The article presents a study which examines the genetic landscape of immune-competent and HIV lymphoma. Two aggressive forms of lymphoma are investigated which include Burkitt lymphoma (BL) and diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). It concludes that HIV increases the risk of lymphomas due to immunosuppression.
