In China's academic title ranking system for higher schools, there exists a requirement for the quality of papers and the qualification of journals to publish those papers, which has a direct influence on the source of papers contributed to journals of higher schools. As a result, the rank of journals turns into an evaluation standard of papers, and thus for journals of general higher schools, there exists a shortage of quality papers. The paper analyzes difference and merge of indicators in regional development. Firstly to build a indicator system in regional development based on development of comprehensive theory, secondly from the view of support vectors to analyze the relationship of samples and indicators, then paper establishes a distinguish pattern between difference and merge in the view of support vectors, and using objective data in underlying indicators to construct the analytical framework of regional development from the bottom up. Finally using the actual data from the two regions, which have the same feature because of geographically closely, makes empirical analysis. The results verify the validity of the method; combined with the empirical results this paper discusses the development of a comprehensive strategy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Reading through "A Collection of Papers on Calligraphic Works" and its continuation, it is found out that there are more than 200 places where the Chinese character " ... (Qi)" is applied for the appreciation of calligraphic works, but with quite different meanings. The concept of "Qi" is indispensable to the calligraphic art, which is usually combined with other expressions to convey certain meanings. The future companies are the main parts of future market and their operating conditions are directly related to the healthy development of the future market. In this paper, net profit is regarded as dependent variable, net capital, interest of customers etc. are regarded as independent variables, we established regression model by 160 future companies in 2011 .We detected that data points are abnormal by Cook distance, studentized residual etc. diagnostic statistics according to data modeling diagnostic methods. Empirical studies have revealed that those companies which were regarded as abnormal had been located accurately and had been in line with actual results,which has a positive meaning for standardizing a healthy future market and strengthening internal governance structure adjustment. The discourse in "Sun Zi: The Art of War" is used in military academic environment of the pre-Qin Dynasty period, which sets the basic mode of discourse and pragmatic habits. The concentrated mode is adopted to display the definitions so that definition groups can be seen in the book, which makes us understand all the definitions accurately by analyzing them in discourse field. The employment of images is also relatively concentrated in order that some special image systems and rhetoric fields are formed, which vividly tells us his profound ideological conceptions. Sun Zi's theoretical creation is also clearly reflected from the text of his book. Sun Zi also set up the standards of academic papers, which can be seen from the unified planning for all the thirteen chapters as a whole. The whole book was written in the symmetrical form of different layers of politics, methods and strategies and the comparisons of two opposite sides. Epigamic and witty sentences can be found in almost every chapter, which is unique of him. These features are shown in discourse habits, image system and rhetoric devices.
