Industrialized tests were carried out to produce 20MnTiB cold heading steel with different rare earth （Ce） contents， the effect of Ce on the evolution of inclusions during the production of 20MnTiB cold heading steel based on Ca treatment was investigated through experimental observations and thermodynamic calculations. The results show that after Ce treatment， the large-size spheroidal Al2O3-MgO-CaO-CaS inclusions were metamorphosed and decomposed into about 1 μm spheroidal CeAlO3-MgO-CaO -CaS inclusions， and irregular inclusions of this type around 2 μm were metamorphosed and sphericalized. After hot rolling， the inclusions in the 0Ce specimen wire rod elongated along the rolling direction， the inclusions were larger in size and more irregular in shape， in addition， long strips of MnS inclusions were found. However， in the 27Ce specimen， the S element content was reduced by 40% after Ce treatment， which inhibited the formation of MnS inclusions during the solidification process， and the small-sized， spherical-like characteristics of the inclusions in the wire rods did not change after rolling. The thermodynamic calculations are in agreement with the experimental results. After Ce treatment， the metamorphic decomposition of large-sized and irregular inclusions， the metamorphic spheroidization of small-sized and irregular inclusions， and the disappearance of MnS inclusions avoided the stress concentration caused by the irregular morphology of inclusions in the process of cold heading， which is conducive to the enhancement of the cold heading performance of the test steel and the reduction of the possibility of cold heading cracking. The results can provide technical and theoretical support for the further development of new rare earth microalloyed cold heading steels.

ObjectiveTo investigate the incidence of hypertension and its influencing factors in community-dwellers at risk for high blood pressure in Minhang District of Shanghai， and to provide scientific evidence for the community management.MethodsA retrospective cohort study was conducted using the electronic health records of community-dwellers at risk for high blood pressure in Minhang District， Shanghai from January 1， 2011 to December 31， 2017. The study end-point was the occurrence of hypertension，and the followup was finished in December 2021. A total of 17 265 community-dwellers at risk for high blood pressure were enrolled in our study. Log-rank test and Cox regression analysis were used to determine the influencing factors.ResultsAfter 6.04 years of follow-up， the hypertension incidence among community-dwellers at risk for high blood pressure in Minhang District of Shanghai was 25.5%. Family history of hypertension （HR=1.250， 95%CI： 1.168‒1.338）， family history of stroke （HR=1.295， 95%CI： 1.080‒1.553）， history of diabetes （HR=1.203， 95%CI： 1.076‒1.345）， daily smoking （HR=1.187， 95%CI： 1.087‒1.296）， overweight （HR=1.393， 95%CI：1.308‒1.484）， obesity（HR=1.903， 95%CI： 1.719‒2.106）， high values of normal blood pressure （HR=1.275， 95%CI： 1.195‒1.359） and advanced age （HR=1.033， 95%CI： 1.030‒1.036） were all risk factors. Emaciation （HR=0.649， 95%CI： 0.500‒0.840） was a protective factors.ConclusionBlood pressure monitoring should be strengthened for people elderly， with family history of hypertension， family history of stroke， diabetes or high values of normal blood pressure， so as to diagnose hypertension early. Timely intervention measures should be taken for community-dwellers with unhealthy lifestyles such as smoking， overweight and obesity.

Multifunctional THz meta-devices are the demand of modern communication systems and have received a lot of attention recently. Most studies have concentrated on either linear-to-linear or linear-to-circular polarization conversion. However, to simultaneously achieve both in a wide bandwidth with high conversion efficiency remains a key factor. This paper introduces a reflective-type metasurface that operates in the THz frequency range and is capable of wideband dual-polarization conversion in multi-band. The basic component of the suggested converter consists of a three-quarter circular structure with an embedded X-shape. It has the ability to convert linearly polarized (LP) electromagnetic (EM) waves into circularly polarized (CP) waves with axial ratio less than 3 dB at frequencies of 1.83–2.93 THz (RHCP), 3.56–3.68 THz (LHCP), and 3.90–3.93 THz (LHCP), with fractional bandwidth (FBW) of 46.21 %, 3.31 %, and 0.76 %, respectively. The reflected waves exhibit a phase difference of approximately ±90° and ±270° between their cross- and co-coefficients. Besides, the converter is capable of achieving cross-polarization conversion (CPC) with a polarization conversion efficiency (PCE) that exceeds 97 % within the frequency ranges of 3.18–3.42 THz and 3.96–3.97 THz. The fractional bandwidth (FBW) for these ranges is 7.27 % and 0.25 % respectively. Furthermore, the investigation of surface current distribution patterns at different frequencies is conducted to analyze the conversion phenomena. The proposed polarizer has applications in electromagnetic measuring, THz sensing, antennas, imaging, and stealth technologies.