Objective: To describe the experience of undergraduate Nursing students at the Federal University of Alagoas during the implementation of the Nursing Process to an individual affected by Fournier's Syndrome. Methods: Descriptive study, of the experience report type, based on the experience of Nursing students, during the curricular activities of the Supervised Internship in an Intensive Care Unit of a public hospital in Alagoas. The experience occurred throughout the month of October, 2019. The implementation of the Nursing Process was guided according to the Theory of Basic Human Needs, proposed by Wanda Aguiar Horta. Results: The Nursing Process was implemented, based on its six phases, which identified the individual's problems and enabled the survey of the necessary interventions to carry out care, as the theory suggests. The implementation of this scientific tool, in a dynamic and interrelated way, provided safer and more humanized hospital care to the individual. Conclusion: The fulfillment of the six phases of the Nursing Process allowed the Nursing students to undergo the hospital experience in an enriching way, because it contributed not only to the satisfactory evolution of the assisted patient, but also to the strengthening of the teamwork and of Nursing as an applied science. Objective: To identify the approaches taken on the Systematization of Nursing Care in publications in the journal de Enfermagem em Foco. Methods: This is a documental research, descriptive of quanti-qualitative nature, carried out in the official magazine of Cofen. Results: Of the 754 articles published since 2010 by the journal under analysis, 37 addressed the topic in various aspects, with the years of greatest production being 2017, 2019 and 2020. Only one article was produced in Mexico and the others in Brazil. The regions with the highest production were: Southeast, Northeast and South. Most research design was descriptive studies. Conclusion: The publications point to the relevance of the Systematization of Nursing Care in the qualification, organization and effectiveness of nursing care, however there are still barriers to be overcome, so that it can strengthen the dimensioning of nursing staff, conceptual and methodological clarity on Systematization Nursing Care and Nursing Process, and the qualification of electronic/manual records in patients' medical records. Objective: This study aimed to develop mobile applications to support bedside clinical assessment of hospitalized patients by nurses. Methods: It was a methodological research of technological production developed in two phases: exploratory, consisting of literature review and content analysis of information from the questionnaire applied to the participants, and development of assistive technologies, formed by definition of requirements and development of the conceptual map of applications, creation of implementation alternatives, and preliminary evaluation. Results: Four applications were developed TIS ASSESSMENT - Clinical Patient, TIS ASSESSMENT - Surgical Patient, TIS ASSESSMENT - Critical Patient, TIS ASSESSMENT - Palliative Care. Conclusion: Applications developed represent innovations in data collection for clinical assessment of hospitalized patients, present a simple and accessible structure, enable nurses to conduct viable clinical assessments of the work process, using clinical reasoning and critical thinking, instruments that strengthen the science of care. Objective: To identify nursing diagnoses in puerperal women registered in a Basic Health Unit through the International Classification for Nursing Practice. Methods: This is a descriptive cross-sectional study, with a quantitative approach, carried out with 12 puerperal women in a Basic Health Unit. Results: The most frequent diagnoses identified were: Ability to perform impaired leisure activity (83.3%); Low self-esteem (50%); Impaired sleep (50%); Sleep deprivation (50%) and Pain (50%). Conclusion: Leisure is highlighted as the main affected need and the capacity to perform impaired leisure activity as the most frequent diagnosis. We conclude that the puerperium can be considered a period of vulnerability for women and that nursing care in the puerperium involves psychosocial aspects more than biological ones. Objective: Perform nursing care in hospitalized elderly with prolonged length of stay based on the theory of Virginia Henderson and mediated by research-care. Methods: We used a quantitative-qualitative approach through research-care, based on Virginia Henderson's Theory of Fundamental Needs. The study was carried out in a hospital in the state of Ceará from July 2017 to June 2018. Participants were elderly people aged 60 years or over and who were hospitalized in four inpatient units for prolonged stay. Software R. was used for data analysis. Results: 30 elderly people participated. The female gender predominated (63.33%), with an average age distribution of 71.17 years. Most were married (56.66%), more than half had no education (56.67%) and 93.34% were retired. Needs regarding the physiological domain predominated. 