In this article, a mission planning and trajectory optimization scheme in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) swarm for track deception against radar networks is proposed. The core of this scheme is to formulate the track deception problem as a model with the objective of simultaneously maximizing the number of phantom tracks while minimizing the total flight distance of the UAV swarm, subject to the constraints of UAV kinematic performance, phantom track rotation angles, and a homology test. It is shown that the formulated track deception problem is a mixed-integer programming, multivariable, and non-linear optimization model. By incorporating mission planning based on platform reuse and a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, a three-stage solution methodology is proposed to tackle the above problem. Through joint optimization for mission planning and flight trajectories of the UAV swarm, a low-speed UAV swarm is capable of generating a number of high-speed phantom tracks. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed scheme enables a low-speed UAV swarm to generate as many high-speed phantom tracks as possible, effectively achieving track deception against radar network. Impaired clearance of amyloid β (Aβ) in late-onset Alzheimer's disease (AD) affects disease progression. The role of peripheral monocytes in Aβ clearance from the central nervous system (CNS) is unclear. We use a flow cytometry assay to identify Aβ-binding monocytes in blood, validated by confocal microscopy, Western blotting, and mass spectrometry. Flow cytometry immunophenotyping and correlation with AD biomarkers are studied in 150 participants from the AIBL study. We also examine monocytes in human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and their migration in an APP/PS1 mouse model. The assay reveals macrophage-like Aβ-binding monocytes with high phagocytic potential in both the periphery and CNS. We find lower surface Aβ levels in mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and AD-dementia patients compared to cognitively unimpaired individuals. Monocyte infiltration from blood to CSF and migration from CNS to peripheral lymph nodes and blood are observed. Here we show that Aβ-binding monocytes may play a role in CNS Aβ clearance, suggesting their potential as a biomarker for AD diagnosis and monitoring. The Multi-Scale Multi-Group Wide-Band (MSMGWB) model was used to calculate radiative transfer in strongly non-isothermal and inhomogeneous media such as the remote infrared sensing of aircraft exhaust system and jet plume scenario. In this work, the reference temperature was introduced into the model as an independent variable for each spectral subinterval group. Then, to deal with the exceedingly vast parameter sample space (i.e., the combination of spectral subinterval grouping results, reference temperatures and Gaussian quadrature schemes), an MSMGWB model's parameter optimization process superior to the exhaustive approach employed in previous studies was established, which was consisted of the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II method (NSGA2) and an iterative scan method. Through a series of 0-D test cases and two real 3-D remote infrared imaging results of an aircraft exhaust system, it was observed that the MSMGWB model established and optimiazed in current work demonstrated notable improvements in both accuracy and computational efficiency. Social media have reconfigured place-making in tourism so that industry-led place promotion through professionally produced media representations is nowadays intertwined with bottom-up processes involving online influencers and ordinary people. The emergence of wanghongjingdian (i.e. internet-popular tourist attractions) in China is a case in point. This article aims at contributing to our understanding of the production of wanghongjingdian through a focus on the bottom-up negotiation between influential bloggers and ordinary users, especially on the "authenticity" of travel photos. We conducted a virtual ethnography and visual and textual analyses of 290 blogs on Xiaohongshu, a highly popular visual-oriented platform in China. Three authentication strategies, which relate to existing theoretical conceptualizations of authenticity in nuanced manners, are identified, and the negotiation process between influencers and ordinary users is marked by a critical participatory culture, multiplicity of practices, and individuality-in-community. Monkeypox virus (MPXV) is a cross-kingdom pathogen infecting both humans and wildlife, which poses a significant health risk to the public. Although MPXV attracts broad attention, there is a lack of adequate studies to elucidate pathogenic mechanisms associated with viral infections. In this study, a high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) and liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) approach was used to explore the transcriptional and metabolic responses