Lymphoma is the most common malignant neoplasia in animals and has been reported in all species, being the second most frequent neoplasia in rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus) regardless of breed, age or sex. DNA viruses and retroviruses are causes of lymphoma, but this neoplasia may arise spontaneously. This study aims to report a case of multicentric lymphoma in rabbits. A rabbit was submitted for necropsy at LPV-UNB and showed whitish, irregular and soft nodules in kidney, liver, stomach, brain and mediastinal lymph nodes. Microscopic examination revealed round cells arranged in sheets, with scant cytoplasm, eosinophilic, homogeneous, single large, rounded confirming the morphological diagnosis of lymphoma.
