Accurately determining if the sample parameters from a natural gas pipeline's sampling system reflect the fluid characteristics of the main pipe has been a significant industry concern for many years. In this paper, samples of natural gas in a horizontal pipeline are investigated. CFD is used in this work and the turbulence is considered in the simulation. Firstly, the critical diameter for particles affected by gravity within such pipeline is determined. And then, the effects of the operation pressure and velocity of sampling branches on sample parameters, and the influence of particle density on these sample parameters, are analyzed. Finally, four different structures of sample branches for natural gas in a horizontal pipeline are compared. It is found that 100 μm is the critical diameter at which particles are affected by gravity; the operating pressure of the sampling branch has a significant impact on the particle mass concentration. The particle density has little impact on the sampling system. Overall, the design of the sampling branches does not cause significant sampling errors. This study provides guidance for optimal sampling in existing natural gas pipelines and enables effective monitoring of particle impurity content and properties in natural gas. High spatio-temporal resolution estimates of electricity consumption are essential for formulating effective energy transition strategies. However, the data availability is limited by complex spatio-temporal heterogeneity and insufficient multi-source feature fusion. To address these issues, this study introduces an innovative downscaling method that combines multi-source data with machine learning and spatial interpolation techniques. The method's accuracy showed significant improvements, with determination coefficients (R2) increasing by 30.1% and 33.4% over the baseline model in two evaluation datasets. With this advanced model, we estimated monthly electricity consumption across 1 km x 1 km grid for 280 Chinese cities from 2012 to 2019. Our dataset is highly consistent with officially released electricity consumption of different industries (Pearson correlation coefficients within 0.83 - 0.91). Moreover, our data can reflect the electricity consumption patterns of different urban land uses compared to other datasets. ABSTRACT In this work, a novel one‐class classification algorithm one‐class convolutional autoencoder (OC‐CAE) was proposed for the detection of abnormal samples in the excitation–emission matrix (EEM) fluorescence spectra dataset. The OC‐CAE used Boxplot to analyze the reconstruction errors and used the LOF algorithm to handle features extracted by the hidden layer in the convolutional autoencoder (CAE). The fused information provides the basis for more accurate pattern recognition, ensures flexibility in model training, and can obtain higher model specificity, which is important in the field of food quality control. To demonstrate the reliability and advantages of OC‐CAE, two EEM cases related to the authentication of food including the Zhenjiang aromatic vinegar (ZAV) case and the camellia oil (CAO) case were studied. The results showed that OC‐CAE identified all abnormal samples in the two cases, reflecting excellent performance in the detection of abnormal samples, and that it, coupled with EEM, would be an effective tool for the authenticity identification of food. The efficient utilization of visible light catalysts for organic reactions necessitates not only the effective separation of photogenerated electrons and holes to participate in the reaction, but also their ability to form key intermediates with reactant molecules. The present study successfully synthesized a crusiform-like mesoporous structure of nitrogen-doped carbon-coated Cu2O/Cu (Cu2O/Cu/N-C) with a Cu2O/dual electron acceptor interface using etched HKUST-1 as the precursor. A series of theoretical and experimental studies have demonstrated that the Cu2O/Cu/N-C interface in the photocatalytic homo-coupling of terminal alkynes not only effectively enhances the separation of photogenerated electron–hole pairs, but also facilitates the formation of the key intermediate [Cu2O/Cu/N-C]-phenylacetylide and promotes the rearrangement of its internal charges. As a result, the homo-coupling reaction can be effectively facilitated. The primary reason for the functional role of Cu2O/Cu/N-C interface lies in the downward bending of energy band from Cu2O to N-doped C layers, induced by the different work functions of Cu2O, Cu and N-doped C layers. Consequently, Cu2O/Cu/N-C photocatalysts demonstrate exceptional photocatalytic activity in the homo-coupling reaction of terminal alkynes under blue-light irradiation and air atmosphere. Utilizing ensemble hindcast data from the Community Earth System Model (CESM) spanning the years 1900–2014, the multidecadal changes in the seasonal potential predictability of the winter Pacific–North American (PNA) teleconnection pattern and associated circulation anomalies have been investigated by using an information-based metric of relative entropy and the method of the most predictable component analysis. Results show that the seasonal potential predictability of winter