In order to explore the differences in the aroma components of baked green tea harvested in different seasons, the composition and content of volatile components in spring and autumn green tea processed from three major tea cultivars in Zhejiang province were systematically analyzed via stir bar sportive extraction (SBSE) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Then, key differential volatile components and key aroma-active components were selected by multivariate statistics and odor activity value (OAV) analysis. Results showed that a total of 105 volatile components were identified in spring and autumn green tea, and alcohols, esters and ketones accounted for more than half of the total number. Through principal component analysis (PCA), partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and significance analysis, 38 compounds such as phytol, 1-octanol and 1-octen-3-ol were found to be the key compounds with statistical differences in spring and autumn green tea (P 1). The concentration of phytol in autumn tea samples (967.65 ng/mL) was significantly higher than that in spring tea samples (370.82 ng/mL). It might be related to the sufficient chlorophyll reserve in fresh tea leaves harvested in autumn. However, the concentrations of hexanal and other components were generally higher in spring tea, which might be related to the seasonal changes of enzyme activities related to the formation of fatty acids or carotenoid derivatives.

Research on the stereochemistry of natural products, especially that of flexible macrocyclic molecules, has always been a huge challenge. Cembranes diterpenoids are a typical class of flexible macrocyclic molecules, whose configurations are often determined by coupling constant and nuclear Overhauser effect (NOE), both of which are nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) parameters with local character. The development of methods such as residual dipolar coupling (RDC) and quantum chemical calculations has further expanded the toolbox for solving stereochemical problems. RDC, as an NMR parameter with non-local character, has not only been reported in the structure construction and function research of biomolecules such as proteins and nucleic acids, but has also gradually been applied to the configuration determination of natural products, contributing significantly to the stereochemical research on drug molecules. At present, there are few reports of RDC application in determining the configurations of cembranes diterpenoids. Here, the stereochemical configuration of sinulariol Z is investigated by RDC for the first time and confirmed by X-ray diffraction, further demonstrating the feasibility of RDC in the stereochemical study on cembranes diterpenoids.

Objective The main defects on metro tunnel inner wall are cracks and water seepage. Current detection methods based on manual and semi-automatic equipment have problems such as high intensity, low efficiency, and low reliability. The intelligence-based detection/identification algorithm and detection system should be studied to realize informative and intelligent detection for metro tunnel lining defects. Method The current status of metro tunnel defect inspection technology is analyzed, and a set of algorithms applicable to the identification of metro tunnel lining defects are put forward, mainly including image processing algorithm, defect category detection algorithm, and defect grading detection algorithm, etc. Four indexes are chosen to evaluate the detection effect of the identification algorithm. Furthermore, an intelligent detection system for metro tunnel lining defects based on deep learning method is established from both software and hardware aspects. Finally, the system is implemented on Beingjing Metro Line 3 to analyze the reliability of its on-site application. Result & Conclusion After the application of the intelligent detection system, the detection rate of metro tunnel lining crack defects reaches 91.95% with a false detection rate of 0.89%. The detection rate of seepage defect is 93.83% and the false detection rate 0.65%. This system can be used as the core intelligent detection platform of metro tunnel, effectively detecting various defects in metro tunnel.

