-ESM1-5, and IPSL-CM6A-LR. In comparison to the base period (1961–1990), during the historical period (1961–2014), the average annual rainfall erosivity on the Loess Plateau amounted to 1259.64 MJ·mm·hm−2·h−1·a−1, showing an insignificant downward trend. In the northwest of Ningxia, Yulin City and Yanan City showed a significant upward trend. In the future period (2015–2100), the annual rainfall erosivity continues to constantly change and increase. The potential average increase in rainfall erosivity is about 13.48–25.86%. In terms of spatial distribution, most areas showed an increasing trend. Among these regions, the majority of encompassed areas within Shanxi Province, central Shaanxi, and Inner Mongolia increased greatly, which was not conducive to soil and water conservation and ecological environment construction. Grassland is not only the largest terrestrial ecosystem, but also the most diverse ecological resource. Grassland observation monitoring is a systematic observation, monitoring, and recording of grassland production factors and their dynamic changes, aiming at elucidating their connections and development patterns. The Inner Mongolia grassland is currently one of the most diverse and well preserved grasslands in the world, and is an important livestock production base in China. In grassland ecosystems, soil nutrients comprehensively reflect the basic attributes and essential characteristics of soil. Studying the changes in soil nutrients of different grassland types not only reflects the impact of plant communities on grassland soil health, but also provides a basis for soil and vegetation restoration forms, speeds, and directions. At present, research on soil nutrients is mostly found in agricultural planting areas, but there is relatively little research on grassland soil nutrients. Taking Inner Mongolia grassland as an example, relevant research mainly focuses on issues such as microbial diversity and greenhouse gases, with little involvement in soil nutrients, and the supply of relevant data is also very limited. This dataset focuses on the soil nutrient characteristics of available phosphorus, available potassium, total nitrogen, organic matter, total salt, and pH value of eight different "regional grassland types" grasslands in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region during the turning green, vigorous, and withering stages. The involved areas include five typical grassland types. The grasslands include temperate grassland, desert grassland, natural grassland, five flower grassland, and artificial grassland planting areas.