16 nursing diagnoses were identified and 42 interventions were performed. Conclusion: The identification of nursing diagnoses and interventions based on Henderson's theory, were essential for interaction between researcher and researched-care, focusing on the needs of each individual. Objective: To prepare tutorial videos on nursing records, focusing on current legislation. Methods: Research applied to the production of learning objects, carried out within the parameters of technological development of the ADDIE Model (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). The editing of the tutorial videos produced was carried out with the resources of the Vyond software. To make the target audience accessible, the videos were posted on Youtube. Results: A series, consisting of four animated videos, on the legal aspects of nursing records. The subjects covered on the chosen theme are: 1) Generalities; 2) Management documents; 3) Nursing process and; 4) Nursing notes. Conclusion: The creation of videos contributes to professional qualification, however, it is only one of the several actions necessary for this objective to be achieved. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To identify competencies to strengthen the teaching of nursing consultation considering integral care. Methods: Integrative review of articles published in Portuguese, English or Spanish, in the last ten years, based on: LILACS, MEDLINE, BDENF, PubMed, Web of Science, SCOPUS, EMBASE and CINHAL, using the following guiding question: Which competencies permeate the teaching-learning of nursing consultation, considering the integrality of care? Results: The search resulted in 95 studies, after applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria 10 articles were selected and analyzed. The following competences were listed and discussed: the educator's commitment in the search for knowledge, theoretical-practical approach, encouragement to reflection, priority to practice, incentive to research, appropriation of the situation presented by the user, ethics and humanization, execution of listening, involving the in planning care and appropriating the systematization of nursing care. Conclusion: This integrative review listed ten competencies for strengthening nursing consultation, emphasizing the process of training nurses to practice comprehensive care in primary health care. Objective: To analyze the pillars of the Nursing Care Systematization and its constituent elements. Methods: Theoretical-reflective study, which established as analytical categories Method, Personnel, Instruments. Results: Each structuring pillar of the Systematization was decomposed, which allowed the identification of its constituent elements, and the understanding of what is Systematization of Nursing Care was expanded, considering it as a distinct phenomenon of the Nursing Process. Conclusion: The elements that make up each pillar of the Systematization of Nursing Assistance were revealed, allowing a better understanding when discussing the organization of professional work from it, as well as the understanding of the term, conceptually and operationally, was expanded. Objective: To describe the development of the nursing process in the psychic and emotional dimensions of patients in a general hospital. Methods: Exploratory and qualitative research with the participation of nine nurses from a hospital in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, in 2018. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and submitted to Content Analysis. The phases of the Nursing Process described in Resolution 358/2009 of the Federal Nursing Council were used as an analytical matrix. Results: The participants described the observation, perception, active search in medical records, communication as strategies for collecting nursing data; demonstrated difficulties in using nursing diagnoses, planning and implementing specific care in the psychosocial dimension. Collaborative care with the multiprofessional team was emphasized. They stated that some nursing evaluations were impaired due to the reduced time spent by patients in the services. Conclusion: The development of the nursing process with a focus on the psychological and emotional dimensions in a general hospital is a challenge for nursing. Objective: To describe the registration and application of the Nursing Process by students in a Surgical Inpatient Unit, aiming to identify the main weaknesses in its implementation. Methods: Explanatory, documentary, descriptive mixed approach study, in which evaluated 60 medical records registered by nursing students in the TrakCare® System were evaluated and a semi-structured questionnaire was applied to verify the weaknesses in the implementation of this process. Results: Only three of the five stages of Nursing Process were registered: Nursing History, Diagnosis and Prescription. The weaknesses identified for students' application of Nursing Process relate to its complexity and to the organizational factors of the teaching and learning process during graduation. Conclusion: It is necessary to create strategies that facilitate the experience of applying the Nursing Process in its entirety, mainly through the joint development of instruments and the early approach of students with all stages of this methodology of assistance in professional training. Objectives: Development of a model for nursing consultation in the preoperative period of women with breast cancer at an oncological outpatient. Methods: Methodological study carried out in the Oncological Research Center from Santa Catarina (Brazil). Data collection consisted of: semi-structured interviews with 18 women with breast cancer in the surgical period and 13 nurses, submitted to thematic analysis; narrative literature review; and crossmapping of these findings with the electronic records and taxonomy adopted in the scenario. Results: Three thematic categories emerged: Knowing the biopsychosocial needs of women diagnosed with