Abstract

Studies harmonic oscillations of the tunneling current on partially oxidized silicon and on Au clusters deposited on surfaces using scanning tunneling microscopy. Time dependence of the tunneling current at an Au cluster deposited on a partially oxidized surface; Measured frequency of the current oscillations as a function of the multiplication factor.