AIM: To evaluate the effect of capsular tension ring(CTR)on the stability and accuracy of Barrett universal Ⅱ intraocular lens(IOL)calculation formula in patients with high myopia and cataract.METHODS:Prospective study. A total of 40 cases(80 eyes)of high myopia and cataract that visited our hospital from January to June 2022 were selected. The patients were divided into CTR group and blank group by random number table method, with 40 eyes in each group. All patients were measured by IOL Master, and the actual implanted IOL power and predicted postoperative power were calculated according to Barrett universal Ⅱ formula. The uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA)and best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)at 6 mo after surgery were recorded, and the mean absolute error(MAE)was compared at 6 mo after surgery. Furthermore, the stability of postoperative refractive status and the relationship between the predicted postoperative diopter and CTR were evaluated.RESULTS:The UCVA and BCVA of the two groups were improved at 6 mo after operation(P>0.05), and there was no significant difference in UCVA and BCVA between the two groups at each time point(all P>0.05). After the implantation of IOL in 80 eyes based on the Barrett universal Ⅱ formula, the predicted postoperative diopter was -2.01±0.71 D, the actual postoperative diopter was -1.64±0.88 D, and the MAE was 0.37±0.98 D in the CTR group; in the blank group, the predicted diopter was -2.12±0.64 D, the actual diopter was -1.54±0.88 D, and the MAE was 0.58±0.31 D. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05). With the grouth of axial length, the MAE value increased. [Objective] The aim of this study is to reveal the spatiotemporal patterns of soil organic carbon (SOC) content in terraced fields on the Loess Plateau and investigate the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of soil carbon sequestration in these terraced fields. [Methods] Using the META analysis method, the variations characteristics of SOC content in terraced soil with soil depth and years of terraced construction were studied, and analyzed the spatiotemporal distribution features of soil carbon sequestration in terraced fields across different regions of the Loess Plateau. [Results] (1) SOC content and carbon sequeering benefits decreased with the increase of soil depth, SOC content in the 80-100 cm soil layer was 60.74% of that in 0-20 cm soil layer, carbon sequeering benefit in the 0-20 cm layer was 23.1% and that in 80-100 cm soil layer was 5.7%. (2) The carbon sequestration benefits of terrace increased nonlinearly with the construction years. The carbon sequestration benefits of 0-20 cm soil layer of terrace gradually increased from -8.29% in the first year of construction to 34% in the 24th year, and then remained stable. (3) During 1979 to 2023, the total carbon sequestration of terraces on the Loess Plateau was approximately 38.29 Mt C, and the average carbon sequestration was 38.49 t C/(km2·a). The Jinghe River upper and middle reaches exhibited the highest average sequestration rate at 50.14 t C/(km2·a), while the Helong interval showed the lowest at 29.04 t C/(km2·a). [Conclusion] Terraced field construction on the Loess Plateau can enhance SOC content, and terraced field carbon sequestration was a relatively lengthy process that requires scientific design and management to maximize its carbon sequestration benefits. Conducting terraced field construction, along with proper planning, design, and scientific management, proved to be an effective measure to enhance regional soil carbon sequestration benefits. The research findings can offer theoretical and methodological support for assessing the carbon sequestration benefits of soil and water conservation in the Loess Plateau region.

In this article, we aim to establish the optimal time decay rates of strong solutions to a two-phase flow model derived from a type of coupled fluid-kinetic equation. It is proved that the strong solutions converge to the given constant states with algebraic time decay rates under some additional assumptions on the initial data.

Fermented foods are rich in protein and free amino acids, which are decarboxylated by microbial amino acid decarboxylase to produce biogenic amines. Excessive ingestion of biogenic amines poses a threat to human health. Tyramine, a biogenic amine having high toxicity, is present in fermented foods in large quantities, so developing safe and effective methods to control tyramine is of practical significance for improving the safety of fermented foods. In this article, the physiological functions, harms and limit standard of tyramine in fermented foods are described with an emphasis on the formation mechanism and control methods of tyramine, so as to provide theoretical references for further improving the safety of fermented foods.

Honey, as a natural sweet substance, has always been favored by consumers due to its various functional activities, such as regulating the gastrointestinal tract, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. However, the production of honey is far less than the market demand for it, so driven by interests, honey is often adulterated, leading to quality deterioration. The adulteration of honey seriously undermines its natural attributes, having a negative impact on the honey industry. To safeguard the interests of consumers and producers, uphold the industry’s reputation, and promote its sustainable development, it is crucial to establish and improve methods for assessing honey authenticity. This article reviews the major methods for identifying the authenticity of honey, including traditional analytical techniques, targeted and non-targeted analytical techniques. In particular, the characteristic components in honey have been used for the identification of honey authenticity in recent years, which is achieved directly by analyzing the overall properties and chemical characteristics of honey are consistent with each other or not, but not relying on any prior knowledge of the adulterants. This paper aims to provide theoretical references for the authenticity identification of honey.

