The article proposes a solution to a scientific problem, which is to substantiate the feasibility of using online courses in the professional training of masters in the pedagogical university, to develop an online course and experimentally test its effectiveness as a means of developing the professional competencies of masters in the speciality 014~Secondary Education (Mathematics). The author used the following methods of scientific research: pedagogical experiment, observation (for systematic perception and analysis of learning activities, motivation and personal growth of students in the context of blended learning), testing (to determine the level of logical thinking and development of students’ professional competences), questionnaire (to monitor the ergonomics and efficiency of the online course and the Mathematics teacher’s e-portfolio), expert evaluation of the developed online course, and methods of mathematical statistics (for proper processing of experimental data and verification of the online course’ effectiveness). The results of the control stage of the study indicate a positive trend in the development of mathematical, information and educational, methodological, psychological and pedagogical, and professional and technological competencies of students in the experimental group. The final test of the online course was chosen as a tool for determining the level of mathematical competencies of the masters in the experimental group. The reliability of the assessment of the masters’ professional competencies was confirmed by testing the hypothesis of the normal distribution of test results according to the Shapiro-Wilk test. In addition, a close correlation between students' academic achievement level in an online course and the level of logical thinking development was substantiated using the Student’s t-test. The article emphasizes the importance of information and digital  technologies in pre-service training of primary school teachers, substantiates the  content and components of information and digital competence of prospective  primary school teachers. It points out that the main purpose of information and  digital training in the pedagogical higher educational institutions (HEI) is to  ensure the formation of digital competence of future primary school teachers, to  prepare them for developing primary students’ digital literacy in classes on  various academic subjects, for active use of ICT in primary school teachers’  professional activities. An integrated approach to the modernization of  information and digital training of pre-service primary school teachers, which  covers the main forms of the educational process – training sessions, independent  work, practical training, and control activities is justified. The article presents the  results the pedagogical experiment aimed at testing the effectiveness of the  integrated approach to the modernization of information and digital training of  prospective primary school teachers. The results are determined by the level of  digital literacy and the ability of students in the control and experimental groups  to use information and digital technology in the educational process of primary  school.

The purpose of this study is experimental verification of the methods of using cloud technologies as tools of high school students’ research competencies forming in profile physics learning. The main task is organization and implementation appropriate pedagogical experiment and processing of it’s results. The object of study is high school students’ research competencies forming in profile physics learning. The subject of study is using cloud technologies as tools of high school students’ research competencies forming in profile physics learning. Main research methods are pedagogical experiment and statistical methods. Profile physics learning is the base of innovation activity both in science and in engineering. That’s why forming of high school students’ research competencies in profile physics learning will further socio-economic development of society. Realization of the purpose and tasks of profile physics learning is impossible without taking into account the principle of flexibility. This principle implies, in particular, satisfaction of students’ individual needs by individual plans and programs in distant learning which is mainly realized by mediated interactions of distant participants of learning process in specialized environment which is functioning on the basis of modern psychological, pedagogical, information and communication technologies (ICT), such as cloud ICT of learning. In our opinion pedagogically reasonable implementation of cloud technologies in profile physics learning promotes the growth of high school students’ research competencies.

Research goals: to explore the possibility of a mixed model of learning at a technical university. Research objectives: to explore the use of innovative IT technologies; to apply innovative pedagogical model for teaching undergraduates and specialists in technical training areas and specialties. The object of research is the organization of the educational process. The blended model of learning is the subject of the research. Research methods used: a survey and experimental research. The result of the research is the preparation and conduct of the pedagogical experiment on the use of blended learning at the technical university. As a result, the preparation of pedagogical experiment electronic cases of disciplines were developed, engineering and organizational support for access to the corporate network and the Internet, online services for student interaction with faculty and self-control were provided. The main conclusions and recommendations. Experience of the experiment can be recommended for the synthesis and the formation of the Ministry of Education and Science proposals to amend the norms of teaching load while using of the innovative learning technologies.
