Although the combination of immunotherapy and radiotherapy (RT) for the treatment of malignant tumors has shown rapid development, the insight of how RT remodels the tumor microenvironment to prime antitumor immunity involves a complex interplay of cell types and signaling pathways, much of which remains to be elucidated. Four tumor samples were collected from the same abdominal wall metastasis site of the patient with gastric cancer at baseline and during fractionated RT for single‐cell RNA and T‐cell receptor sequencing. The Seurat analysis pipeline and immune receptor analysis were used to characterize the gastric cancer metastasis ecosystem and investigated its dynamic changes of cell proportion, cell functional profiles and cell‐to‐cell communication during RT. Immunohistochemical and immunofluorescent staining and bulk RNA sequencing were applied to validate the key results. We found tumor cells upregulated immune checkpoint genes in response to RT. The infiltration and clonal expansion of T lymphocytes declined within tumors undergoing irradiation. Moreover, RT led to the accumulation of proinflammatory macrophages and natural killer T cells with enhanced cytotoxic gene expression signature. In addition, subclusters of dendritic cells and endothelial cells showed decrease in the expression of antigen present features in post‐RT samples. This study investigates the flame dynamics of an annular combustor under various azimuthal acoustic forces. The experimental platform was applied to external azimuthal acoustic force through four loudspeakers installed on the wall outside the plenum. Experiments were conducted with an equivalence ratio of Ф = 0.71 and a combustion power of P = 9.5 kW. Therein, four loudspeakers were used to precisely control the acoustic pressure amplitude, spinning ratio, and spinning direction, which stimulated the first-order standing mode, spinning modes, and second-order standing mode acoustic mode of the plenum, respectively. Our analysis of flame dynamics and acoustic response characteristics was based on different azimuthal modes, combined with dynamic mode decomposition (DMD) of the flame image sequence and acoustic pressure signal. The results corroborate the consistency between the acoustic field quaternion analysis and the flame image sequence DMD results despite varied external forcing conditions. Specifically, the characteristics of the flame vary by the applied forces. Moreover, DMD results indicate that the flame structure of the eigenfrequency mode is asymmetrical in spinning modes and tilts in the direction of the pressure gradient. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The sustainability of global agricultural produce supply chains is crucial for ensuring global food security, fostering environmental protection, and advancing socio-economic development. This study integrates bibliometric analysis, knowledge mapping, and the ABCDE framework to conduct a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of 742 relevant articles from the Web of Science core database spanning January 2009 to July 2023. Initially, bibliometric analysis and knowledge mapping reveal the annual progression of research on the sustainability of global agricultural produce supply chains, the collaborative networks among research institutions and authors, and the geographic distribution of research activities worldwide, successfully pinpointing the current research focal points. Subsequently, the ABCDE framework, constructed from the quantitative findings, helps us identify and comprehend the antecedents, barriers and challenges, impacts, and driving forces affecting the sustainability of these supply chains. The study identifies globalization and technological advancement as the primary forces shaping the sustainability of agricultural produce supply chains, despite them also posing challenges such as resource constraints and environmental pressures. Moreover, the application of innovative technologies, the optimization of organizational models, and active stakeholder engagement are key to propelling supply chains toward more sustainable development, exerting a profound impact on society, the environment, and the economy. In conclusion, this study suggests future research directions. The integrated methodology presented offers new perspectives and deep insights into the complexities of sustainable global agricultural produce supply chains, demonstrating its potential to foster knowledge innovation and practical applications, providing valuable insights for academic research and policy formulation in this domain. A low‐loss miniaturized bandpass filter is presented using 3D glass‐based RDL packaging technology. A new topology consisting of one modified Pi‐section and one modified T‐section is introduced to generate three transmission zeros which can achieve the high out‐of‐band rejection. A combination of 2D planar inductors and high‐Q 3D inductors is used to achieve low insertion loss and minimize the filter size. In addition, one grounded resonator at input terminal is introduced to generate an extra transmission zero in the low end. The proposed bandpass filter covering 3.3–4.2 GHz is fabricated with a compact size of 1.6 mm × 0.8 mm × 0.25 mm. It exhibits an insertion loss of less than 1.0 dB at a center frequency of 3.75GHz and a return loss of better than 14 dB. The proposed design has a 3 dB fractional bandwidth of 37.6%. Its out‐of‐band rejection is better than 20 dB at the low frequency band from DC to 2.0 GHz and better than 19 dB at the high frequency band from 5.0 to 9.0 GHz. The simulated and measured results of the proposed BPF are in reasonably good agreement. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