Objective To screen the risk factors of hydrocephalus after decompressive craniectomy in patients with cerebral hernia after traumatic brain injury (TBI), and construct a Bayesian network model based on the risk factors. Methods A total of 77 patients with cerebral hernia after TBI who underwent decompressive craniotomy in Nanjing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University from March 2020 to January 2022 were included. They were divided into hydrocephalus group (n = 25) and non - hydrocephalus group (n = 52) according to whether hydrocephalus was complicated after surgery. The risk factors of hydrocephalus after decompressive craniectomy in patients with cerebral hernia after TBI were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses. The Bayesian network model was constructed based on the risk factors, and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and calibration curve were drawn and Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test was conducted. Results In hydrocephalus group, the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score at admission (t = 2.178, P = 0.032), the ratio of cerebrospinal fluid replacement after lumbar puncture (χ2 = 8.675, P = 0.003), and the level of β2 -microglobulin after operation (t = 11.146, P = 0.000) were lower than those in non-hydrocephalus group, while subarachnoid hemorrhage (χ2 = 5.901, P = 0.015), bilateral operation (χ2 = 6.441, P = 0.011), the ratio of dural unstitched during operation (χ2 = 9.759, P = 0.002), postoperative intraventricular hemorrhage (χ2 = 8.938, P = 0.003), postoperative midline displacement > 10 mm (χ2 = 7.589, P = 0.006), and intracranial infection (χ2 = 4.519, P = 0.034), as well as postoperative coma time (t = 2.709, P = 0.008) were higher than those in non - hydrocephalus group. Logistic regression analysis showed that subarachnoid hemorrhage (OR = 1.885, 95%CI: 1.432-2.240; P = 0.012), dural unstitched during operation (OR = 1.468, 95%CI: 1.215-1.930; P = 0.006), long postoperative coma time (OR = 1.574, 95%CI: 1.358-1.926; P = 0.007), postoperative intraventricular hemorrhage (OR = 1.550, 95%CI: 1.254-1.768; P = 0.010), the level of β2- microglobulin increased after operation (OR = 1.622, 95%CI: 1.165-1.840; P = 0.004) were risk factors for hydrocephalus after decompressive craniectomy in patients with cerebral hernia after TBI. Based on these 5 factors, the Bayesian network model was constructed, and the area under ROC curve was 0.886 (95%CI: 0.823-0.925, P = 0.000). The calibration curve showed that there was a good consistency between the predicted probability and the actual probability, while the Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test showed no significant difference (χ2 = 8.760, P = 0.232), which indicated that the model had good discrimination, calibration and accuracy. Conclusions Subarachnoid hemorrhage, dural unstitched during operation, long postoperative coma time, postoperative intra ventricular hemorrhage, and elevated β2 - microglobulin level are the risk factors for hydrocephalus after decompressive craniectomy in patients with cerebral hernia after TBI.

Objective To reasonably evaluate the energy absorption reliability index of anti-climber devices, a reliability analysis method based on ISSSM (improved sinusoidal and surrogate model) is proposed. Method Firstly, a finite element model for anti-climber device collision is established. Secondly, the rationality of the finite element simulation model is verified based on the collision test data of the anti-climber device. Then, based on the principles of sum of sine function construction, the basic form of the force-displacement function for the anti-climber device collision process is clarified. According to the energy absorption consistency criterion, the anti-climber device energy absorption ISSSM is constructed. Combining reliability theory, a reliability analysis model for anti-climber device energy absorption is established. Finally, a specific model of anti-climber device is studied, and its energy absorption reliability index is evaluated. Result & Conclusion The constructed energy absorption ISSSM can reasonably reproduce the mechanical characteristics of the anti-climber device collision energy absorption process. When the coefficient of variation increases from 0.05 to 0.1, the energy absorption reliability index decreases from 3.07 to 1.53.

