The study aims to explore the determinants of hedging strategies to mitigate forex exposure risk for IndianSMEs and other unlisted firms which comes in the category of non-financial in nature. Further, these determinants are prioritized based on expert opinion. Basically, the current research is exploratory in nature. It is based on primary data. The analysis is done in two sections. The first part focuses on the extraction of factors explaining the determinants of a hedging strategy adopted to reduce forex risk. For this purpose, the basic technique called exploratory factor analysis (EFA) is applied. The second part has an applied analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which makes paired comparison of factors discovered through EFA and thus prioritizes the determinants based on expert decision making. The study has practical implications for SMEs, unlisted firms, forex risk advisors, and regulators too. The factors that make up a hedging strategy will help all of these groups make good decisions when making a hedging strategy and developingforex risk hedging instruments for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and firms that are not publicly traded. The present research is focused on business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce shopping websites in India that offer a variety of items to customers. These businesses run their own ecommerce websites and want to extend their market by introducing B2C ecommerce websites. Meanwhile, each organisation engaged in B2C ecommerce has unique needs, procedures, and associated expenses. Therefore, it is essential to grasp the function of B2C ecommerce in order to effectively launch a website on the digital platform. With the fast rise of e-commerce, its assessment is theoretical and practical. Business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce has become a significant and influential retailing channel. Its growth raises fundamental questions about how e-commerce platforms can satisfy and trust customers. The current study is a descriptive one. A total of 36 variables are investigated under the umbrella of eight constructs or factors. A fuzzy AHP model is used to rank the factors. The study has investigated the relationship between internationalisation and innovation performance of SMEs of an emerging market. It has explored the mediating effect of entrepreneurial and market orientation (EntOr, MktOr) between innovation and internationalisation. The path model is developed using structural equation modelling, and the role of mediating and moderating variables is deliberated for comprehension of results. Hayes's conditional process macro is used to path model and to show the mediation and moderation effect on the dependent variable. The findings of the current research have highlighted the importance of innovation performance for SMEs having exposure to international markets. The findings of the study have managerial connotations for SMEs, for the managers responsible for innovation performance and managers working on business strategies. Productivity is a major issue for manufacturing enterprises in growing markets such as India, Russia, China, Indonesia, and Thailand, which face significant problems in creating ecologically friendly products. However, the global market is defining new norms for green manufacturing processes, and firms can no longer afford to disregard green manufacturing practices if they want to remain competitive in global markets. International organizations are putting in place tough regulations to encourage businesses to operate in a more environmentally friendly manner. The current research is based on primary data. To attain the objective of study, a research instrument is used based on twelve drivers of GM. For the purpose of prioritizing the most critical factors of the adoption of green manufacturing practices by Indian steel firms, an expert-based analytical method known as Fuzzy AHP (Analytical Hierarchical Process) has been developed. As a major component of a country's growth and economy, the financial sustainability of the electricity industry is important. It is also necessary to identify an ideal or benchmark power unit for the industry. As the power sector changes and embraces renewable energy sources, the benchmark unit can serve as a reference for other enterprises in the industry. Rather than that, the proposed research examined the performance of the electrical industry and is empirical in nature. The data for the various variables is sourced from the Bloomberg database. For the purpose of discovering efficient units, the study makes use of the well-known Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) technique. Further, TOPSIS, a multi-criteria decision-making technique, is used that ranks efficient units according to their efficiency.
