The aim of this work is to develop Multilingual OCR software. The main purpose of our work is to convert existing paper documents or image documents to e-documents for better searching and editing the documents. In this project the software works first on character recognition and then on word detection. Considering other sophisticated approach, this also preserve's document structure by sentence detection. Our project aimed to understand and utilize the Optical Character Recognize (OCR) software; the complex recognition issues such as unique language alphabets are better handled. Farming and agriculture are the major essentials to the success of our country as a whole. There are many complications faced by Indian Farmers. Categorizing them into two, they are Natural and Man-made problems. In the case of nature effected scenarios such as floods or heavy rain falls, cannot have an appropriate solution to them. And the most crucial problems faced by farmers in India is getting hands-on high-quality seeds in their local districts. Due to the middlemen, commission and marketing services are main causes to lose the 40% of profit. In contrast, to the other issues we provide a solution by using an android application written in JAVA which acts as a simple interface to the farmers and manufacturers. It was developed where farmers/customer can buy the required products i.e., seeds. A farmer who is equipped with his product can directly sell at this platform at a reasonable market rate. Also provided with some more sections such as Machineries and Organic Fertilizers. Appending some more features like Multilingual mode, Seller Activity and Smart Reply system to customers.