ObjectiveTo investigate the impact of acute respiratory infections in children under 12 years old in Pudong New Area， Shanghai from 2019 to 2023.MethodsAcute respiratory infection samples of children under 12 years old from three sentinel hospitals in Pudong New Area， Shanghai from 2019 to 2023 were collected， and 42 respiratory infection pathogens， including influenza virus， adenovirus， parainfluenza virus， respiratory syncytial virus， human enterovirus/rhinovirus， human pulmonary virus， human bokavirus， coronavirus （229E， HKU1， NL63 and OC43）， and novel coronavirus， were detected with microfluidic chips. The situation of acute respiratory infections among outpatient and inpatient children in this area was analyzed for the before the implementation of non pharmacological intervention measures （2019.12‒2020.1）， during the period of non pharmacological intervention measures （2020.2‒2022.12）， and after non pharmacological intervention measures （2023.1‒2023.6）.ResultsFrom 2019 to 2023， a total of 1 770 samples were collected， and 445 pathogens were detected， with a detection rate of 25.14% （445/1 770）. The main pathogens detected during the study period were influenza virus： 8.70% （154/1 770）， respiratory syncytial virus： 4.41% （78/1 770）， human enterovirus/rhinovirus： 2.66% （47/1 770）， human adenovirus： 2.49% （44/1 770）， and parainfluenza virus： 2.20% （39/1 770）. Before the implementation of non pharmacological intervention measures， outpatients were primarily infected with influenza， parainfluenza virus， and respiratory syncytial virus， with detection rates of 8.09%， 4.49%， and 4.04%， respectively； inpatients were mainly infected with influenza， respiratory syncytial virus， and parainfluenza virus， with detection rates of 4.49%， 3.82%， and 3.15%， respectively. During the period of non pharmacological intervention measures， influenza， rhinovirus and respiratory syncytial virus were the main viruses detected in the samples of outpatient children， with detection rates of 4.04%， 3.60%， and 2.47%， respectively； inpatient samples mainly detected respiratory syncytial virus， rhinovirus， and influenza virus， with detection rates of 3.60%， 2.02%， and 1.80%， respectively. After non pharmacological intervention measures， influenza， rhinovirus and respiratory syncytial virus were the main pathogens detected in the outpatients， with detection rates of 9.89%， 2.92% and 2.02%， respectively； influenza， respiratory syncytial virus， and rhinovirus were the main pathogens detected in inpatient children， with detection rates of 6.29%， 1.57%， and 1.35%， respectively.ConclusionThe prevalence of pathogens related to acute respiratory infections in children is influenced by non pharmacological preventive measures.

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effects of vestibular rehabilitation in acute brainstem infarction patients with subjective visual vertical (SVV) tilting, and the correlation between the SVV, balance confidence, dizziness/vertigo and walking function. Methods All 45 acute brainstem infarction patients with SVV tilting who were hospitalized in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were collected. Patients were divided into vestibular rehabilitation group (n = 25) and general rehabilitation group (n = 20), Bucket Test was used to test SVV tilting angle, Activities-Specific Balance Confidence Scale (ABC) was used to evaluate balance confidence, Visual Analog Scales (VAS) was used to evaluate dizziness/vertigo and Functional Ambulation Category Scale (FAC) was used to evaluate walking function before and after 2 weeks of treatment. Results The SVV tilting angle (F = 4.356, P = 0.043), ABC score (F = 4.389, P = 0.042), dizziness/vertigo VAS score (F = 4.138, P = 0.048) were significantly different between vestibular rehabilitation group and general rehabilitation group. After treatment, the SVV tilting angle (t = - 2.139, P = 0.038) and the dizziness/vertigo VAS score (t = - 2.952, P = 0.005) in vestibular rehabilitation group were lower than those in general rehabilitation group, and the ABC score was higher than that in general rehabilitation group (t = 2.920, P = 0.006). SVV tilting angle (F = 196.923, P = 0.000), ABC score (F = 89.050, P = 0.000), dizziness/vertigo VAS score (F = 81.803, P = 0.000), FAC grade (F = 72.866, P = 0.000) were statistically significant. The SVV tilting angle (t = 0.763, P = 0.000; t = 0.972, P = 0.000) and dizziness/vertigo VAS score (t = 8.815, P = 0.000; t = 5.107, P = 0.000) after treatment were lower than those before treatment of 2 groups, and the ABC score (t = 0.689, P = 0.001; t = 0.703, P = 0.001) and FAC grade (t = - 6.721, P = 0.000; t = - 5.772, P = 0.000) were higher than those before treatment of 2 groups. Correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between SVV tilting angle and dizziness/vertigo VAS score in acute brainstem infarction patients with SVV tilting (r = 0.627, P = 0.000). Conclusions Vestibular rehabilitation can effectively improve the SVV tilting, balance confidence and dizziness/vertigo symptoms of acute brainstem infarction patients with SVV tilting, and the SVV tilting angle is closely related to the degree of dizziness/vertigo.

