Abstract

The article presents information on a study related to the establishment and application of nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay to detect the parasite Babesia ovata. The method includes screening of the optimum reaction conditions and following sensitive, special and clinical samples test .The results conclude that Babesia ovata genome DNA can be amplified by nested PCR.
