FRENCH authors , *LAND tenure , *HUMAN beings , *PLEASURE , *IDEOLOGY - Abstract
This work focuses on analysing two issues that do not come together but are inseparable like railway tracks: law and desire. Based mainly on authors from the Frankfurt school and other authors from the French school, the philosophical approach describes how human beings, little by little, voluntarily lose their rights thanks to the promise of desire and new pleasures that they do not yet possess. The pleasure principle in all its splendour. There is emphasis on two aspects: the segregation stereotype for discrimination and economic isolation to privatize rights and promote life among those who have money to pay their rights. The second part has to do with the question that Slavoj Zizek posed in The Sublime Object of Ideology: Are we in a post-ideological era? And Nick Land's questioning regarding the forces of production and the relations of production and its new dimension of an existence entirely dedicated to capital. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To explore and understand the concept of “good enough mother” coined by D.W. Winnicott, from which the impossibility of mother and infant to fully predict each other’s behavior is posited. This mismatch allows the passage from the register of need to that of desire. Methodology: a reflection is elaborated about the direction taken by technology through applications or “apps” in the attempt to make predictable all quality and desire through the use of algorithms. Results and Conclusions: The consequences that these applications have in the realm of the cultural and in desire as an expression of the subjective and unique are explored. The positioning of psychoanalysis as a science of the subjective in the face of the rise of technology as a tool of prediction and control is highlighted. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

MYSTICISM , *LOVE , *POVERTY , *HOLINESS - Abstract
Delving into the writings and doctrine of Saint Thérèse of Lisieux is not simply a way to gather information about her; it also opens us to a greater knowledge of ourselves. Fortunately, the studies done following the centenary of her death and her declaration as a Doctor of the Church (1997) have expanded the rather devotional vision of the approaches to her figure, thereby highlighting both her authenticity and the Gospel dimension present in her writings, which arise from her missionary vocation: to communicate a mystical experience not reducible to classical schemes, which distrusts the extraordinary and is based on a deep knowledge of the love of God and the poverty of human reality. A mysticism that leads Thérèse, and her readers, to holiness understood as full communion with God, which is made manifest in her mystical life as a strong and inalienable desire.

- Abstract
Is desire present enough in the Divine Comedy to be taken into consideration? Is the purification of desire really the core of the dantesque Purgatory? With these two questions, we want to illuminate the theme of desire in the dantesque poem. The dissertation will be framed in the sense of desiderium provided by Thomas Aquinas in his Treatise on the passions (S. Th., I-II, q.22-48) and in the questions related to the powers of the soul (S. Th., I, q.78-80). With the thomist framework as a reference, we will study the purification of desire, especially the rational one, and we will understand it as the process of ordering and unveiling man’s ultimate desire: to contemplate God face to face. For this, we will highlight the role of virtue and the education of the gaze as two fundamental factor to complete the ascent up the mountain of purification and allow the soul to reach the summit of its desires in Paradise. In conclusion, we will point out that the purification of desire illuminates our nature and allows us toa chieve the real union between God and his creature., ¿Está suficientemente presente el deseo en la Divina Comedia para tomarlo en consideración? - Abstract
The mimetic hypothesis is an anthropological theory formulated by the anthropologist René Girard according to which the essence of human desire is characterized by a paradoxical and ambivalent imitation, generating effects of opposite sign. The philosopher Peter Sloterdijk has developed his famous «spherology» from the basis of this anthropological hypothesis. In fact, he not only used it on his phenomenology of affective space but also his criticism of psychoanalysis and his analysis of the post-industrial mass society. In this article we will discuss the main points of agreement and opposition between both authors., La hipótesis mimética es una teoría antropológica formulada por el pensador René Girard según la cual la esencia del deseo humano se caracteriza por una imitación paradójica y ambivalente, capaz de generar efectos de signo contrario. The text is a review of the book "Afrodita y Eros. Consideraciones sobre mito, culto e imagen" written by Hugo Francisco Bauzá. The author analyzes the functions of Aphrodite in myth and art, dividing the book into three parts: the myth and cult of the deities, their literary tradition, and their presence in art. Bauzá uses a remarkable bibliography and reflects on primary sources, exploring the themes of love, desire, seduction, and sexuality. Although the book is extensive, Bauzá's style is pleasant and allows for learning and having fun with ancient stories. [Extracted from the article]