breast cancer; Identifying the educational needs of women undergoing breast cancer resection and Analyzing the demands of patients and professionals on institutional aspects. After the cross-mapping was completed, the consultation model was built, including electronic records of the stages of the nursing process, with 17 diagnoses, 22 results and 39 nursing interventions available. Conclusion: The constructed model contributes to a standardized and scientific language of nurses, allowing critical thinking and facilitating decision making. Objective: To identify the terms of the specialized nursing language used in the care documentation for people with chronic kidney disease and cross-map the terms identified with those contained in the Seven-Axis Model of ICNP® 2019. Methods: Methodological study, carried out at a Nephrology Clinic in a city in the interior of Bahia in the year 2019. The extraction of the terms, from interviews with chronic kidney patients, used the computational tool called PorOnto. Then the terms were analyzed and submitted to the normalization process; cross mapping between terms collected and those of ICNP® 2019, and then distributed in the seven Axis Model. Results: 1,001 terms were extracted, of which, after validation by consensus, resulted in 203 terms, of which 71 are constant and 132 are not included in ICNP® 2019. Of the latter 41 were classified as similar, two more comprehensive, 15 more restricted and 73 without agreement, totalling 112 constant and 91 non-constant terms. Conclusion: The study identified and validated terms that enable nurses to build statements of nursing diagnoses, results and interventions and to document the nursing process in assisting people undergoing hemodialysis, greatly contributing to the unification of the specialized nursing language. Objective: To discuss the place of the nursing professional category in facing the pandemic caused by the new Coronavirus in Brazil, questioning the docility of bodies. Method: Theoretical reflection, supported by the work "Vigiar e Punir" by Michael Foucault and the theoretical frameworks, historical and regulatory partner of the professional category of Nursing. Results: The nursing profession is essential at all levels of health care. Their practices are indispensable in pandemic contexts, but they have been permeated by the docility of the bodies, which due to the disciplinary mechanisms, have been placed at extreme vulnerability. Conclusion: The politicization and engagement of the category is a potential strategy against the systems of docility of the bodies, capable of making the profession the target of respect and reference by political leaders, managers and society in general, whether in the context of pandemic or in everyday human life, because where there is life, there is care and there is Nursing. Objective: To reflect on the application of the Nursing Process in the organization of professional care in coping with COVID-19 in Brazil. Method: Theoretical reflection study supported by Resolution COFEN nº 358/2009, which provides for the Nursing Process. Results: Considerations are presented about the applicability of the Nursing Process guided by the professional knowledge/practice of the nursing team under the leadership of the nurse. Conclusion: The Nursing Process proves to be essential in the organization of professional nursing practice, making it possible to systematize actions in the fight against COVID-19in the national scenario, to subsidize the registration of clinical nursing findings, which will make it possible to generate epidemiological data, in addition to reflecting the thinking critical-reflective of the nurse. Objective: To analyze the meaning of nursing practice in an Intensive Care Unit. Method: Qualitative study, conducted in an Intensive Care Unit in the south of Brazil, with nine nurses. The data collection took place through a discussion group, having as a triggering question: What does the practice of Nursing History in the Intensive Care Unit? The data were analyzed through the Collective Subject Discourse. Results: The study gave rise to three discourses with the central ideas: Nursing history, nursing qualification and empowerment; Information as a care tool; The nursing history as a collective construction. Objective: To identify the knowledge and difficulties encountered by family members in caring for people with venous ulcers at home. Method: Descriptive, qualitative study, conducted in Fortaleza / CE, Brazil in 2019, with eight relatives of people with venous ulcers, followed in a specialized outpatient clinic of a public teaching hospital Semi-structured interviews were conducted, whose speeches were submitted to the thematic content analysis proposed by Bardin. Results: From the analysis of the speeches, three thematic categories emerged: Knowledge of family members in care for venous ulcer; Need for guidance to maintain care at home; and Influence of venous ulcer on family dynamics. Conclusion: The identification of gaps in the interviewees' knowledge was of great relevance for the planning of educational technology focused on the needs encountered, in order to provide support and encouragement to this audience. Objective: to report the implementation of coordinated actions through the teaching-service integration for implantation and consolidation of the systematization of nursing care in a hospital complex. Methodology: Technical report by professors of the Postgraduate Program in Nursing / UFCSPA about their work in the health service through the