This paper takes Dongzhaigang National Nature Reserve and 1 km peripheral zone as the study area, selects Sentinel-2 remote sensing image data from 2017—2021, decodes landscape types using human-computer interaction, calculates landscape pattern index, and then compares and analyzes the landscape pattern changes inside and outside the reserve during the 5-year period and its main driving forces. The results show that (1) within the protected area, the mangrove wetland area shows an increasing trend, the woodland area decreases, and the cultured water area decreases significantly; the protected area has better landscape connectivity and lower fragmentation, among which mangrove is the dominant landscape. (2) In the peripheral zone, the area of mangrove wetlands has increased, the area of woodland has decreased, the area of cultured water surface and construction area have decreased, but the area of cultivated land has increased; compared with the protected area, the landscape fragmentation is higher and the connectivity and integrity are poor. (3) Mangrove ecological conservation and restoration activities were the main drivers of significant changes in the landscape pattern of the protected area, while human activities such as farming and construction were the main factors that changed the landscape pattern of the peripheral zone. The results of the study are of reference value for optimizing the conservation management of the reserve and strengthening the control of human activities in the peripheral zone.

[Objective]The daylily, a perennial herb in the lily family, boasts a rich nutritional profile. Given its economic importance, enhancing its yield is a crucial objective. However, current research on daylily cultivation is limited, especially regarding three-dimensional dynamic growth simulation of daylily plants. In order to establish a technological foundation for improved cultivation management, growth dynamics prediction, and the development of plant variety types in daylily crops, this study introduces an innovative three-dimensional dynamic growth and yield simulation model for daylily plants.[Methods]The open-source GroIMP software platform was used to simulate and visualize three-dimensional scenes. With Datong daylily, the primary cultivated variety of daylily in the Datong area, as the research subject, a field experiment was conducted from March to September 2022, which covered the growth season of daylily. Through actual cultivation experiment measurements, morphological data and leaf photosynthetic physiological parameters of daylily leaves, flower stems, flower buds, and other organs were collected. The functional-structural plant model (FSPM) platform's three-dimensional modeling technology was employed to establish the Cloud Cover-based solar radiation models (CSRMs) and the Farquhar, von Camerer, and Berry model (FvCB model) suitable for daylily. Moreover, based on the source-sink relationship of daylily, the carbon allocation model of daylily photosynthetic products was developed. By using the β growth function, the growth simulation model of daylily organs was constructed, and the daily morphological data of daylily during the growth period were calculated, achieving the three-dimensional dynamic growth and yield simulation of daylily plants. Finally, the model was validated with measured data.[Results and Discussions]The coefficient of determination (R2) between the measured and simulated outdoor surface solar radiation was 0.87, accompanied by a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 28.52 W/m2. For the simulated model of each organ of the daylily plant, the R2 of the measured against the predicted values ranged from 0.896 to 0.984, with an RMSE varying between 1.4 and 17.7 cm. The R2 of the average flower bud yield simulation was 0.880, accompanied by an RMSE of 0.5 g. The overall F-value spanned from 82.244 to 1 168.533, while the Sig. value was consistently below the 0.05 significance level, suggesting a robust fit and statistical significance for the aforementioned models. Subsequently, a thorough examination of the light interaction, temperature influences, and photosynthetic attributes of daylily leaves throughout their growth cycle was carried out. The findings revealed that leaf nutrition growth played a pivotal role in the early phase of daylily's growth, followed by the contribution of leaf and flower stem nutrition in the middle stage, and finally the growth of daylily flower buds, which is the crucial period for yield formation, in the later stages. Analyzing the photosynthetic traits of daylily leaves comprehensively, it was observed that the photosynthetic rate was relatively low in the early spring as the new leaves were initially emerging and reached a plateau during the summer. Considering real-world climate conditions, the actual net photosynthetic rate was marginally lower than the rate verified under optimal conditions, with the simulated net assimilation rate typically ranging from 2 to 4 μmol CO2/(m2·s).[Conclusions]The three-dimensional dynamic growth model of daylily plants proposed in this study can faithfully articulate the growth laws and morphological traits of daylily plants across the three primary growth stages. This model not only illustrates the three-dimensional dynamic growth of daylily plants but also effectively mimics the yield data of daylily flower buds. The simulation outcomes concur with actual conditions, demonstrating a high level of reliability.