of MPXV A23 protein to HEK293T cells. The protein–protein interactions and signaling pathways were conducted by GO and KEGG analyses. The localization of A23 protein in HEK293T cells was detected by immunofluorescence. A total of 648 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified in cells by RNA-Seq, including 314 upregulated genes and 334 downregulated genes. Additionally, liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) detected 115 cellular proteins that interact with the A23 proteins. Transcriptomic sequencing analysis revealed that transfection of MPXV A23 protein modulated genes primarily associated with cellular apoptosis and DNA damage repair. Proteomic analysis indicated that this protein primarily interacted with host ribosomal proteins and histones. Following the identification of the nuclear localization sequence RKKR within the A23 protein, a truncated mutant A23ΔRKKR was constructed to investigate the subcellular localization of A23 protein. The wild-type A23 protein exhibits a significantly higher nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio, exceeding 1.5, in contrast to the mutant A23ΔRKKR, which has a ratio of approximately 1. Immunofluorescence assays showed that the A23 protein was mainly localized in the nucleus. The integration of transcriptomics and proteomics analysis provides a comprehensive understanding of the interaction between MPXV A23 protein and the host. A photonic instantaneous microwave frequency measurement scheme based on frequency-to-time mapping and channelization is proposed. An unknown signal is divided into four channels and mixed with a broadband linear frequency-modulated signal. The frequency information is converted to the time domain, and the frequency measurement range has been expanded due to channelization. A simulation system has been constructed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. A proof-of-concept experimental result shows that the frequency measurement errors can be kept in 20 MHz with a 10 MHz resolution, and the frequency measurement range is 1 GHz to 39 GHz. Objective: To explore whether the different phases of the nasal cycle have a significant effect on nasal temperature, the nasal mucosal clearance rate, and levels of nasal nitric oxide (nNO) and to investigate the correlation between these nasal conditions. Methods: The study participants were divided into 2 groups: the control group and the rhinitis group. The participants' nasal temperature, cilia clearance rate, and nNO levels were measured during different phases of the nasal cycle (the congestion phase and decongestion phase) in the control group and before and after undergoing inferior turbinate ablation in the rhinitis group. Results: The temperature of the nasal cavity in the control group was significantly higher in the congestion phase than in the decongestion phase (P =.0025), while in the rhinitis group, the temperature of the nasal cavity decreased significantly after inferior turbinate ablation (P =.001). In the control group, the nasal mucosa clearance time was significantly shorter in the congestion phase than in the decongestion phase (P =.001), and in the rhinitis group, the clearance time of the nasal mucosa was significantly shortened after the operation (P =.0025). In the control group, the levels of nNO were significantly higher in the congestion phase than in the decongestion phase (P =.025), while in the rhinitis group, nNO levels decreased significantly after the operation (P =.005). Conclusion: The function of the nasal cavity changes in different phases of the nasal cycle. Therefore, when evaluating the impact of various factors on nasal function, factors associated with the nasal cycle should also be considered. Lead‐containing halide perovskite materials' toxicity and instability severely restrict their ability to be used in further commercial applications. Herein, a new lead‐free and thermal stable Cs12Zn3.1Mn0.9Cl20 perovskite material obtained via a simple room temperature precipitation method is reported. A high photoluminescence quantum yield of 83.1% can be obtained from the perovskite material Cs12Zn3.1Mn0.9Cl20, which is typically made up of tetragonal vertices and is excitable by ultraviolet (UV) light. More importantly, the relative photoluminescence (PL) intensity still retains roughly 60% of that at 30 °C when the temperature continuously increases to 130 °C. The time‐resolved PL decay lifetime is calculated to be 3.40 ms. With the color coordinates at (0.208 and 0.683) provided by the Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE), a bright green light‐emitting diode (LED) can be created using the green‐emitting Cs12Zn3.1Mn0.9Cl20 perovskite material. Meanwhile, a warm white LED device with the CIE color coordinates at (0.374, 0.289) and a low color‐correlated temperature of 3245 K is fabricated by the Cs12Zn3.1Mn0.9Cl20 perovskite material combining with a commercial blue and red‐emitting phosphors on a UV InGaN chip.
