In recent years, Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) has emerged as a popular adaptive video streaming technique to improve the bandwidth utilization. Moreover, DASH with segment-based flexibility also brings a potential benefit for the end user's Quality of Experience (QoE)1.