Objective To explore the effect of esketamine on working memory impairment in neuropathic mice and its underlying mechanism. Methods Fifty clean grade male C57BL/6J mice (2 months) were divided into 5 groups by random number table method: sham+saline (SN group), CCI+saline (CN group), CCI+esketamine(CE group), CCI+ANA-12 (CA group), CCI+ANA-12+esketamine (CAE group), with 10 mice in each group. Chronic constriction injury (CCI) was employed to establish a neuropathic pain model. On the 16th day after modeling, CE group and CAE group were administered ketamine (10 mg/kg), CAE group received ANA-12 (0.5 mg/kg) half an hour before ketamine injection, CA group was only given ANA-12, and SN group and CN group received an equivalent volume of saline. The administration was done through intraperitoneal injection for 5 consecutive days. The open-field test (OFT), paw withdrawal threshold (PWT), paw withdrawal latency (PWL) and Y-maze test were performed from day 21 after surgery. Bromo-2-deoxyUridine (BrdU) was dissolved in saline and intraperitoneally injected into the mice on days 21 to 23 after the surgery. Western blot was performed to determine the expression of Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in hippocampus, the immunofluorescence was performed to determine the number of BrdU and doublecortxin (DCX) positive cells in the dentate gyrus (DG) area of hippocampal. Objective To use the Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA) cycle management model to reduce the number of nursing adverse events in home-based nursing of patients with indwelling gastric tubes. Methods A total of 14 patients who chose to have indwelling gastric tube at home from January to June of 2021 were enrolled. With the informed consent of the patient and his family, indwelling gastric tube placement was performed at home. The PDCA cycle management model was implemented for the home indwelling gastric tube nursing of patients. The occurrence of indwelling gastric tube-associated nursing adverse events and the nursing quality of nursing staff before and after the implementation of PDCA mode were compared. Results After implementation of the PDCA cycle management model, six indicators were regularly monitored daily: the number of nasal strips that were not measured for deep replacement of gastric tubes, residual volume before nasogastric feeding, gastric tube use for more than 28 days, self-extubation, no oral care and other nursing problems. After observation, the number of gastric tubes-associated nursing problems were significantly reduced, with as significant difference (P＜0. 01). Nursing staff had significant improvements in PDCA skills, team spirit, brain development, communication and coordination, activity confidence, responsibility in the PDCA cycle mode. Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle management mode in the home-based nursing of patients with indwelling gastric tubes can reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events, and effectively improve the nursing quality. (目的 运用PDCA循环管理模式减少留置胃管相关护理问题, 提升患者居家护理安全。方法 选取2021年1月—6月共14例接受居家护理的留置胃管患者为研究对象。在患者及其家属知情同意下, 于家中实施留置胃管。运用PDCA循环管理模式开展居家护理, 对比实施PDCA模式前和实施PDCA模式后留置胃管相关护理问题发生情况与护理人员的护理质量。结果 运用PDCA循环管理模式后, 每日定期观察6项指标: 未测量胃管深度更换鼻贴、鼻饲前未回抽检查残余量、胃管使用超过28 d、自行拔管、无口腔护理和其他护理问题的发生数量。实施PDCA循环管理模式后, 留置胃管相关护理问题较实施前减少, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01), 护理人员PDCA循环工具、团队精神、脑力开发、沟通协调、活动信心, 责任荣誉感方面均较改善前有明显改善。结论 对于居家留置胃管患者, 运用PDCA循环管理模式能够减少留置胃管相关护理问题, 有效提升护理人员的护理质量。)