professional master's degree. This experience has taken place progressively since 2009, and there was an incentive for the CAPES / COFEN agreement, which fostered professional master's degrees related to SAE. Results: Five products were developed with actions in different areas such as education, communication, improvement of the system, and management. All are interconnected and have repercussions on SAE improvements with electronic nursing records. Objective: To identify and analyze scientific articles describing the systematization of nursing care (SAE) in the Postanesthetic Care Units (PACU). Methodology: integrative review of the literature conducted in May 2019, through consultation of the databases and/or portals US National Library of Medicine (PubMed), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Embase, Scopus, Web of Science and in the portals of the Virtual Health Library (VHL). Results: two articles composed the sample of this review, which proposed to identify SAE registration models in the PACU. Conclusion: There is a need for studies that propose instruments for SAE in the PACU. Objective: To describe the method of development of an educational technology as a guide application for the management of potential pediatric donors, carried out as a product of the Professional Master. Methodology: report of an applied scientific method. The steps proposed by Echer5 were used, with the perspective of presenting the path for the production of Educational Technology. Results: It is supported by the Theory of Basic Human Needs, Nursing Diagnoses and Interventions. Cross-mapping of selected indicators was performed based on basic human needs, resulting from pathophysiological changes and those perceived in clinical evaluation, with Nursing Diagnoses, according to NANDA-I taxonomy and Nursing interventions based on nursing diagnoses, under the optics of the maintenance of the organs to be donated. Ojective: to characterize the profile of hospitalized patients in the pediatric ward and to identify the most prevalent Nursing Diagnoses, according to the NANDA-I taxonomy. Methodology: descriptive study based on medical records of 100 patients. Variables such as: age, gender, patient classification system, clinical and nursing diagnosis were considered. The Rcommander® program was used to perform the exploratory analysis and tests of non-parametric hypotheses, being considered level of significance of 5%. Results: predominance of males (71%), mean age of 7.32 years, Intermediate Care (49%) was the most frequent, Pediatrics was the clinic with the greatest number of hospitalizations (39%), 44 medical and 46 nursing diagnoses, of which 27 were considered as preponderant. Conclusion: the accomplishment of the situational diagnosis allows a guiding character for the other stages of the Nursing Process and directs care actions, contributing to the continuous improvement of quality and safety of care. Objective: To identify the knowledge of the Nursing team about non-programmed extubation (ENP), related factors, complications/injuries and Nursing interventions as preventive measures together with the newborn at risk. Methodology: Descriptive and qualitative research performed at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of a pediatric hospital in Fortaleza, Ceará, from July to September, 2018. Results: The need for agreement on the concept of PNS among the team was evidenced. Among the main related factors were: excessive handling and lack of effective communication in the team. As preventive interventions, the positioning of the newborn and adequate tube fixation were emphasized. Conclusion: the nursing team has valuable knowledge and interventions that could be visualized as measures of good practices in the prevention of NPS for the construction of a Bundle. Objective: To describe the construction and validation of electronic records of the nursing process in an oncological institution. Methodology: A methodological development study carried out in Santa Catarina, between January and April 2019, supported by the Theory of Elaboration of Psychological Instrumental. Theoretical procedures included review study, discussion and training workshops with semantic validation by consensus among nurses in the study setting. In the experimental procedures a pilot test was performed and the semantic validation was concluded. Results: 62 nurses were included. Built Nursing Historic included five domains, 90 items, 568 subitems. From the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association Taxonomies, 132 Diagnoses, 143 Outcomes, and 176 Nursing Interventions were selected. Subsequently inserted into the management system in interconnected form. For the contents of the Nursing Evaluation, the data matrix of the Nursing Historic instrument was used. Objective: Develop and validate a model of nursing history to prenatal consultation. Methodology: It is a methodological research, held between May 2018 and February 2019. The analysis and content validation occurred using the Delphi technique, using a Likert scale. For validation the items of the instrument showed Content validity Index greater than or equal to 0.80. In the first Cycle of Delphi, twelve judges with knowledge in the maternal-child, obstetric and women's health areas participated in the validation, and ten in the second Cycle. Results: The final instrument has 57 items validated, which contemplate the basic human needs of pregnant women, and a place to record the physical examination. Final considerations: The instrument