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors. Tumor immune microenvironment (TIME), angiogenesis, epithelial-mesenchymal transformation (EMT), invasion, metastasis, metabolism, and drug resistance are the main factors affecting the development and treatment of tumors. MiRNAs play crucial roles in almost all major cellular biological processes. Studies have been carried out on miRNAs as biomarkers and therapeutic targets. Their dysregulation contributes to the progression and prognosis of HCC. This review aims to explore the molecular cascades and corresponding phenotypic changes caused by aberrant miRNA expression and their regulatory mechanisms, summarize and analyze novel biomarkers from somatic fluids (plasma/serum/urine), and highlight the latent capacity of miRNAs as therapeutic targets. Metasurface absorbers (MSAs) are of significant importance in a wide range of applications, such as in the field of stealth technology. Nevertheless, conventional designs demonstrate limited flexible characteristics and a lack of transparency, hence constraining their suitability for certain radar stealth applications. This study introduces a novel MSA operating in the broad microwave range, which exhibits both optical transparency and flexibility. The structure consists of a flexible substrate made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), along with a resistive film composed of indium tin oxide (ITO). The proposed structure exhibits the ability to effectively absorb over 90% of the energy carried by incident electromagnetic (EM) waves across the frequency range of 9.85–41.76 GHz within an angular range of 0° to 60°. In addition, to assess the efficacy of the absorption performance, an examination of the radar cross-section (RCS) characteristics is conducted. Objective To investigate the effect of PCSK9 inhibitors on the level of inflammation and ventricular remodeling after PCI in ST-elevation acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 220 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction who received percutaneous coronary artery intervention in the Emergency Center of Qingdao Central Hospital from April 2021 to July 2023 were randomly divided into two groups, 110 patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment, and 110 patients in the PCSK9i group were treated with PCSK9 inhibitors on the basis of conventional treatment. Compared before and after treatment left ventricular endsystolic diameter (LVESD) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), total cholesterol (TC). C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF- α). The incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) (including myocardial infarction, recurrence of heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, and cardiovascular death) was compared. Results After 6 months of treatment and follow-up, LVEDD (mm), LVESD(mm), TG(mmol/L), TC(mmol/L), LDL-C(mmol/L), CRP(mg/L), TNF-α(pg/mL) and JL-6 (ng/mL) after PCSK9i treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant [(51.32 ± 5.84) vs. (54.43 ± 2.91);(34.88 ± 2.69) vs. (36.96 ± 3.19);(1.41 ± 0.61) vs. (2.13 ± 1.26);(3.53 ± 1.06) vs. (3.98 ± 0.93);(0.95 ± 0.36) vs. (1.79 ± 0.27);(5.18 ± 1.92) vs. (7.69 ± 2.61);(36.43 ± 9.41) vs. (57.79 ± 14.43);(17.4 ± 0.68) vs. (28.55 ± 8.92),All P < 0.01], and the LVEF (%)and HDL-C(mmol/L)in the PCSK9i group were higher than patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant [(46.69 ± 3.63) vs. (41.34 ± 3.42),P < 0.05,(1.35 ± 0.29) vs. (1.29 ± 0.27),P < 0.01]. The incidence of MACE events in the PCSK9i group was obviously lower than patients in the control group (5.2% vs. 13.6%, P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of PCSK9 inhibitors after PCI in patients with ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction can better reduce blood lipids, stabilize coronary plaque, reduce local and circulatory inflammatory responses after myocardial infarction, improve ventricular adverse remodeling after myocardial infarction, inhibit ventricular remodeling, and reduce the total incidence of MACE, worthing promoting use. An important factor in the development of type 1 diabetes (T1D) is the deficiency of inhibitory immune checkpoint ligands, specifically programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) and galectin-9 (Gal-9), in β-cells. Therefore, modulation of pancreas-infiltrated T lymphocytes by exogenous PD-L1 or Gal-9 is an ideal approach for treating new-onset T1D. We genetically engineered macrophage cells to generate artificial extracellular vesicles (aEVs) overexpressing PD-L1 and Gal-9, which could restrict islet autoreactive T lymphocytes and protect β-cells from destruction. Intriguingly, overexpression of Gal-9 stimulated macrophage polarization to the M2 phenotype with immunosuppressive attributes. Alternatively, both PD-L1– and Gal-9–presenting aEVs (PD-L1–Gal-9 aEVs) favorably adhered to T cells via the interaction of programmed cell death protein 1/PD-L1 or T-cell immunoglobulin mucin 3/Gal-9. Moreover, PD-L1–Gal-9 aEVs prominently promoted effector T-cell apoptosis and splenic regulatory T (Treg) cell formation in vitro. Notably, PD-L1–Gal-9 aEVs efficaciously reversed new-onset hyperglycemia in NOD mice, prevented T1D progression, and decreased the proportion and activation of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells infiltrating the pancreas, which together contributed to the preservation of residual β-cell survival and mitigation of