In the face of limited resources, recycling, as an advanced form of resource waste recovery and treatment, can effectively achieve the comprehensive goals of optimal utilization of resources, environmental protection, and sustainable economic development. A resource waste recycling system is established in this paper that is based on the reverse logistics system in circular logistics and takes into account the requirements of resource recycling. The MILP model of stochastic planning is established by analyzing the objective function and constraints of each parameter in the system and then using the genetic algorithm to solve the optimal scheme of resource recycling planning. Example analysis shows that the planning model proposed in this paper can design a reasonable and effective plan for resource recycling in the city, and the recycling volume of plastic bottles in City Z will reach 6.85 kilotons in 2024 after the implementation of the plan, which can bring high economic benefits to the city. The model presented in this paper takes into account as many factors in resource recycling as possible, which aids in providing an accurate scientific basis for resource recycling management decisions.

With the help of the dynamics model of the integration of AI and the management of college civic education, this paper investigates the integration of artificial intelligence and civic education in three directions: application specification, application design, and application practice. Using differential equations to represent the non-linear dynamics equations of the system and by means of differential solutions, the evolution mechanism of AI education application and integration is projected in this paper. The integration of AI and college civic education is explored through empirical analysis and comparative analysis. The results show that the average value of the comprehensive score of the three directions in the sample colleges and universities is 77.5828, which is in the bare integration stage, and the integration degree in the “formulation” path is the best, which is 85.698, and is in the complete integration stage. The students in the experimental class of the sample universities scored better than the control class without AI integration in civic education. There were no students with scores below 60, and there were 32 more students than the control class in the 90–100 segment.

This study investigates the integration of digital twin technology in the design of traditional cultural and creative products, addressing the challenges of innovation and efficiency in the cultural and creative industries. By employing digital twin network modeling, we develop an intelligent design method that digitally replicates and optimizes cultural products, enhancing design efficiency and innovation. Our approach involves digital modeling of traditional characteristics through preprocessing and feature extraction, followed by multi-scale design evolution experiments in a virtual environment. Results show a 30% improvement in design efficiency and increased product innovation and user satisfaction, demonstrating the method’s potential to revolutionize traditional product design while preserving cultural essence. This research contributes to the intelligent design of cultural and creative products and suggests new avenues for the cultural industry’s innovative growth.

