Abstract
The article discusses the author's experience of macular degeneration in learning to play recorders. As his eyesight failed, he created systems for reading enlarged music by using copy machine and laptop computer screen. He also learned the paper-music and computer-music enlargement without investing hardware and software. He considered recorder an adorable and quite difficult instrument to play and a part of his lifelong love of playing music.
