Mathematics, a mathematical program capable of supporting advanced numerical and symbolic computing and 2D-3D graphics, was used to compute exact and efficient chemical solubilities. Solubilities could be determined through a fast interactive program erasable after work sessions or a short package available for multiple use. Among the advantages provided by Mathematica were user friendliness, fast and exact calculation, efficiency and enhancement of students' computer literacy.
