Abstract

In our hospital, we evaluated the efficiency of the rapid response team (RRT) in recognizing sepsis as the reason for rapid response initiation (RRI). The reasons for RRI were as follows: 6/22 had atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular response (RVR), 5/22 had hypotension, 1/22 had combined hypotension and atrial fibrillation with RVR, 5/22 had dyspnea with acute hypoxia, 4/22 had chest pain, and 1/22 had acute encephalopathy.
