The circadian clock regulates various physiological processes in mammals. The core circadian clock gene Bmal1 is crucial for maintaining the oscillations of the circadian clock system by controlling the rhythmic expression of numerous circadian clock-controlled genes. To explore the transcriptional changes associated with Bmal1 deletion in liver tissues, we collected liver tissues from global and liver-specific Bmal1 knockout mice, along with their respective control groups, at two circadian time points (CT2 and CT14) and used them for transcriptome sequencing analysis. Genotyping, locomotor activity analysis, and comprehensive quality control analyses, including base quality scores, GC content, and mapping rates, confirmed the high quality of sequencing data. Differential expression analysis and RT-qPCR validation confirmed the reliability and validity of the dataset. The scarcity of cost-effective and durable iridium-free anode electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) poses a significant challenge to the widespread application of the proton exchange membrane water electrolyzer (PEMWE). To address the electrochemical oxidation and dissolution issues of Ru-based electrocatalysts, an electron-donating modification strategy is developed to stabilize WRuO x under harsh oxidative conditions. The optimized catalyst with a low Zirconium doping (Zr, 1 wt.%) enhances durability noticeably, with a 77% reduction in degradation rate in the durability test of 10 mA cm -2 in 0.5 m H 2 SO 4 . When integrated into a homemade PEMWE device, the Zr-doped catalyst achieves excellent long-term stability, lasting up to 650 h at 100 mA cm⁻ 2 . Additionally, the electronic modulation from the Zr modification leads to superior activity with a low overpotential of 208 mV at 10 mA cm -2 . Theoretical calculation results further reveal that electron-donating Zr modification effectively suppresses Ru overoxidation and lattice oxygen participation, maintaining a robust structure during acidic OER. Our study focused on investigating the bioeffects of extremely low-frequency electromagnetic fields (ELF-EMFs) on the immune function of the spleen. We designed an electromagnetic instrument that can locally target on spleen, the spleens of mice were locally exposed to the ELF-EMF (50 Hz, 30 mT) for 14 days (4 h/day). Parallelly, the isolated splenic T cells were exposed to ELF-EMF (50 Hz, 15 mT) for 2 h. After the exposure, the splenocyte showed a reduced apoptosis rate. Among the splenocytes, the CD4 + T cells and natural killer cells accumulated, the percentage of B cells decreased. In vitro study demonstrated that ELF-EMF induced the alteration of T cell subsets, showing an increased percentage of CD4 + T cells and a decreased percentage of CD8 + T cells. Within CD4 + T cells, the population of T helper (Th) 17 cells increased, and the population of regulatory T cells (Treg) cells decreased. The enrichment of the nuclear factor (NF)-κB pathway in the splenic T cells was found to be reduced after exposure to ELF-EMF. Our findings suggest that ELF-EMF regulated the immune function of the spleen by changing the proportion of immune cells in the spleen. Specifically, the differentiation of spleen T cells was induced by ELF-EMF toward Th17 cells and inhibited by ELF-EMF into Treg cells.