constructed and validated qualifies, guides and brings scientific to the Nursing History record. Objectives: To develop a nursing care instrument to guide the care of children and adolescents with cancer in palliative care in the Pediatric Oncology Intensive Care Center. Methodology: Methodological research, whose scenario was a federal unit specialized in cancer treatment, located in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Nursing records were analyzed in the medical records of children and adolescents, for the elaboration of a care instrument containing nursing history, based on the four dimensions of palliative care, diagnoses, interventions and their expected results. Results: an instrument was elaborated according to the Nursing Process, containing a history in addition to the NANDA-I-NIC-NOC link. Conclusion: this instrument aims to serve as a basis for nurses to perform the nursing process for children and adolescents in palliative care admitted to the Pediatric Oncology Intensive Care Center, as it is scientifically proven to be effective in improving the quality of nursing care. Objective: to present Nursing diagnosis (ND), interventions (NI) and results (NR) to assess the child from zero to two years old on Primary Health Care, based on the International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP). Method: qualitative research, of the action-research type, with seven nurses that act on PHC of a city in the west of Santa Catarina. ND, NI and NR were validated through Content Value Index. Results: Nineteen ND statements were created and validated, with ICNP®-based interventions and expected outcomes targeting children from zero to two years old. Objective: To report on the development of software for Systematization of Nursing Assistance in Tropical and Infectious Diseases. Method: Technological production research, qualitative approach based on software engineering and based on the development life cycle of a system, developed on the Java platform, using the framework incorporated to a relational database management system Results: The software was constituted in 16 modules referring to the stages of the Systematization of the Nursing Assistance, organized according to the Theory of Wanda de Aguiar Horta. The interfaces allowed the structuring of a care plan in the selection of nursing diagnoses, results and interventions. Conclusion: Software creation proved to be effective as a technology and innovation for systematized practice of nursing in tropical diseases through the use of the Software Engineering technique. Objective: To evaluate the Nursing Care Systematization (SAE) in Primary Care in a city in the extreme south of Santa Catarina, in view of the perceptions of nursing teams. Methodology: This is a cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach, conducted with 76 nursing professionals through a questionnaire with 66 objective questions, linked to sociodemographic aspects and the 7 domains on the perceptions of nursing care and the nursing process. It was considered average potentialities 4 to 5, neutral 3 to 4, and weaknesses below 3 points. Results: Potentials were found in domains 4 and 5, neutral in domains 1, 2 and 7, and fragility in domain 3. Conclusion: participants demonstrated knowledge, ability to identify benefits and hindering or facilitating elements of SAE, however. They still have difficulty applying SAE in their workplace. Objective: to identify the most frequent questions answered by electronic means and technical opinion in three thematic areas of action of the technical chamber. Methodology: descriptive study that used as sources of information e-mails answered and technical opinions published from August 2015 to August 2016. Questions received by e-mail that had not yet been answered to the querents were excluded. Results: 695 queries were received by e-mail and 22 received by printed office, of which 691 were answered electronically, 19 by means letter and 07 by technical advice. Considering the thematic areas, 436 were related to the Management and Assistance area, 267 to Primary Care and 14 to the Systematization of Nursing Care. Conclusion: The results reflect that the most questioned points refer to technical questions of the professional practice and instigate the reflection on possible technical positions to be defended by the Nursing Councils. Objective: To describe the process of creating an educational website for nursing and professional academics with information on the Nursing Process in Cardiology. Methodology: descriptive experimental research, based on the theoretical model of Tronchim to build websites, consisting of stages of conceptualization, development, implementation and evaluation. Results: The site has 50 pages containing information, directions, photos and illustrations, structured topics with the basics of anatomy and cardiac physiology, data collection, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Objective: to investigate the students' perceptions about the relationship between the systematization of nursing care (SAE) and patient safety. Method: descriptive study, carried out at a University, where an interview was conducted with 23 students enrolled in the last semester of the nursing course. The data were submitted to content analysis. Results: During the curricular stages, these students identified the need for valorization of SAE by health institutions. The phases of the nursing process were referred to as a way to provide comprehensive, individualized, organized and safe care.