hyperglycemia. Article Highlights: Destruction of pancreatic β-cells by autoreactive CD4+ and CD8+ T cells is the main cause of type 1 diabetes (T1D); therefore, stunting autoreactive T cells is an effective strategy to alleviate T1D. Modulating the infiltration of T lymphocytes in the pancreas with exogenous programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) or galectin-9 (Gal-9) is an optimal treatment strategy for newly diagnosed T1D. The enhancement of bioactivity in materials has become an important focus within the field of bone tissue engineering. Four-dimensional intelligent osteogenic module, an innovative fusion of 3D printing with the time axis, shows immense potential in augmenting the bioactivity of these materials, thereby facilitating autologous bone regeneration efficiently. This study focuses on novel bone repair materials, particularly bioactive scaffolds with a developmental osteogenic microenvironment prepared through 3D bioprinting technology. This research mainly creates a developmental osteogenic microenvironment named "DOME". This is primed by the application of a small amount of the small molecule drug SB216763, which activates canonical Wnt signaling in osteocytes, promoting osteogenesis and mineralization nodule formation in bone marrow stromal cells and inhibiting the formation of adipocytes. Moreover, DOME enhances endothelial cell migration and angiogenesis, which is integral to bone repair. More importantly, the DOME-PCI3D system, a 4D intelligent osteogenic module constructed through 3D bioprinting, stably supports cell growth (91.2% survival rate after 7 days) and significantly increases the expression of osteogenic transcription factors in bone marrow stromal cells and induces osteogenic differentiation and mineralization for 28 days. This study presents a novel approach for bone repair, employing 3D bioprinting to create a multifunctional 4D intelligent osteogenic module. This paper proposes array antennas based on half Tyler (HT) distribution that can realize omnidirectional null-free (ONF) beams. Array 1 employs the usual edge feeding approach, working at 3.5 GHz with a bandwidth of 0.25 GHz, whereas array 2 operates at 26 GHz with a bandwidth of 3 GHz. We evaluated the far-field performance of linear arrays consisting of 6, 8, 12, and 16 elements. The simulation and measurement results show that the proposed HT approach can achieve a near-ONF pattern and cover a broad area of ±42° on an eight-element linear array. The ONF beam reduces community power fluctuations and increases power by 20 dBm in surrounding areas of the base station (BS). The fluctuation treatment effect can be influenced by adjusting the weighting of sidelobe depression (dp): compared to the uniformly excited one, for example, the maximum ONF gain of an eight-element linear operating at 3.5 GHz is only reduced by 0.5 dB when dp = −30 and by 1–2 dB when dp = −60. Danggui blood-supplementing decoction (DBsD) is an herbal preparation treating several diseases including stroke. The present study sought to investigate the potential mechanism of DBsD in ischaemic stroke (IS) using network pharmacology, molecular docking, and cell experiment. Based on the protein-protein (PPI) network analysis, MAPK1 (0.51, 12), KNG1 (0.57, 28), and TNF (0.64, 39) were found with relatively good performance in degree and closeness centrality. The functional enrichment analysis revealed that DBsD contributed to IS-related biological processes, molecule function, and presynaptic/postsynaptic cellular components. Pathway enrichment indicated that DBsD might protect IS by modulating multi-signalling pathways including the sphingolipid signalling pathway. Molecular docking verified the stigmasterol-KNG1, bifendate-TNF, and formononetin-MAPK1 pairs. Cell experiments confirmed the involvement of KNG1 and sphingolipid signalling pathway in hippocampal neuronal cell apoptosis. This paper introduces an ultra-wideband (UWB) reflective metasurface that exhibits the characteristics of a linear to circular (LTC) polarization conversion. The LTC polarization conversion is an orthotropic pattern comprising two equal axes, v and u, which are mutually orthogonal. Additionally, it possesses a 45 ° rotation with respect to the y-axis which extends vertically. The observed unit cell of the metasurface resembles a basic dipole shape. The converter has the capability to transform LP (linear polarized) waves into CP (circular polarized) waves within the frequency range 15.41–25.23 GHz. The band that contains its 3dB axial ratio lies within 15.41–25.23 GHz, which corresponds to an axial ratio (AR) bandwidth of 49.1%, and the resulting circular polarized wave is specifically a right-hand circular polarization (RHCP). Additionally, an LTC polarization conversion ratio (PCR) of over 98% is achieved within the frequency range between 15 and 24 GHz. A thorough theoretical investigation was performed to discover the underlying mechanism of the LTC polarization conversion. The phase difference Δ φ μ ν among the reflection coefficients of both the v- as well as the u-polarized incidences is approximately ±90 ° that is accurately predictive of the AR of the reflected wave. This study highlights that the reflective metasurfaces can be used as an efficient LTC polarization conversion when the Δ φ μ ν approaches ±90 ° .
