The article presents a case study of Poland Syndrome in a 58-year old white man with chest wall deformity. It states that his physical examination revealed that he had flattening and excavation of left chest wall. It mentions that images from computed tomography (CT) revealed hypoplasia of pectoralis major and minor muscles and rib hypoplasia on left side.