In the context of the information age, this article discusses the digital transformation of the management of ideological education in colleges and universities. Based on the humanistic theory and “Internet + education” mode, the article constructs a set of digital transformation paths for Civic and Political Education Management, and establishes a corresponding evaluation system. The research combines the hierarchical analysis and entropy weight methods to assign weights to the evaluation indexes. It uses the gray correlation method and TOPSIS method to calculate the indexes’ positive and negative ideal solution distances to solve the transformation effect score. Applying this path to the case studies of five colleges and universities (A to E) shows that college C has the most significant positive and negative ideal solution distance (0.01016) in developing teachers’ ideological and political competence. In contrast, college B has the smallest positive and negative ideal solution distance (0.00232) in the management system setup. In the assessment of the five universities, the highest score was found in the development of teachers’ civic and political competence (average 0.87017 points). In contrast, the lowest score was found in developing students’ civic and political literacy (average 0.28286 points). The research in this paper provides a practical path and empirical support for the digital transformation of Civic and Political Education Management in colleges and universities, which is of great significance in promoting the modernization of Civic and Political Education in colleges and universities.

This paper develops a cognitive map of the Yan’an spirit that is based on the performance characteristics of the Yan’an spirit. An entity boundary perception model based on multi-task learning is proposed, and the traditional named entity recognition task is decomposed into entity boundary perception and entity classification, which completes the entity recognition based on MTBA-NER. The entity-oriented relationship extraction is based on the Bi-LSTM network to classify the expression of features, and the softmax function is used to extract the classification results. The political value has always been the value of Yan’an spirit, which has a value of 0.274 today, while the economic value, cultural value and educational value have a value of 0.322, 0.367 and 0.245, respectively. The analysis of the connotation of the Yan’an spirit based on cognitive mapping can help reflect and promote its value in contemporary times.

There are numerous applications of terahertz (THz) imaging in many fields. However, current THz imaging is generally based on scanning technique due to the limited intensity of the THz sources. Thus, it takes a long time to obtain a frame image of the target and cannot meet the requirement of fast THz imaging. Here, we demonstrate a single-shot direct THz imaging strategy based on a broadband intense THz source with a frequency range of 0.1~23 THz and a THz camera with a frequency response range of 1~7 THz. This THz source was generated from the laser–plasma interaction, with its central frequency at ~12 THz. The frame rate of this imaging system was 8.5 frames per second. The imaging resolution reached 146.2 μm. With this imaging system, a single-shot THz image for a target object with a size of more than 7 cm was routinely obtained, showing a potential application for fast THz imaging. Furthermore, we proposed and tested an image enhancement algorithm based on an improved dark channel prior (DCP) theory and multi-scale retinex (MSR) theory to optimize the image brightness, contrast, entropy and peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR).

The neutron induced nuclear reaction cross sections of fission products are related with the neutron fiux and the reactor burnup, which are important for the accurate of nuclear engineering design. To predict the (n,2n) reaction cross section, especially those lack of experimental measurements, we analyzed the relevant features and establish the experimental data set on the basis of sorting out the experimental data recorded in EXFOR library. The back propagation artificial neural network (ANN) and decision tree (DT) models are built to learn the experimental data set, respectively, adopting PyTorch and XGBOOST toolboxes. we report that machine learning models are applied to analysis and predicate (n,2n) reaction cross section.

Trichomonads are protozoan symbionts with the capacity to infect vertebrates including humans and non-human primates (NHPs), sometimes with pathogenic effects. However, their diversity and prevalence in NHPs in China are poorly understood. A total of 533 fecal samples were collected from captive NHPs in Yunnan Province, China, of which 461 samples from Macaca fascicularis and 72 from Macaca mulatta. Trichomonadidae species were identified using PCR amplification of the ITS-1/5.8S/ITS-2 sequences. The overall prevalence of trichomonads in NHPs was determined to be 11.4% (61/533), with gender, diarrhea, and region identified as potential risk factors for the infections. Sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis identified three species of trichomonads, i.e., Trichomitopsis minor (n = 45), Pentatrichomonas hominis (n = 11), and Tetratrichomonas sp. (n = 5). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to report Trichomitopsis minor infection in NHPs in China. Of note, Pentatrichomonas hominis is generally recognized as a parasitic organism affecting humans. Collectively, our results suggest that NHPs are potential sources of zoonotic trichomonad infections, highlighting the importance of surveillance and control measures to protect human and animal populations.
