糖尿病足是糖尿病患者致残、致死的主要原因之一，本着"中国实践，中国证据，中国指 南"的原则，中华医学会糖尿病学分会联合中华医学会感染病学分会、组织修复与再生分会以及其他 相关领域的多学科专家，共同制定此部适合我国糖尿病足现状的临床指南，旨在规范我国糖尿病足的 预防、诊断与治疗。本指南有以下特点：（1）突出临床实用性；（2）充分纳入糖尿病足领域的中国证据； （3）重视早期筛查与管理，强调糖尿病足的预防胜于治疗；（4）强调规范化综合管理的重要性；（5）强调 糖尿病足的多学科协作诊断与治疗。另外，参照2017版中国2型糖尿病防治指南的要求，增加了要点 提示和证据级别，根据证据质量、临床意义、普遍性、适用性等将证据级别分为A、B、C三个等级。A 级：证据基于多项随机临床试验或Meta分析。B级：证据基于单项随机临床试验或多项非随机对照研 究。C级：仅为专家共识意见和（或）基于小规模研究、回顾性研究和注册研究结果。. 本文就我国糖尿病及其并发症的发展趋势进行回顾，总结了国际上糖尿病并发症防治 实践及经验，并对我国糖尿病并发症防治工作及研究进行思考，提出推进策略。建议提高糖尿病知晓 率、治疗率、危险因素控制率；推进糖尿病并发症的早筛查、早发现；加强生活方式干预及糖尿病自我 管理支持；优化糖尿病并发症及影响因素监测体系. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
