Coating drying is an important industrial process, but its process is influenced by factors such as temperature, wet thickness, substrate and coating properties, and the mechanism of film cracking is complex, involving interdisciplinary integration. Therefore, it is necessary to study the coating drying film formation process, film cracking mechanism, and measures to suppress cracking. Relevant literature on coating drying, film formation, and cracking were summarized and analyzed since the 1950s. The drying and film forming process of coatings in vertical, horizontal, and mixed drying modes were elaborated. The cracking mechanism of coatings was explored, and the calculation methods for critical crack free internal stress and critical crack free film thickness were summarized. The factors that affect film cracking, including temperature in the drying environment, wet thickness of the coating, substrate properties, and solution properties were analyzed. The morphology and distribution of single crack were investigated. The types of cracks were found out, and the methods to restrain cracking were analyzed from four aspects. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and dangerous manual operation in the process of lifting and dropping the hook of existing cranes, an automated hook system with fast response under remote operation was proposed. Firstly, the detailed design process of the hook end structure of the automatic hook was developed in combination with the modular design idea and a complete structural design was given, and the 3D modeling of it was completed by Inventor software, at the same time, the design of the core parts such as power mechanism and transmission mechanism were described in detail. Then the HyperMesh software was used to check and optimize the design of the important parts, and finally a complete and reasonable remote controllable automatic hook structure was obtained. Then, the mathematical model of the automatic hook was derived in detail, and the overall control process was developed to complete the design of the control part. Finally, the prototype of the remote-controllable automatic hook was manufactured. In order to reduce the impact of the wake effect on the wind farm power generation, to improve the utilization rate of wind energy, an optimization algorithm-adaptive weight Genetic-Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm (GA-PSO) was proposed. Firstly, the cost per unit of produced energy and coordinates of wind turbines were regarded as the target function and variable respectively, inertial weight was added to the speed update of optimization variable to change the search speed. Secondly, the layout of wind turbines was optimized based on micro-site selection of WASP. Eventually, the calculation results were also compared with the genetic algorithm (GA), firefly algorithm(FA) and particle swarm algorithm(PSO) optimization algorithms. The results show that the cost per unit of produced energy in the wind farm optimized by PGOA algorithm is 2 016 yuan/ GWh, reducing 232 yuan/ GWh and the annual power generation is 82. 633 GWh, increased by 8. 538 GWh compared with before optimizing, meanwhile the wake loss is decreased by 1. 12%. In order to analyze the mechanism of phase in information processing related to working memory task, the discrepancy of phase synchronization of local field potentials in ventral hippocampus and medial prefrontal cortex between rest state and working memory encoding were compared and studied. The research data were the local field potentials of ventral hippocampus and medial prefrontal cortex obtained during rest state and Y-maze spatial working memory task of 6 SD rats. The weighted phase lag index between the local field potentials of the two brain regions was calculated. The results show that the phase synchronization in working memory encoding between ventral hippocampus and medial prefrontal cortex selectively and significantly increases in theta band compared with rest state. The phase synchronization of theta band between ventral hippocampus and medial prefrontal cortex is a mechanism of task related information processing in working memory encoding.
