Contactless magnetic mechanisms are indispensable in high-tech equipment for vacuum, corrosive and gaseous environments. A contactless magnetic mechanism of translational motion of the hardware block drive is in demand in aerospace engineering. The mechanism design meets the requirements for operation under conditions of extreme pressures, temperatures, lack of energy consumption and maintenance. The magnetic system is a composition of permanent magnets with alternating polarity from alloys of rare earth metals with cobalt SmCo5. The Ampere hypothesis was adopted to calculate the mechanism magnetostatic forces. The theoretical calculation of the tangential force of magnets' interaction gave the optimal dimensions of the magnetic system and the greatest pulling force with the minimum overall dimensions of the mechanism. An experimental analysis of the results of simulating the tangential magnetostatic forces of the mechanism with the SmCO5 alloy magnets has shown that the discrepancy between the calculated and experimental force values did not exceed 12%. The determined optimal length of the magnetic mechanism for transmitting a force of 200 N with the SmCO5 alloy magnets coincided with the theoretical one with an accuracy of up to 8%. The research goal is to create a simple, portable and accurate magnetometric device to measure the magnetization of magnetic functional dispersed materials in relatively high magnetic fields. The device uses the magnetometric method with Hall induction transducers. Prismatic magnets made of SmCo5 alloy create a uniform magnetizing field of up to 4.105 A/m in the nanofluid cuvette area. Two Hall transducers based on n-InSb-i-GaAs heteroepitaxial films measure the magnetizing magnetic field intensity and the magnetic field induction in the test substance. The additive and multiplicative components of the magnetometer instrumental errors are insignificant. The main reason of the device methodological error is the difference between the magnetic field induction measured in the magnetic circuit cavity and the magnetic field induction in the neutral section; the difference between the magnetic field strength at the sample surface and the field value in the transducer active zone. There is a correction factor to level out the methodological error. The device design allows measuring magnetic nanofluids magnetization in the range from 10 kA/m to 50 kA/m with an error of about 1.5%.
