Interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) and tomographic SAR measurement techniques are commonly used for the three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of complex areas, while the effectiveness of these methods relies on the interferometric coherence among SAR images with minimal angular disparities. Radargrammetry exploits stereo image matching to determine the spatial coordinates of corresponding points in two SAR images and acquire their 3D properties. The performance of the image matching process directly impacts the quality of the resulting digital surface model (DSM). However, the presence of speckle noise, along with dissimilar geometric and radiometric distortions, poses considerable challenges in achieving accurate stereo SAR image matching. To address these aforementioned challenges, this paper proposes a radargrammetric method based on the composite registration of multi-aspect SAR images. The proposed method combines coarse registration using scale invariant feature transform (SIFT) with precise registration using normalized cross-correlation (NCC) to achieve accurate registration between multi-aspect SAR images with large disparities. Furthermore, the multi-aspect 3D point clouds are merged using the proposed radargrammetric 3D imaging method, resulting in the 3D imaging of target scenes based on multi-aspect SAR images. For validation purposes, this paper presents a comprehensive 3D reconstruction of the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (FAST) using Ka-band airborne SAR images. It does not necessitate prior knowledge of the target and is applicable to the detailed 3D imaging of large-scale areas with complex structures. In comparison to other SAR 3D imaging techniques, it reduces the requirements for orbit control and radar system parameters. Purpose: To study the effect of individualized treatment strategy based on imaging evaluation in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: Eighty patients with RA of the wrist treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, China from January 2018 to December 2022 were assigned to control and study groups. Conventional methods were used for treating control subjects, based on RA laboratory index results, while the study group received individualized treatment based on RA laboratory index results and results of imaging evaluation. Before and after treatment, serum levels of rheumatoid factor (RF) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were assayed using immunoturbidimetry. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) was determined by Wei method. Imaging examination - ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) - was carried out in study group before and after treatment. Disease activity score 28 (DAS28) and score on the visual analogue scale (VAS) were evaluated before and after treatment, and the curative effect in the two groups was compared based on curative effect evaluation. Results: In both groups, post-treatment values of RF, CRP and ESR were lower than the corresponding pre-treatment levels, but were significantly smaller in study group (p < 0.05). The DAS28 and VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower (p < 0.05) than the pret-reatment levels, but the DAS28 and VAS scores were significantly lower in study group (p < 0.05). Treatment efficacy in study group (95.0 %) was significantly higher than in control patients (77.5 %, p = 0.0476). The results of imaging indicators showed significantly reduced post-treatment synovial thickness and joint effusion in study group patients when compared with control patients (p < 0.01). Conclusion: Individualized treatment strategy for RA patients based on imaging results enhances curative effectiveness, reduces disease activity, relieves pain, and improves the quality of life of patients. Exploring efficacious low-Ir electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is crucial for large-scale application of proton exchange membrane water electrolysis (PEMWE). Herein, an efficient non-precious lanthanide-metal-doped IrO 2 electrocatalyst is presented for OER catalysis by doping large-ionic-radius Nd into IrO 2 crystal. The doped Nd breaks the long-ranged order structure by triggering the strain effect and thus inducing an atomic rearrangement of Nd─IrO 2 involving the forming of Nd─O─Ir bonds along with an increased amount of oxygen vacancies (O v ), giving rise of a long-ranged disorder but a short-ranged order structure. The formed Nd─O─Ir bonds tailor the electronic structure of Ir, leading to a lowered d-band center that weakens intermediates absorption on Ir sites. Moreover, doping Nd triggers Nd─IrO 2 to catalyze OER mainly through lattice oxygen mechanism (LOM) by activating lattice oxygen owing to abundant O v . The optimal catalyst only requires a relatively low overpotential of 263 mV@10 mA cm -2 with a high mass activity of 216.98 A g Ir -1 (at 1.53 V) (eightfold of commercial IrO 2 ), and also shows a superior durability at 50 mA cm -2 (20 h) than commercial IrO 2 (3 h) due to the oxidation-suppressing effect induced by Nd doping.