PNA has significant multidecadal changes, with values much higher at the two ends of the twentieth century and much lower in between particularly in the 1930s and 1940s. The changes in the seasonal potential predictability of winter PNA are mostly reflected by the temporal evolutions of PNA rather than the location changes of active centers. Further, the changes are mostly contributed by the external forcing of El Niño–Southern Oscillation (ENSO)-related sea surface temperature anomalies in tropical central and eastern Pacific. In particular, the combined effects of lower amplitudes, reduced persistence, and a more eastward shift in warming centers lead to the reduced seasonal potential predictability of PNA and associated circulation changes in the 1930s and 1940s. Significance Statement: Seasonal prediction of the winter Pacific–North American (PNA) teleconnection pattern and associated circulation anomalies is very important due to its profound climate impacts. Understanding the multidecadal fluctuations and its driving sources of the potential predictability of winter PNA and associated circulation anomalies are meaningful for skillful seasonal prediction of winter PNA and circulation anomalies as well as related climate variations. This study for the first time shows that the multidecadal fluctuations of the potential predictability of winter PNA are quite significant and the changes are mostly reflected by its temporal evolutions rather than spatial shifts of active centers. Furthermore, this study shows that the strength, persistence, and warming center locations of ENSO-related sea surface temperatures in tropical Pacific play a crucial role on the multidecadal changes of the potential predictability of winter PNA and associated circulation anomalies. To analyze and summarize the clinical characteristics and treatment of juvenile patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) complicated by early cataract. This retrospective study collected clinical data from 210 children and adolescents newly diagnosed with T1DM who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics, Tongji Hospital (Wuhan) between 2015 and 2022. Among 210 patients with T1DM, early cataract developed within 3 months before diabetes onset and 12 months thereafter in 2 (0.95 %) patients. The two patients were both females, aged 13 and 9 years, respectively. In both cases, cataracts in both eyes appeared in the early stages of T1DM, showing a short course and rapid development. After intensive insulin treatment for stringent and stable blood glucose control, one patient underwent cataract extraction with significant improvement, and her visual acuity returned to normal. The other patient received intensive insulin therapy and insulin pump therapy for 8 years. Subsequently, she underwent cataract surgery after achieving stable blood glucose levels, without complete recovery of vision. Cataract is a rare complication in the early stages of T1DM in children and adolescents. Ophthalmic surgery is the preferred treatment for patients with diabetic cataract after achieving stable glycemic control, which may help prevent visual impairment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Sulfide solid electrolytes (SSEs) have become an ideal candidate material for all‐solid‐state Li metal batteries (ASSLMBs) because of their high ionic conductivity. However, the vile Li incompatibility and poor air stability of SSEs barriers their commercial application. Herein, novel Li6+2xP1−xInxS5−1.5xO1.5xCl (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.1) SSEs are synthesized via In and O co‐doped Li6PS5Cl. By regulating the substitution concentration, the prepared Li6.12P0.92In0.08S4.88O0.12Cl exhibits considerable ionic conductivity (2.67 × 10−3 S cm−1) and enhanced air stability. Based on the first‐principles density functional theory (DFT) calculation, it is predicted that In3+ replaces P5+ to form InS45− tetrahedron and O2− replaces S2− to form PS3O4− group. The mechanism of enhancing air stability by In, O co‐substituting Li6PS5Cl is clarified. More remarkably, the formation of Li‐In alloys induced by Li6.16P0.92In0.08S4.88O0.12Cl electrolyte at the anode interface is beneficial to reducing the migration barrier of Li‐ions, promoting their remote migration, and enhancing the stability of the Li/SSEs interface. The optimized electrolyte shows superior critical current density (1.4 mA cm−2) and satisfactory Li dendrite inhibition (stable cycle at 0.1 mA cm−2 over 3000 h). The ASSLMBs with Li6.16P0.92In0.08S4.88O0.12Cl electrolyte reveal considerable cycle stability. This work emphasizes In, O co‐doping to address redox issues of sulfide electrolytes. To investigate the optimal delivery system of quercetin, in this paper, cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) extracted from rice bran were used to stabilize the Pickering emulsion and Pickering emulsion gels (PEGs) with quercetin. To compare the emulsion properties, stability, antioxidation activity, encapsulation rate, and bioaccessibility of the quercetin, four emulsions of CNC Pickering emulsion (C), CNC Pickering emulsion with quercetin (CQ), CNC Pickering gel emulsion (CG), and CNC