Goalball (G) is a collective sport, featured by specific individual and collective relationships. Purpose: to identify some behavioural patterns during a G game (offensive actions). Methods: Sample: 5 male teams from Portugal National Championships and 12 teams from G European Championship. Results: (i) Starting Point :the athletes often employed the Right Hand (p≤0,011) and Both Hands together (p≤0,003); (ii) Offensive Position: The Standing Offensive Position (p≤0,001) and the Bended Knees Position (p≤0,013) seemed to be the most adopted; (iii) Offensive Zone: concerning this zone the right zone (p≤0,001) and the Left Zone (p≤ 0.001) prevailed; iv) Throwing Type : concerning the number of throws on the viewed games, the Throwing (p=0,033), the Tricky Throwing (p≤0,001), the Easy Ball Throwing (p≤0,015) and the Penalty (p= 0,048) are the most employed; and (v) Throwing Trajectory: the athletes used the right-right zone (p≤0,025), right-central zone (p≤0,001) and left – right zone (p≤0,003).