Pickering gel emulsions with quercetin (CQG) were prepared. All four emulsions exhibited elastic gel network structure and good stability. The quercetin significantly reduced the particle size, increased the stability, and improved the antioxidant capacity of CQ and CQG. Compared to C and CG, the ABTS+ radical scavenging capacities of CQ and CQG were respectively enhanced by 46.92% and 3.59%. In addition, CQG had a higher encapsulation rate at 94.57% and higher bioaccessibility (16.17) compared to CQ. This study not only indicated that CNC from rice bran could be exploited as an excellent stabilization particle for Pickering emulsions, but also provided a highly stable and bioaccessible delivery system for water-insoluble functional active factors. Lithium (Li) is a promising anode material for all‐solid‐state Li metal batteries (ASSLMBs) due to its high energy density. However, the interface incompatibility of Li/solid electrolyte and uneven Li deposition induces the penetration of Li dendrites. Herein, a multifunctional rich‐LiF/Mg artificial solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) layer is constructed from a MgF2‐PVDF‐HFP film to passivate the Li anode and achieve effective inhibition of Li dendrites. Notably, the triggered LixMg alloys rivet the Li6PS5Cl (LPSCl) electrolyte and Li anode together well, producing satisfactory interface contact and reducing overpotential. The mechanism of LiF and LixMg alloys to enhance the stability of the Li/LPSCl interface is further elucidated by density functional theory (DFT). Moreover, the synergistic interaction of LiF with high interfacial energy and LixMg alloys with low diffusion barrier promotes uniform deposition of Li during plating/stripping and structural stability. Therefore, the modified Li‐symmetric cell exhibits ultra‐high critical current density (2.0 mA cm−2) and considerable cyclic stability (more than 1000 h at 0.5 mA cm−2). Remarkably, NCM//LPSCl//3% MgF2‐PVDF‐HFP@Li ASSLMBs exhibit considerable long‐term cycle stability (86.9% capacity retention after 100 cycles at 0.2 C). Electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution process must be both active and stable in order to make hydrogen from water using renewable power. Nitrogen‐doped carbon layer coated cobalt manganate particles were synthesized on carbon cloth using calcination method. The catalysts exhibited small particle sizes and graphitized carbon layer that covered the cobalt manganate, facilitating electron flow. Moreover, the nitrogen‐doped carbon layer enhanced the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) rate by reducing the potential required for surface reconstruction and optimizing electron distribution on the cobalt manganate surface. This electrocatalyst demonstrated a current density of 100 mA/cm2 at 1.56 V vs. RHE. Thus, this electrocatalyst shows promise as a novel OER catalyst for water oxidation in acidic aqueous solutions. Abstract\nHIGHLIGHTSA high-quality land-use dataset is crucial for constructing a high-performance land-use classification model. Due to the complexity and spatial heterogeneity of land-use, the dataset construction process is inefficient and costly. This challenge affects the quality of datasets, consequently impacting the model’s performance. The emerging field of Data-Centric Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) is expected to deliver techniques for dataset optimization, offering a promising solution to the problem. Therefore, this study proposes a data-centric framework named DCAI-CLUD for the construction of land-use datasets. Based on this framework, the accuracy and rate of data labeling are improved by 5.93 and 28.97%. The Gini index of the dataset and the proportion of samples with non-mixed land-use categories are enhanced by 3.27 and 8.52%. The overall accuracy (OA) and Kappa of the land-use classification model improved significantly by 27.87 and 58.08%. This study is the first to introduce DCAI into the field of geographic information and remote sensing and verify its effectiveness. The proposed framework can effectively improve the construction efficiency and quality of the dataset and synchronously optimize the model performance. Purpose: This study aimed to investigate and compare the anterior scleral thickness (AST) among high myopia (HM), primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG), and POAG with HM (HMPOAG) groups., Methods: Thirty-two HM eyes, 30 POAG eyes, and 31 HMPOAG eyes were included. The Schlemm's canal (SC) area, trabecular meshwork (TM) thickness, scleral spur (SS) length, and AST were measured using swept-source optical coherence tomography. AST was measured at 0 mm (AST0), 1 mm (AST1), 2 mm (AST2), and 3 mm (AST3) from SS., Results: The HMPOAG group had significantly thinner AST, SS length, and TM thickness than the HM and POAG groups (all p  < 0.05). In addition, the SC area of the HMPOAG group was also significantly smaller than that of the HM group ( p  < 0.001)., Conclusion: The HMPOAG group had the thinnest AST, shortest SS, thinnest TM, and smallest SC. The thinnest AST might contribute to the shortest SS, and further to the thinnest TM and smallest SC in the HMPOAG group.
